本发明具有补气固表活血行气、生血补心、滋肾补血养心安神、养阴滋阴、生津清肺理气健脾胃、补阳助阳补肾益髓利水化痰祛湿、添精补阳、阴兴阳起，增强人体免疫力的养生功效，适用亚健康中老年男女长期饮用。由于枣、冰糖的添加还可以增加状元升阳酒的口感和风味。
效果观察试验：
选取100名各自认为亚健康状态的人群（主要表现在睡眠质量差，易疲劳等）年龄35至75岁不等，服用补血养心酒，每天晚睡前50-100毫升，进行跟踪观察，一个月后统计效果。绝大多数试验者认为，本发明补血养心酒，具有明显养生健身功效，主要表现在睡眠质量提高，工作一天后疲劳减轻和消失，精力充沛疼痛减轻或消失，。其中，98人认为对睡眠质量有明显改善，100人全部认为对身体易疲劳的状况就明显改善，精力比服用前更充沛，有效率100%。

Claims (2)

1.补血养心酒，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的组分作为原料，按常规浸泡方法用酒浸泡而得，各重量份数的组分为：黄芪1-5份、茯神1-5份、当归1-5份，熟地1-3份、生地1-3份、白术1-2份、党参1-2份、麦冬1-2份、茯苓1-2份、广陈皮1-2份、山萸肉1-2份、枸杞1-2份、川芎1-2份、防风1-2份、五味子1-2份、羌活1-2份、肉桂0.5-2份、甘草0.5-1份、龟胶鹿胶2-4份、枣2-3份、冰糖2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补血养心酒，其特征在于，所述的原料中各组分的重量份数优选为：黄芪2份、茯神2份、当归2份，熟地1份、生地1份、白术1份、党参1.5份、麦冬1份、茯苓1份、广陈皮1份、山萸肉1份、枸杞1份、川芎1份、防风1份、五味子1份、羌活1份、肉桂0.5份、甘草0.5份、龟胶鹿胶各1公斤、枣2份、冰糖2份。
