背景技术
沉香为瑞香科植物白木香Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg或沉香Aquilariaagallocha Roxb.含有树脂的木材。具有行气止痛,温中止呕,纳气平喘之功效,临床上用于胸腹胀闷疼痛,胃寒呕吐呕逆,肾虚气逆喘急治疗。它是天然的植物香料,随着人们生活水平的提高及保健意识的增强,安全且健康的养生饮品越来越受到关注。目前,针对沉香的食用主要还停留在粗放的泡饮阶段,这种食用方法单一,不能最大限度地利用。目前未见以沉香和枸杞组合用于提高免疫力的报道。

本发明的目的在于提供一种具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液,旨在解决沉香类天然植物香料传统食用方法单一、营养利用效果差的技术问题。

1、对免疫器官重量影响实验
1.1、实验动物:健康昆明种小鼠,雌雄各半,15~25g,将小鼠随机分成5组:空白组,实施例1至实施例4治疗组。
1.2、实验方法:治疗组均给予0.5g/kg的口服液灌胃给药,对照组使用相同量的生理盐水进行灌胃。每日灌胃1次,连续灌胃4周。各组小鼠末次灌胃60min后。从小鼠尾静脉注射墨汁0.1ml/10g,于注射后2min、12min,分别从眼眶后静脉丛取血,经换算后,得吞噬指数。取胸腺及脾脏.称其质量并分别计算其与体重比值,为相应小鼠免疫器官指数,具体实验结果如表1所示:

实施例6:功能性实验
取实施例1制得的沉香口服液,供30名易感体质青少年服用,每人每天早晚各口服30mL,连续饮用4周,之后通过试验者对饮用口感和身体状态的改变分别进行评价。
结果:所有试验者均可认可口服液的饮用口感,食欲增强,肠胃得到改善,体重增加,服用期间未感冒,手脚温暖,显示出一定的滋养和调理易感体质的效果。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:沉香50-100g、枸杞30-50g、木糖醇20-30g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液,其特征在于,它由下列重量份数的原料制成:沉香50g、枸杞30g、木糖醇40g。
3.权利要求1或2所述的一种具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按重量份数取沉香和枸杞,然后清洗干净;
步骤二:取清洗干净的沉香破碎,然后与枸杞混合,加水煎煮,过滤,取煎煮液;
步骤三:取步骤二的煎煮液加入木糖醇;
步骤四:搅拌冷却离心,取上清液,灌注既得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,沉香和枸杞,加6至15倍量的水,煎煮提取1至3次,每次1至2小时,先大火煮开,然后小火蒸煮。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有提高免疫力的沉香口服液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,搅拌5-10min,使其混合均匀,然后转速3000rpm,离心5min。
