技术领域
本发明属于家用纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种含天丝面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保和保健意识的增强,追求服装的舒适、美观、甚至保健等功能性成为时尚,将两种或几种天然纤维混并不仅保证了织物的天然性、环保性,还使几种纤维之间优势互补,发挥各组份纤维的优点并克服其缺点,实现其性能的互补,织物具有更全面的性能。特别是近年来随着生活质量的提高,消费者对面料不仅要求具有轻薄、滑爽、飘逸的外观,还要求其具有吸湿、凉感、防紫外线、抗菌等功能。
天丝是一种经过溶剂湿法纺丝的纤维素纤维,具有较高的吸湿性和膨胀性,纤维表面比较光滑,其横截面为圆形或椭圆形,光泽柔和。由天丝制成的面料,手感柔软,悬垂性好,飘逸性好,具有较高的亲肤性。由于其具有较高吸湿性,天丝面料特别适合作为夏季床品。采用天丝制作的服装,服帖柔顺,多种方式均可清洗,仍然保持柔软,不会变形。天丝包容性好,蓬松适中。然而,传统的天丝纺织面料产品也存在一些缺陷,它们通常只追求美观,天丝纤维容易原纤化,水洗后面料会出现褪色及起白毛的现象,甚至在水洗前就出现白毛的现象,影响产品的档次;另外由于天丝纤维刚性强,纤维之间抱合力差,纺纱中易产生静电,影响纤维的可纺性,容易产生粘卷、绕罗拉、胶辊现象。
涤纶面料是由涤纶纤维编织而成,其具有保形性、耐磨性好的优点,但是涤纶纤维生产的面料存在吸湿性差、透气性差的缺陷。为了改善涤纶面料的性能,现有技术中通常采用混纺工艺生产,但它们只是锦纶或涤纶或它们的组合,混纺后得到的丝线较为普通,性能单一。而随着现阶段人们生活水平的提升,对于家用或者生活中的面料在不同场合使用期望有不同的性能。性能单一的丝线纺织成的面料附加值很低,在市场上的竞争力减小。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种含天丝面料及其制备方法。该含天丝面料生产工艺简单易操作,工艺流程短,减少了能耗,结合了天丝特有的良好的吸湿性、透气性,又有涤纶织物保形性、耐磨性,还增加了织物的柔软性,使穿着舒适性进一步提高,且其取材天然,亲肤舒适,适用于婴儿使用纺织产品。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织得到,所述经纱和纬纱中的至少一种为含天丝纱线;所述含天丝纱线包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:天丝纤维34-36%;余量为涤纶纤维;所述天丝纤维在纺织前先经过合股处理,以提高其强度,增加其粘度,清除白毛杂质。
优选地,所述经纱为涤纶纱线、腈纶纱线、黏胶纱线、棉砂线中的一种或几种的混纺纱线,所述纬纱为含天丝纱线。
优选地,所述合股处理包括首先由天丝纤维经清梳联、精梳工、并条、粗砂、细纱工序,后浸泡功能处理液,再经过水洗,烘干,最后由至少2根天丝纱线经过并丝、捻线、烧毛步骤。
优选地,所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵10-20 份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐3-8份、偶联剂3-6份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐5-10份、水40-50份。
优选地,所述偶联剂为异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1,2-硬脂酸甘油酯和单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或其混合物。
进一步地,所述含天丝面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将合股后的天丝纤维和涤纶纤维,采用人工小量混和,开清棉机械制成卷,梳棉机制成混合条;再将上述混合条,依次通过预并条机、并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机制得含天丝纱线;
步骤S2:将经过步骤S1制成的含天丝纱线作为纬纱,与经纱导入纺织机,通过纺织机编织面料;
步骤S3:将编织完成的面料依次经过退浆、染色、在后处理剂中后整理,脱水烘干、定型、压光后得到含天丝面料。
优选地,所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.5-1份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.3-0.5份、碳酸氢钠2-4份。

具体实施方式

实施例1提供一种含天丝面料,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织得到,所述纬纱为含天丝纱线;所述含天丝纱线包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:天丝纤维34%;余量为涤纶纤维;所述天丝纤维在纺织前先经过合股处理,以提高其强度,增加其粘度,清除白毛杂质。所述经纱为涤纶纱线、腈纶纱线按质量比2:3的混纺纱线。
所述合股处理包括首先由天丝纤维经清梳联、精梳工、并条、粗砂、细纱工序,后浸泡功能处理液,再经过水洗,烘干,最后由至少2根天丝纱线经过并丝、捻线、烧毛步骤。
所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵10份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐3份、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯3份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐5份、水 40份。
所述含天丝面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将合股后的天丝纤维和涤纶纤维,采用人工小量混和,开清棉机械制成卷,梳棉机制成混合条;再将上述混合条,依次通过预并条机、并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机制得含天丝纱线;
步骤S2:将经过步骤S1制成的含天丝纱线作为纬纱,与经纱导入纺织机,通过纺织机编织面料;
步骤S3:将编织完成的面料依次经过退浆、染色、在后处理剂中后整理,脱水烘干、定型、压光后得到含天丝面料。
所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.5份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.3份、碳酸氢钠2份。
实施例2
实施例2提供一种含天丝面料,所述面料的配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:所述含天丝纱线包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:天丝纤维35%;余量为涤纶纤维;所述经纱为涤纶纱线、黏胶纱线、棉砂线按质量比1:2:1的混纺纱线。所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵12份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐5份、1,2-硬脂酸甘油酯4份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐6份、水43份。所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6- 三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.65份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.35份、碳酸氢钠2.5份。
实施例3
实施例3提供一种含天丝面料,所述面料的配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:所述经纱和纬纱均为含天丝纱线;所述含天丝纱线包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:天丝纤维36%;所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵15 份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐6份、单硬脂酸甘油酯4.5份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐8份、水45份。所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.7份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.4份、碳酸氢钠3份。
实施例4
实施例4提供一种含天丝面料,所述面料的配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:所述经纱为黏胶纱线、棉砂线按质量比3:5的混纺纱线。所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵18份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐7份、偶联剂5份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐9份、水49份。所述偶联剂是异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1,2- 硬脂酸甘油酯和单硬脂酸甘油酯按质量比1:3:2混合而成。所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.9份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.45份、碳酸氢钠3.5份。
实施例5
实施例5提供一种含天丝面料,所述面料的配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是:所述经纱为涤纶纱线、腈纶纱线、黏胶纱线、棉砂线按质量比2:1:1:1的混纺纱线。所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵20份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐 8份、异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯6份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐0份、水50份。所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪1份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.5份、碳酸氢钠4份。
对比例1
对比例1提供一种含天丝面料,所述含天丝面料的制备方法和配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的是所述天丝纤维在纺织前没有经过合股处理。
对比例2
对比例2提供一种含天丝面料,所述含天丝面料的制备方法和配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的所述功能处理液没有添加聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐。
对比例3
对比例3提供一种含天丝面料,所述含天丝面料的制备方法和配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的所述功能处理液没有添加十二烷基三甲基氯化铵。
对比例4
对比例4提供一种含天丝面料,所述含天丝面料的制备方法和配方与实施例1基本相同,不同的所述后处理剂没有添加2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪。
对比例5
对比例5提供一种含天丝面料,其配方和制备方法同中国发明专利201710044866.6实施例。
上述各例中的含天丝面料,至于耐摩擦色牢度(湿磨)、抗菌率、耐洗色牢度(沾色)、水煮收缩率进行测试,其结果列于表1中。

从表1中可以看出,实施例1-5中的含天丝面料具有优异的耐磨性、抗菌性、耐洗性,且水煮收缩率更小。合股有利于提高面料的以上性能。聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐的添加有利于提高抗菌性能;十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪的添加也有利于提高其上述性能。

Claims (7)
1.一种含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述面料由经纱和纬纱纺织得到,所述经纱和纬纱中的至少一种为含天丝纱线;所述含天丝纱线包括如下重量百分含量的各组分:天丝纤维34-36%;余量为涤纶纤维;所述天丝纤维在纺织前先经过合股处理,以提高其强度,增加其粘度,清除白毛杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述经纱为涤纶纱线、腈纶纱线、黏胶纱线、棉砂线中的一种或几种的混纺纱线,所述纬纱为含天丝纱线。
3.根据权利要求1所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述合股处理包括首先由天丝纤维经清梳联、精梳工、并条、粗砂、细纱工序,后浸泡功能处理液,再经过水洗,烘干,最后由至少2根天丝纱线经过并丝、捻线、烧毛步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述功能处理液是由如下重量份的组分制成的:十二烷基三甲基氯化铵10-20份、吗啉乙磺酸钠盐3-8份、偶联剂3-6份、聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐5-10份、水40-50份。
5.根据权利要求4所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为异丙基三(二辛基磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、1,2-硬脂酸甘油酯和单硬脂酸甘油酯中的一种或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述含天丝面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将合股后的天丝纤维和涤纶纤维,采用人工小量混和,开清棉机械制成卷,梳棉机制成混合条;再将上述混合条,依次通过预并条机、并条机、粗纱机、细纱机和络筒机制得含天丝纱线;
步骤S2:将经过步骤S1制成的含天丝纱线作为纬纱,与经纱导入纺织机,通过纺织机编织面料;
步骤S3:将编织完成的面料依次经过退浆、染色、在后处理剂中后整理,脱水烘干、定型、压光后得到含天丝面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述含天丝面料,其特征在于,所述后处理剂包括如下重量份的组分:2,4,6-三(氨基己酸基)-1,3,5-三嗪0.5-1份、氨基硅油类柔软剂0.3-0.5份、碳酸氢钠2-4份。
