背景技术
我国现有糖尿病人4000多万,血糖高而又未达到糖尿病程度者有6000多万,除了这一亿多人之外,还有多少人属于易患糖尿病的高危人群,难以确切地统计。据专家估计我国的糖尿病患者还正以每年100 万的数量在增加。糖尿病是一种终身病,以现有的医学技术尚无根治方法,只能终身用药控制。因不能及时有效治疗而发生的各种合并症死亡率及致残率十分惊人,已成为威胁人们健康的杀手。无论是在糖尿病的预防上,还是在糖尿病的治疗中,合理的饮食结构则是影响糖尿病发病和病情程度的重要因素之一,因此,开发降糖大米迫在眉睫。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种碳水化合物含量低,能降低糖量,适宜特定人群,特别是糖尿病人群食用的降糖大米。

一种降糖大米,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份数的成分组成:大米80份,黑米10份,泽糖米5份,黑豆5份,黄豆5份,豇豆5份,绿豆5份,燕麦2份,荞麦2份,薏米2份,玉米2份,添加有通过超临界CO2萃取技术提取出功能有效成分的药食两用成分,并与降糖大米按照重量比0.005~0.1∶100雾化混合,其中药食两用成分各原料配比如下:黄芪30g,菊芋25g,山楂20g,玉竹20g,山药15g,地黄15g
黑米:黑米具有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、补益脾胃,益气活血,养肝明目等疗效;黑米所含锰、锌、铜等无机盐大都比大米高1~3倍;更含有大米所缺乏的维生素C、叶绿素、花青素、胡萝卜素及强心甙等特殊成分,因而黑米比普通大米更具营养。多食黑米具有开胃益中,健脾暖肝,明目活血,滑涩补精之功,对于少年白发、妇女产后虚弱,病后体虚以及贫血、肾虚均有很好的补养作用。
泽糖米:糖分转化低,富含亚麻酸。
黑豆:黑豆中所含的不饱和脂肪酸,可促进胆固醇的代谢、降低血脂,预防心血管疾病,且黑豆的纤维质含量高,可促进肠胃蠕动,预防便秘,所以是不错的减肥佳品,味甘,具有补脾、利水、解毒的功效,对于各种水肿、体虚、中风、肾虚等病症有显著疗效。
豇豆:具有理中益气、健胃补肾、和五脏、调颜养身、生精髓、止消渴、吐逆泄痢、解毒的功效,性味甘平,健胃补肾,含有易于消化吸收的蛋白质,还含有多种维生素和微量元素等,所含磷脂可促进胰岛素分泌,是糖尿病人的理想食品。
燕麦:富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、B族维生素、尼克酸、叶酸、泛酸、钙、铁等营养成分,具有益肝和胃、养颜护肤等功效。燕麦还能够抗细菌、抗氧化的功效,在春季能够有效的增加人体的免疫力,抵抗流感。
荞麦:荞麦的谷蛋白含量很低,主要的蛋白质是球蛋白。荞麦所含的必需氨基酸中的赖氨酸含量高而蛋氨酸的含量低,氨基酸模式可以与主要的谷物(如小麦、玉米、大米的赖氨酸含量较低)互补。

1.一种降糖大米,其特征在于:它是由下列重量份数的成分组成:大米80~90份,黑米10~20份,泽糖米5~15份,黑豆5~10份,黄豆5~10份,豇豆5~10份,绿豆5~10份,燕麦2~6份,荞麦2~6份,薏米2~5份,玉米2~5份,添加有通过超临界CO2萃取技术提取出功能有效成分的药食两用成分,并与降糖大米按照重量比0.005~0.1∶100雾化混合,其中药食两用成分各原料配比如下:黄芪30~50g,菊芋25g,山楂20g,玉竹20g,山药15g,地黄15g。
