合欢花50-60,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,酸枣仁20-30,紫石英5-7,甘草10-12,远志5-8,五味子3-5,朱砂2-4,珍珠粉1-3,茯苓5-8,莲子10-20,桂圆30-50,百合30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,水适量。
上述合欢花保健营养粉,优选地,由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
合欢花55,红枣40,小麦粉450,酸枣仁25,紫石英6,甘草11,远志6,五味子4,朱砂3,珍珠粉2,茯苓7,莲子15,桂圆40,百合40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,水适量。
上述合欢花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将红枣、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、茯苓和莲子洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润40-50min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将桂圆、百合和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4-5倍水打浆,小火煮沸20-25min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-40℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再干燥,磨粉备用;

对本实施例所得合欢花保健营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过20人感官评价,有15人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有2人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余3人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例2
一种合欢花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
合欢花55g,红枣40g,小麦粉450g,酸枣仁25g,紫石英6g,甘草11g,远志6g,五味子4g,朱砂3g,珍珠粉2g,茯苓7g,莲子15g,桂圆40g,百合40g,枸杞12g,蜂蜜12g,清水适量。
上述合欢花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将红枣、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、茯苓和莲子洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润45min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
2、将新鲜桂圆、百合和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4.5倍清水打浆,小火煮沸22min,冷却后加入浆重1.5%的果浆酶,在35℃下酶解3.5h,过滤后灭酶,再冷冻干燥,磨粉备用;
3、将合欢花、紫石英、甘草、朱砂和珍珠粉混合捣碎,加入11倍的清水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮25min,过滤,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药粉,备用;
4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至110目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。
对本实施例所得合欢花营养粉进行口味评分试验,经过30人感官评价,有25人表示喜欢本实施例的味道,有1人表示不喜欢本实施例的味道,其余4人表示本实施例味道一般。可见,大众对本实施例口感与味道接受程度较高。
实施例3
一种合欢花保健营养粉,由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
合欢花60g,红枣50g,小麦粉500g,酸枣仁30g,紫石英7g,甘草12g,远志8g,五味子5g,朱砂4g,珍珠粉3g,茯苓8g,莲子20g,桂圆50g,百合50g,枸杞15g,蜂蜜15g,清水适量。
上述合欢花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1、将红枣、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、茯苓和莲子洗净,晾干后放入锅中,倒入清水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润50min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;

4、将步骤1、2、3制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
食用时,打开包装用热水冲泡即可食用。

Claims (2)
1.一种合欢花保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料制成:
合欢花50-60,红枣30-50,小麦粉400-500,酸枣仁20-30,紫石英5-7,甘草10-12,远志5-8,五味子3-5,朱砂2-4,珍珠粉1-3,茯苓5-8,莲子10-20,桂圆30-50,百合30-50,枸杞10-15,蜂蜜10-15,水适量;
上述合欢花保健营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将红枣、酸枣仁、远志、五味子、茯苓和莲子洗净,晾干后放入容器中,加入水和蜂蜜,加盖用小火焖润40-50min,再去盖小火翻炒至干燥,磨粉,备用;
(2)将桂圆、百合和枸杞去皮洗净,一起混合与4-5倍水打浆,小火煮沸20-25min,冷却后加入浆重1-2%的果浆酶,在30-40℃下酶解3-4h,过滤后灭酶,再干燥,磨粉备用;
(3)将合欢花、紫石英、甘草、朱砂和珍珠粉混合捣碎,加入9-12倍的水,放入容器中煮沸,后用小火煎煮20-30min,过滤,滤液干燥,得中药粉,备用;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)制得的粉末与小麦粉混合均匀,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合欢花保健营养粉,其特征是:由下述重量份配比的原料组成:
合欢花55,红枣40,小麦粉450,酸枣仁25,紫石英6,甘草11,远志6,五味子4,朱砂3,珍珠粉2,茯苓7,莲子15,桂圆40,百合40,枸杞12,蜂蜜12,水适量。
