蒲公英55,黄豆40,小麦粉450,玫瑰茄25,红薯25,黄芪4,红景天4,三七4,金银花8,西红柿40,蓝莓40,葡萄40,枸杞13,蜂蜜14,清水适量。
上述蒲公英保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将黄豆、黄芪和三七洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润30-35min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;

上述蒲公英保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将黄豆、黄芪和三七洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润32min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红薯、西红柿、蓝莓、葡萄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4倍清水打浆,小火煮35min,冷却后加入浆重1.5%的果浆酶,在35℃下酶解3.5h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将蒲公英、玫瑰茄、红景天、三七、金银花洗净混合切碎,加入10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮28min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至110目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得蒲公英营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过30人感官评价,有25人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有2人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余3人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例3
一种蒲公英保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
蒲公英60kg,黄豆50kg,小麦粉500kg,玫瑰茄30kg,红薯30kg,黄芪5kg,红景天5kg,三七5kg,金银花9kg,西红柿50kg,蓝莓50kg,葡萄50kg,枸杞15kg,蜂蜜15kg,清水适量。
上述蒲公英保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将黄豆、黄芪和三七洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润35min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红薯、西红柿、蓝莓、葡萄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与5倍清水打浆,小火煮40min,冷却后加入浆重2%的果浆酶,在40℃下酶解4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将蒲公英、玫瑰茄、红景天、三七、金银花洗净混合切碎,加入12倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮25-30min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得蒲公英保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过40人感官评价,有36人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有2人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余2人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
Claims (2)
1.一种蒲公英保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
蒲公英50-60,黄豆30-50,小麦粉400-500,玫瑰茄20-30,红薯20-30,黄芪3-5,红景天3-5,三七3-5,金银花6-9,西红柿30-50,蓝莓30-50,葡萄30-50,枸杞12-15,蜂蜜12-15,清水适量;
上述蒲公英保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将黄豆、黄芪和三七洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润30-35min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
(2)将新鲜红薯、西红柿、蓝莓、葡萄和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与3-5倍清水打浆,小火煮30-40min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-40℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
(3)将蒲公英、玫瑰茄、红景天、三七、金银花洗净混合切碎,加入9-12倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮25-30min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
(4)将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒲公英保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
蒲公英55,黄豆40,小麦粉450,玫瑰茄25,红薯25,黄芪4,红景天4,三七4,金银花8,西红柿40,蓝莓40,葡萄40,枸杞13,蜂蜜14,清水适量。
