本发明属于布料印染工艺技术领域,具体的说是一种混纺布料印染工艺。
背景技术
混纺即混纺化纤织物,是化学纤维与其它棉毛、丝、麻等到天然纤维混合纺纱织成的纺织产品,既有涤纶的风格又有棉织物的长处,如涤棉布、涤毛华达呢等。混纺分为毛粘混纺、羊兔毛绲纺、TR面料、高密NC布、3M防水摩丝布、天丝面料、柔赛丝、TNC面料、复合面料等。
随着经济的发展,各种纺织品的应用领域逐渐扩大,由于纺织品大多为单层结构,并且单一原料纺织物往往功能单一;特别实现冬季,天气干燥,身体与衣物之间摩擦容易产生静电,单一的纯棉布料衣物虽然可以解决摩擦起电的问题,但单一的纯棉布料经多次水洗后,衣物会发生变形,衣物领口变大,袖口松弛,导致衣物不能再次穿戴。
现有混纺布料的印染工艺中,印染成品后的混纺布料裁制得衣物面料质地硬,需经过2-3次穿洗后,面料才能变得柔软,不能使穿戴者第一次穿戴时体验到衣物的舒适性。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,以解决背景技术中所描述的问题;本发明提出了一种混纺布料印染工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种混纺布料印染工艺,该印染工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:烧毛,将混纺布料平幅迅速地通过可燃性气体火焰以烧去混纺布料上的绒毛,同时脱离火源的混纺布料迅速采取吹冷风方式,消除混纺布料表面的火星,否则会在混纺布料上出现孔洞现象;
S2:退浆煮练,将烧毛后的混纺布料沉入淀粉酶溶液中,将混纺布料上淀粉浆料溶解去除掉,接着投入到烧碱溶液中进行煮练,以去除混纺布料上残留杂质;
S3:漂白,混纺布料经过清水过滤再投入到过氧化氢漂白剂中,破坏混纺布料色素中的发色基团,使混纺布料失去颜色而起到漂白作用,同时过氧化氢漂白剂具有退浆的作用,进一步将混纺布料上淀粉浆料溶解去除掉;
S4:丝光,混纺布料浸入烧碱溶液中反复浸轧,以提高混纺布料尺寸稳定性、断裂强度和对染料与水分的吸附能力,同时降低混纺布料的缩水性和降低混纺布料断裂延伸度;
S5:染色,将混纺布料投入染色缸中,混纺布料在浸入染料前,对混纺布料进行自然静置2-3天,使得紧绷的混纺布料之间组织变得疏松,同时,混纺布料在染色缸中浸染时,染料保持同等温度,以及让混纺布料自由落入染色缸中,混纺布料捞出时水平风干收卷;混纺布料的水平风干收卷,而不是倾斜或者竖直风干,是为了避免混纺布料粘附染色液体后,混纺布料的质量增大,混纺布料倾斜或者竖直方向受到自身的重力拉扯混纺布料本身,导致混纺布料内部组织紧实,染色液体不能有效浸透混纺布料;以及染色后的混纺布料进行风干,使得染色液体浸透混纺布料内部,使得混纺布料染色效果更佳;
S6:固色,将染色后的混纺布料经过清水浸泡10-15秒钟,再投入带有盐水的槽中,以2-3倍水稀释盐,同时分多次在盐水槽内加入盐,每次相隔5-7分钟,且温度保持在40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-20分钟,最后水平捞出再过清水后烘干;先将混纺布料投入清水浸泡,使得混纺布料变得疏松,更有益于盐水浸透混纺布料,多次间接性的往盐水槽中添加盐,保持盐水槽中盐的含量;以及混纺布料在清水浸泡,洗去混纺布料表面粘附的固体染料。
优选的,所述混纺布料在漂白和丝光过程中使用到过氧化氢漂白剂和烧碱溶液,使得混纺布料呈碱性,而人体皮肤皮肤呈弱酸性,且pH值在5.5-6.5之间,为此混纺布料在丝光后进行pH值调节,将丝光后的混纺布料投入调节剂中,对混纺布料进行pH调节。
优选的,所述调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 15-18%;
柔软剂 20-25%;
柠檬酸 2-5%;
双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 3-7%;
渗透剂 1-3%;
其余为去离子水;所述调节剂的各组分之和为百分之一百;
所述调节剂成分中添加柔软剂,因此调节剂在调节混纺布料的酸碱度时,不仅可以将混纺布料的pH值调节至5.5-6.5之间,还可以将混纺布料进行软化处理,提高混纺布料的舒适性。
优选的,所述混纺布料各组分之和为百分之一百;所述混纺布料由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
纯棉纺丝 40-70%;
涤纶混纺丝 35-70%;
精纺毛织纺丝 25-40%;
所述纯棉纺丝所使用的棉为长绒棉;长绒棉和短绒棉的区别在于长绒棉纺出来面料要比短绒棉的柔软,而且长绒棉纤维比较长,长绒棉做出来的面料要比短绒棉细腻更好。
优选的,所述涤纶混纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;所述涤纶混纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
涤纶纤维 57-62%
活性炭纤维 21-26%;
粘胶纤维 13-17%;
优选的,所述精纺毛织纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;所述精纺毛织纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
粘胶纤维 20-25%;

本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明所述的一种混纺布料印染工艺,通过在调节剂中添加柔软剂,调节剂在调节混纺布料的酸碱度时,不仅可以将混纺布料的pH值调节至5.5-6.5之间,还可以将混纺布料进行软化处理,提高混纺布料的舒适性。
2.本发明所述的一种混纺布料印染工艺,通过将纯棉纺丝纺织的外层,一方面纯棉纺丝纺织的外层在贴附人体皮肤时,提高人们穿戴衣物的舒适性,同时可以避免由混纺布料产生静电现象的发生;另一方面纯棉纺丝是由长绒棉制成,长绒棉的纤维长,可以穿过纤维绳上空隙并与中间层的绒毛相互交织在一起,进一步增强中间层与外层之间的牢固性。

如图1至图3所示,本发明所述的一种混纺布料印染工艺,该印染工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:烧毛,将混纺布料平幅迅速地通过可燃性气体火焰以烧去混纺布料上的绒毛,同时脱离火源的混纺布料迅速采取吹冷风方式,消除混纺布料表面的火星,否则会在混纺布料上出现孔洞现象;

S5:染色,将混纺布料投入染色缸中,混纺布料在浸入染料前,对混纺布料进行自然静置2-3天,使得紧绷的混纺布料之间组织变得疏松,同时,混纺布料在染色缸中浸染时,染料保持同等温度,以及让混纺布料自由落入染色缸中,混纺布料捞出时水平风干收卷;混纺布料的水平风干收卷,而不是倾斜或者竖直风干,是为了避免混纺布料粘附染色液体后,混纺布料的质量增大,混纺布料倾斜或者竖直方向受到自身的重力拉扯混纺布料本身,导致混纺布料内部组织紧实,染色液体不能有效浸透混纺布料;以及染色后的混纺布料进行风干,使得染色液体浸透混纺布料内部,使得混纺布料染色效果更佳;
S6:固色,将染色后的混纺布料经过清水浸泡10-15秒钟,再投入带有盐水的槽中,以2-3倍水稀释盐,同时分多次在盐水槽内加入盐,每次相隔5-7分钟,且温度保持在40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-20分钟,最后水平捞出再过清水后烘干;先将混纺布料投入清水浸泡,使得混纺布料变得疏松,更有益于盐水浸透混纺布料,多次间接性的往盐水槽中添加盐,保持盐水槽中盐的含量;以及混纺布料在清水浸泡,洗去混纺布料表面粘附的固体染料。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述混纺布料在漂白和丝光过程中使用到过氧化氢漂白剂和烧碱溶液,使得混纺布料呈碱性,而人体皮肤皮肤呈弱酸性,且pH值在5.5-6.5之间,为此混纺布料在丝光后进行pH值调节,将丝光后的混纺布料投入调节剂中,对混纺布料进行pH调节。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述调节剂的各组分之和为百分之一百;所述调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 15-18%;
柔软剂 20-25%;
柠檬酸 2-5%;
双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 3-7%;
渗透剂 1-3%;
其余为去离子水;
所述调节剂成分中添加柔软剂,因此调节剂在调节混纺布料的酸碱度时,不仅可以将混纺布料的pH值调节至5.5-6.5之间,还可以将混纺布料进行软化处理,提高混纺布料的舒适性。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述混纺布料各组分之和为百分之一百;所述混纺布料由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
纯棉纺丝 40-70%;
涤纶混纺丝 35-70%;
精纺毛织纺丝 25-40%;
所述纯棉纺丝所使用的棉为长绒棉;长绒棉和短绒棉的区别在于长绒棉纺出来面料要比短绒棉的柔软,而且长绒棉纤维比较长,长绒棉做出来的面料要比短绒棉细腻更好。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述涤纶混纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;所述涤纶混纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
涤纶纤维 57-62%
活性炭纤维 21-26%;
粘胶纤维 13-17%;
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述精纺毛织纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;所述精纺毛织纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
粘胶纤维 20-25%;
聚丙烯腈纤维 15-25%;
兔毛 45-60%;
所述兔毛为安哥拉兔毛;安哥拉兔毛相比其他兔毛,蓬松状高,纤维细长而又柔软,粗毛少,既可以用于粗纺,也可用于精纺。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述混纺布料由三层组成,且中间层1由涤纶混纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝纺织而成,外层2由纯棉纺丝纺织而成;所述中间层1与外层2之间设有纤维绳3,且中间层1在纺织过程中将纤维绳3排布在涤纶混纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝中;所述纤维绳3由弹性纤维纺织而成,纤维绳3呈十字交叉方式纺织;通过将纯棉纺织丝纺织制成混纺布料的外层2,提高混纺布料的舒适性,以及通过纤维绳3增强中间层1与外层2之间的牢固性;使用时,中间层1的涤纶纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝在纺织时,涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺的绒毛丝纺上的绒毛相互交织在一起,同时纤维绳3的十字交叉方式使得纤维绳3之间留有空隙,使得涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺丝的绒毛插入空隙中,从而增大了中间层1与纤维绳3之间的摩擦力,继而增强了中间层1的紧实性;以及由纯棉纺丝纺织的外层2,一方面纯棉纺丝纺织的外层2在贴附人体皮肤时,提高人们穿戴衣物的舒适性,同时可以避免由混纺布料产生静电现象的发生;另一方面纯棉纺丝是由长绒棉制成,长绒棉的纤维长,可以穿过纤维绳3上空隙并与中间层1的绒毛相互交织在一起,进一步增强中间层1与外层2之间的牢固性,同时中间层1的部分绒毛穿过外层2,在烧毛过程中,中间层1的绒毛与外层2的绒毛烧结在一起,再次增强了外层2与中间层1之间的牢固性。
使用时,中间层1的涤纶纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝在纺织时,涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺丝的绒毛相互交织在一起,同时纤维绳3的十字交叉方式使得纤维绳3之间留有空隙,使得涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺丝的绒毛插入空隙中,从而增大了中间层1与纤维绳3之间的摩擦力,继而增强了中间层1的紧实性;以及由纯棉纺丝纺织的外层2,一方面纯棉纺丝纺织的外层2在贴附人体皮肤时,提高人们穿戴衣物的舒适性,同时可以避免由混纺布料产生静电现象的发生;另一方面纯棉纺丝是由长绒棉制成,长绒棉的纤维长,可以穿过纤维绳3上空隙并与中间层1的绒毛相互交织在一起,进一步增强中间层1与外层2之间的牢固性,同时中间层1的部分绒毛穿过外层2,在烧毛过程中,中间层1的绒毛与外层2的绒毛烧结在一起,再次增强了外层2与中间层1之间的牢固性。
实施例1
一种混纺布料,由下列质量百分比的原料组成:纯棉纺丝50%;涤纶混纺丝40%;精纺毛织纺丝30%;其中涤纶纤维60%;活性炭纤维24%;粘胶纤维15%;粘胶纤维22%;聚丙烯腈纤维20%;兔毛50%;
将混纺布料在丝光后,在混纺布料的端部剪去三张面积相同的布料,然后将三张布料分别投入到装有调节剂的实验杯中并浸泡10分钟捞出,用手搓揉布料,感受布料的绒软程度,且所述调节剂的各组分之和为百分之一百;实验杯内的调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 16%;
柔软剂 21%;
柠檬酸 3%;
双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 5%;
渗透剂 1%;
其余为去离子水 57%。
实施例2
一种混纺布料,由下列质量百分比的原料组成:纯棉纺丝50%;涤纶混纺丝40%;精纺毛织纺丝30%;其中涤纶纤维60%;活性炭纤维24%;粘胶纤维15%;粘胶纤维22%;聚丙烯腈纤维20%;兔毛50%;
将混纺布料在丝光后,在混纺布料的端部剪去三张面积相同的布料,然后将三张布料分别投入到装有调节剂的实验杯中并浸泡10分钟捞出,用手搓揉布料,感受布料的绒软程度,且所述调节剂的各组分之和为百分之一百;实验杯内的调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 16%;
柔软剂 23%;
柠檬酸 3%;
双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 5%;
渗透剂 2%;
其余为去离子水 51%。
实施例3
一种混纺布料,由下列质量百分比的原料组成:纯棉纺丝50%;涤纶混纺丝40%;精纺毛织纺丝30%;其中涤纶纤维60%;活性炭纤维24%;粘胶纤维15%;粘胶纤维22%;聚丙烯腈纤维20%;兔毛50%;
将混纺布料在丝光后,在混纺布料的端部剪去三张面积相同的布料,然后将三张布料分别投入到装有调节剂的实验杯中并浸泡10分钟捞出,用手搓揉布料,感受布料的绒软程度,且所述调节剂的各组分之和为百分之一百;实验杯内的调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 16%;
柔软剂 25%;
柠檬酸 3%;
双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷 5%;
渗透剂 3%;
其余为去离子水 48%。
所得实施例1-3中布料的柔软程度为实施例1-3中相比较而言,且混纺布料的绒软程度划分为柔软、适中和坚硬三种,实施例1-3中混纺布料的柔软程度记录结果如表格一所示:

通过使用控制变量法,在不改变混纺布料的成分前提下,通过逐渐增加调节剂中柔软剂和渗透剂的添加量,可使得混纺布料质地变得柔软舒适。

Claims (1)

1.一种混纺布料印染工艺,其特征在于:该印染工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:烧毛,将混纺布料平幅迅速地通过可燃性气体火焰以烧去混纺布料上的绒毛,同时脱离火源的混纺布料迅速采取吹冷风方式,消除混纺布料表面的火星,否则会在混纺布料上出现孔洞现象;
S2:退浆煮练,将烧毛后的混纺布料沉入淀粉酶溶液中,将混纺布料上淀粉浆料去除掉,接着投入到烧碱溶液中进行煮练,以去除混纺布料上残留杂质;
S3:漂白,混纺布料经过清水过滤再投入到过氧化氢漂白剂中,破坏混纺布料色素中的发色基团,使混纺布料失去颜色而起到漂白作用,同时过氧化氢漂白剂具有退浆的作用,进一步将混纺布料上淀粉浆料溶解去除掉;
S4:丝光,混纺布料浸入烧碱溶液中反复浸轧,以提高混纺布料尺寸稳定性、断裂强度和对染料与水分的吸附能力,同时降低混纺布料的缩水性和降低混纺布料断裂延伸度;
S5:染色,将混纺布料投入染色缸中,混纺布料在浸入染料前,对混纺布料进行自然静置2-3天,使得紧绷的混纺布料之间组织变得疏松,同时,混纺布料在染色缸中浸染时,染料保持同等温度,以及让混纺布料自由落入染色缸中,混纺布料捞出时水平风干收卷;而不是倾斜或者竖直风干,是为了避免混纺布料粘附染色液体后,混纺布料的质量增大,混纺布料倾斜或者竖直方向受到自身的重力拉扯混纺布料本身,导致混纺布料内部组织紧实,染色液体不能有效浸透混纺布料;以及染色后的混纺布料进行风干,使得染色液体浸透混纺布料内部,使得混纺布料染色效果更佳;
S6:固色,将染色后的混纺布料经过清水浸泡10-15秒钟,再投入带有盐水的槽中,以2-3倍水稀释盐,同时分多次在盐水槽内加入盐,每次相隔5-7分钟,且温度保持在40-60℃,浸泡时间为10-20分钟,最后水平捞出再过清水后烘干;先将混纺布料投入清水浸泡,使得混纺布料变得疏松,更有益于盐水浸透混纺布料,多次间接性的往盐水槽中添加盐,保持盐水槽中盐的含量;以及混纺布料在清水浸泡,洗去混纺布料表面粘附的固体染料;
混纺布料在所述漂白和丝光过程中使用到过氧化氢漂白剂和烧碱溶液,使得混纺布料呈碱性,而人体皮肤皮肤呈弱酸性,且pH值在5.5-6.5之间,为此混纺布料在丝光后进行pH值调节,将丝光后的混纺布料投入调节剂中,对混纺布料进行pH调节;
所述混纺布料由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
纯棉纺丝 40-70%;
涤纶混纺丝 35-70%;
精纺毛织纺丝 25-40%;
所述混纺布料各组分之和为百分之一百;
所述纯棉纺丝所使用的棉为长绒棉;
所述涤纶混纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
涤纶纤维 57-62%;
活性炭纤维 21-26%;
粘胶纤维 13-17%;
所述涤纶混纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;
所述精纺毛织纺丝由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
粘胶纤维 20-25%;
聚丙烯腈纤维 15-25%;
兔毛 45-60%;
所述精纺毛织纺丝的各组分之和为百分之一百;
所述兔毛为安哥拉兔毛;
所述混纺布料由三层组成,且中间层(1)由涤纶混纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝纺织而成,外层(2)由纯棉纺丝纺织而成;所述中间层(1)与外层(2)之间设有纤维绳(3),且中间层(1)在纺织过程中将纤维绳(3)排布在涤纶混纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝中;所述纤维绳(3)由弹性纤维纺织而成,纤维绳(3)呈十字交叉方式纺织;通过将纯棉纺织丝纺织制成混纺布料的外层(2),提高混纺布料的舒适性,以及通过纤维绳(3)增强中间层(1)与外层(2)之间的牢固性;
使用时,中间层(1)的涤纶纺丝和精纺毛织纺丝在纺织时,涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺丝的绒毛相互交织在一起,同时纤维绳(3)的十字交叉方式使得纤维绳(3)之间留有空隙,使得涤纶纺丝的绒毛和精纺毛织纺丝上的绒毛插入空隙中,从而增大了中间层(1)与纤维绳(3)之间的摩擦力,继而增强了中间层(1)的紧实性;以及由纯棉纺丝纺织的外层(2),一方面纯棉纺丝纺织的外层(2)在贴附人体皮肤时,提高人们穿戴衣物的舒适性,同时可以避免由混纺布料产生静电现象的发生;另一方面纯棉纺丝是由长绒棉制成,长绒棉的纤维长,可以穿过纤维绳(3)上空隙并与中间层(1)的绒毛相互交织在一起,进一步增强中间层(1)与外层(2)之间的牢固性,同时中间层(1)的部分绒毛穿过外层(2),在烧毛过程中,中间层(1)的绒毛与外层(2)的绒毛烧结在一起,再次增强了外层(2)与中间层(1)之间的牢固性;
所述调节剂为下述组分按重量百分比组成:

所述调节剂成分中添加柔软剂,因此调节剂在调节混纺布料的酸碱度时,不仅可以将混纺布料的pH值调节至5.5-6.5之间,还可以将混纺布料进行软化处理,提高混纺布料的舒适性。
