红巧梅70-80,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,当归5-8,红参5-8,益母草15-25,川芎8-10,芍药3-5,阿胶3-5,艾草5-8,黑豆30-50,龙眼30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量。
上述红巧梅保健营养粉,优选地,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
红巧梅75,红枣40,小麦粉450,当归6,红参6,益母草20,川芎9,芍药4,阿胶4,艾草7,黑豆40,龙眼40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,清水适量。
上述红巧梅保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将当归、红参、川芎、阿胶和黑豆洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润20-25min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红枣、龙眼和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与5-6倍清水打浆,小火煮沸25-30min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将红巧梅、益母草、芍药和艾草洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮30-40min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;

对本实施例所得红巧梅营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过30人感官评价,有25人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有1人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余4人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例3
一种红巧梅保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
红巧梅80g,红枣50g,小麦粉500g,当归8g,红参8g,益母草25g,川芎10g,芍药5g,阿胶5g,艾草8g,黑豆50g,龙眼50g,枸杞15g,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量。
上述红巧梅保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将当归、红参、川芎、阿胶和黑豆洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润25min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜红枣、龙眼和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与6倍清水打浆,小火煮沸30min,冷却后加入浆重2%的果浆酶,在35℃下酶解4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将红巧梅、益母草、芍药和艾草洗净混合切碎,加入10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮40min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得红巧梅保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过40人感官评价,有36人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有2人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余2人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
Claims (2)
1.一种红巧梅保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
红巧梅70-80,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,当归5-8,红参5-8,益母草15-25,川芎8-10,芍药3-5,阿胶3-5,艾草5-8,黑豆30-50,龙眼30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,清水适量;
上述红巧梅保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将当归、红参、川芎、阿胶和黑豆洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润20-25min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
(2)将新鲜红枣、龙眼和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与5-6倍清水打浆,小火煮沸25-30min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-35℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
(3)将红巧梅、益母草、芍药和艾草洗净混合切碎,加入8-10倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮30-40min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
(4)将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红巧梅保健营养粉,期特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
红巧梅75,红枣40,小麦粉450,当归6,红参6,益母草20,川芎9,芍药4,阿胶4,艾草7,黑豆40,龙眼40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,清水适量。
