甜叶菊70-80,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,丹参5-8,银杏叶5-8,柠檬草15-25,甘草8-10,灵芝3-5,吴茱萸3-5,决明子5-8,胡萝卜30-50,番茄30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量。
上述具有降脂降压、软化血管功效的甜叶菊保健营养粉,优选地,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
甜叶菊75,红枣40,小麦粉450,丹参6,银杏叶6,柠檬草20,甘草9,灵芝4,吴茱萸4,决明子7,胡萝卜40,番茄40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,清水适量。
上述甜叶菊保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将丹参、甘草和灵芝洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润30-40min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红枣、胡萝卜、番茄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4-5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸25-30min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在32-36℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;

一种具有降脂降压、软化血管功效的甜叶菊保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
甜叶菊75g,红枣40g,小麦粉450g,丹参6g,银杏叶6g,柠檬草20g,甘草9g,灵芝4g,吴茱萸4g,决明子7g,胡萝卜40g,番茄40g,枸杞12g,蜂蜜12g,清水适量。
上述甜叶菊保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将丹参、甘草和灵芝洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润35min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红枣、胡萝卜、番茄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4.5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸26min,冷却后加入浆重1.5%的果浆酶,在34℃下酶解3.5h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将甜叶菊、银杏叶、柠檬草、吴茱萸和决明子洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮26min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;

Claims (2)
1.一种具有降脂降压、软化血管功效的甜叶菊保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
甜叶菊70-80,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,丹参5-8,银杏叶5-8,柠檬草15-25,甘草8-10,灵芝3-5,吴茱萸3-5,决明子5-8,胡萝卜30-50,番茄30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量;
上述甜叶菊保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将丹参、甘草和灵芝洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润30-40min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
(2)将新鲜红枣、胡萝卜、番茄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4-5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸25-30min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在32-36℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
(3)将甜叶菊、银杏叶、柠檬草、吴茱萸和决明子洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮25-30min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
(4)将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有降脂降压、软化血管功效的甜叶菊保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
