喜欢喝茶的人一定知道,粗老茶叶由于品质、口感较差等原因,产品附加值低,茶农在收益低的情况下一般不采不管不理,导致大部分的粗老茶叶都老死枝头,这是一种资源的极大浪费。本发明采用提取茶浓缩汁的办法达到了对粗老茶叶的最大化利用,既避免了资源浪费,又增加了茶农的收益;同时添加药食同源中药材,诸药配伍相合,起到祛湿健脾的作用。

技术方案:一种祛湿健脾浓缩茶及其制备方法,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:桑叶20-40份、茶叶10-20份、白扁豆15-25份、薏苡仁8-12份、山药7-13份、茯苓9-11份、莲子4-6份、甘草3-7份、人参(人工种植)2-8份。

实施例1:取桑叶20份、茶叶10份、白扁豆15份、薏苡仁8份、山药7份、茯苓9份、莲子6份、甘草7份、人参(人工种植)8份药材合并,加水煎煮三次,第一次加水为药材重量的11倍量,煎煮2h,第二次加水为药材重量的9倍量,煎煮1h,第三次加水为药材重量的7倍量,煎煮0.5h,合并煎液,0.07MPa、60-70℃下减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15的浸膏 ,加95%(v/v)乙醇使含醇量达75%(v/v), 搅拌,静置24小时,过滤,滤液在0.07MPa、65℃条件下减压浓缩成至65℃时相对密度为1.25,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液喷雾干燥(条件为进风温度为100℃,出风温度为85℃,物料温度为80℃,雾化压力为0.2兆帕,喷雾速度为5ml/s。),制备成浓缩茶。
实施例2:取桑叶30份、茶叶15份、白扁豆20份、薏苡仁10份、山药10份、茯苓10份、莲子5份、甘草5份、人参(人工种植)5份药材合并,加水煎煮三次,第一次加水为药材重量的13倍量,煎煮2.5h,第二次加水为药材重量的11倍量,煎煮1.5h,第三次加水为药材重量的9倍量,煎煮45分钟,合并煎液,0.07MPa、60-70℃下减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20,加95%(v/v)乙醇使含醇量达80%(v/v),搅拌,静置24小时,过滤,滤液在0.07MPa、65℃条件下减压浓缩成至65℃时相对密度为1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液喷雾干燥(条件为进风温度为110℃,出风温度为80℃,物料温度为70℃,雾化压力为0.3兆帕,喷雾速度为7.5ml/s。),制备成浓缩茶。
实施例3:取桑叶40份、茶叶20份、白扁豆25份、薏苡仁12份、山药13份、茯苓11份、莲子4份、甘草3份、人参(人工种植)2份药材合并,加水煎煮三次,第一次加水为药材重量的15倍量,煎煮3h,第二次加水为药材重量的13倍量,煎煮2h,第三次加水为药材重量的11倍量,煎煮1h,合并煎液,0.07MPa、60-70℃下减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.20的浸膏,加95%(v/v)乙醇使含醇量达85%(v/v),搅拌,静置24小时,过滤,滤液在0.07MPa、65℃条件下减压浓缩成至65℃时相对密度为1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,将浓缩液喷雾干燥(条件为进风温度为120℃,出风温度为90℃,物料温度为90℃,雾化压力为0.4兆帕,喷雾速度为10ml/s。),制备成浓缩茶。

1.一种祛湿健脾浓缩茶及其制备方法,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:桑叶20-40份、茶叶10-20份、白扁豆15-25份、薏苡仁8-12份、山药7-13份、茯苓9-11份、莲子4-6份、甘草3-7份、人参(人工种植)2-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于祛湿健脾的浓缩茶,其特征在于,它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到:桑叶30份、茶叶15份、白扁豆20份、薏苡仁10份、山药10份、茯苓10份、莲子5份、甘草5份、人参(人工种植)5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于祛湿健脾的浓缩茶,其特征在于,所述原料经提取后喷雾干燥制成浓缩茶。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于祛湿健脾的浓缩茶,其特征在于,制备方法包括如下步骤:取桑叶、茶叶、白扁豆、薏苡仁、山药、茯苓、莲子、甘草、人参(人工种植)药材合并,加水煎煮三次,合并煎液,减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏,加乙醇使含醇量的体积百分比达75-85%,搅拌,静置,过滤,滤液减压浓缩至65℃时相对密度为1.25-1.30,并回收乙醇,得浓缩液,喷雾干燥,制成浓缩茶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于祛湿健脾的浓缩茶,其特征在于,制备方法步骤中,煎煮条件为:第一次加水为全部药材重量的11-15倍量,煎煮2-3h;第二次加水为药材重量的9-13倍量,煎煮1-2h;第三次加水为药材重量的7-11倍量,煎煮0.5-1h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于祛湿健脾的浓缩茶,其特征在于,制备方法步骤中,喷雾干燥条件为:进风温度为80-120℃,出风温度为80-90℃,物料温度为70-90℃,雾化压力为0.2-0.4兆帕,喷雾速度为5-10ml/s。
7.权利要求1或2所述的浓缩茶在制备用于祛湿健脾的功能性饮品中的应用。
