Abstract
本发明涉及一种水包油乳液形式的组合物,包含:a)平均粒径小于0.8微米的颗粒;以及,b)至少一种酯类非离子表面活性剂,包含至少一种单不饱和酯和至少一种聚甘油二酯的混合物。本发明还涉及减少细颗粒在角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤和头皮上沉积的方法,该方法包括将所述组合物施用至角蛋白材料。

技术领域
本发明涉及针对细颗粒或灰尘具有防沉积效果的组合物。
背景技术
人体皮肤和头皮是保护身体免受环境侵害的第一道屏障。它每天都会受到外部的侵害,从而导致了许多皮肤问题,例如老化加速、皮肤失调、皮肤不适或皮肤油腻。外部侵害例如由UV辐射或大气污染引起。
特别地,消费者越来越多地关注于由于大气污染,即空气中的污染物对皮肤造成的不利影响。尤其是近年来,在空气中存在的不同类型的污染物中,灰尘或细颗粒(诸如PM2.5、碳粉)或诸如CO、SO2、NOx的气体之类已引起消费者的关注。
空气中存在的细颗粒易于粘附在皮肤上。它们甚至在清洁后也会沉积在皮肤上。由于据认为这种沉积会造成皮肤中毛孔的堵塞并因此导致皮肤问题,所以消费者不希望这种沉积。
然而,传统技术没有公开或提供用于防止或减少细颗粒在皮肤和头皮上沉积的解决方案。
因此,存在配制对细颗粒具有防沉积效果的组合物的需求。更具体地,存在配制防止或减少灰尘或细颗粒在角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤和头皮上沉积的组合物的需求。
发明内容
本申请人现已发现,能够配制如上所述的具有所需性质的化妆品组合物。具体地,申请人已经发现能够配制护肤组合物,该护肤组合物有效地防止或减少灰尘或细颗粒在皮肤或头皮上的沉积,并且是非粘性且不油腻的,而且在施用后具有清新感。
因此,本发明提供了针对细颗粒具有改进的防沉积效果的组合物。“防沉积效果”是指组合物减少或防止角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤或头皮上的灰尘或细颗粒。
具体地,本发明提供了护肤组合物或化妆组合物,其通过模仿荷叶的表面(也称为“荷叶效应”)而显示出针对灰尘或细颗粒的防沉积效果。所述“荷叶效应”是指针对灰尘或细颗粒的防沉积性和荷叶表面的自清洁特性。
因此,本发明涉及一种水包油乳液形式的组合物,所述组合物包含:
a)平均粒径小于0.8微米的颗粒;以及
b)至少一种酯类非离子表面活性剂,包含至少一种单不饱和酯和至少一种聚甘油二酯的混合物。
这种组合物对细颗粒具有防沉积的效果。当施用至角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤和头皮时,本发明的组合物减少或最大限度地减少灰尘或细颗粒在角蛋白材料上的沉积,从而确保对角蛋白材料,特别是对皮肤和头皮的保护。为了获得这种荷叶效应,特别是针对细颗粒或灰尘的防沉积效果,根据本发明的组合物包含颗粒和特定的酯类非离子表面活性剂的组合,以模拟荷叶表面的粗糙度。
具体地,不受任何理论束缚,酯类非离子表面活性剂b)起到乳化剂和成膜剂的作用。当与颗粒a)组合使用时,它在皮肤上形成两层粗糙表面,并模仿荷叶表面,从而显示出改进的防沉积效果。

“角蛋白材料”是指人的角蛋白材料,更具体地是皮肤和头皮,尤其是皮肤。
根据本发明的术语“平均粒径”或“粒径”是通过Brookhaven BI-90光子相关光谱仪测量的平均粒径。
根据本发明的灰尘或细颗粒的防沉积效果由从生物皮肤中除去的炭黑颗粒的重量百分比变化来表示。下文将描述详细的评估方法。
根据本发明,组合物包含平均粒径小于0.8微米的颗粒a)。
优选地,通过Brookhaven BI-90光子相关光谱仪测量,颗粒a)的粒径为100nm~800nm,优选150nm~400nm,更特别是150nm~375nm。
根据本发明的颗粒a)可以是任何形状的颗粒,并且无论制备组合物的温度如何均不溶于组合物的介质,而分散在组合物的介质中。
例如,本发明的颗粒a)可为层状(或片状)颗粒、球状(或球体)颗粒,可为纤维的形式或者为介于这些所限形式中间的任何其它中间形式。
在本申请中,术语“球状颗粒”用于表示呈球状或基本上呈球状的颗粒,所述即使在根据本发明组合物的介质的熔点(约100℃)下也不溶于该介质。

根据本发明的中空颗粒可具有通常范围为从100nm至380nm,优选从150nm至375nm的粒径,该粒径通过Brookhaven BI-90光子相关光谱仪测量。
对于给定的粒径,根据本发明的中空颗粒通常具有最大的中空比例。中空颗粒优选具有0.1%~50%,更优选5%~50%的空隙比例。通过将已经在离心机对经稀释的分散液进行压实后中空颗粒所占的体积与同一组合物中无空隙颗粒的体积进行比较来确定空隙比例。
根据本发明的中空颗粒可得自于包含用于核的至少一种聚合物和用于壳的至少一种聚合物的颗粒。用于核的聚合物和用于壳的聚合物可得自于单一聚合反应步骤或得自于从一系列聚合反应步骤。
根据本发明的中空颗粒可通过传统的乳液聚合技术来制备。这些方法尤其记载于专利US 4427836、US 4469825、US 4594363、US 4677003、US 4920160和US 4970241中,或通过以下专利和专利申请中记载的传统聚合技术来制备:EP267726、EP331421、US 490229和US 157084。
用于中空颗粒的壳的单体优选由一种或多种不饱和非离子烯属单体构成。任选地,上述壳中可聚合有具有至少一个羧酸基团的一种或多种单烯属不饱和单体。
所选择的构成壳的单体可表现出足够高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)以承载中空颗粒的空隙。玻璃化转变温度优选高于50℃,更优选高于60℃,且进一步更优选高于70℃。该温度Tg可以通过DSC(差示扫描量热法)来测定。
用于本发明中空颗粒的核聚合物的乳液聚合的单体优选由具有至少一个羧酸基团的一种或多种单烯属不饱和单体构成。优选地,相对于核单体的总重量,该核包含至少5wt%的具有至少一个羧酸基团的单烯属不饱和单体。
该核聚合物例如可通过具有至少一个酸基团的单烯属不饱和单体的乳液均聚来获得,或者通过两种或三种具有至少一个酸基团的单烯属不饱和单体的共聚来获得。优选地,使具有至少一个酸基团的单烯属不饱和单体与一种或多种烯属不饱和非离子单体进行共聚。
相对于核单体的总重量,核聚合物或壳聚合物可含有0.1wt%~20wt%,优选0.1wt%~3wt%的多烯属不饱和单体,例如乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、烯丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、1,3-丁二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、二乙二醇二(甲基)丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三(甲基)丙烯酸酯或二乙烯基苯。或者,相对于核单体的总重量,核聚合物或壳聚合物可任选地含有0.1wt%~60wt%的丁二烯。
具有至少一个羧酸基团的单烯属不饱和单体包括:例如,丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酰氧基丙酸、(甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙酸、衣康酸、乌头酸、马来酸或马来酸酐、富马酸、巴豆酸、马来酸单甲酯、富马酸单甲酯和衣康酸单甲酯。
更具体地,使用选自丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸的单体。
单烯属不饱和非离子单体包括:例如,苯乙烯;乙烯基甲苯;乙烯乙酸酯;氯乙烯;偏二氯乙烯;丙烯腈;(甲基)丙烯酰胺;(甲基)丙烯酸的C1~C20烷基酯和(甲基)丙烯酸的(C3~C20)烯基酯,例如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯,(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸苄酯、(甲基)丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸油烯基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸棕榈酯和(甲基)丙烯酸硬脂酯。根据本发明,术语(甲基)丙烯酸意指涵盖甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸的通用表述。根据本发明,术语(甲基)丙烯酸酯意指包括甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸酯的通用表述。
中空颗粒的核的空隙部分优选用溶胀剂使核溶胀来产生,所述溶胀剂包含一种或多种挥发性化合物。该溶胀剂渗透壳以使核溶胀。随后,通过对中空颗粒进行干燥可除去溶胀剂的挥发性组分,从而在所述颗粒内产生空隙。该溶胀剂优选为水溶性碱。例如,尤其可以提及氨、氢氧化铵、碱金属氢氧化物(诸如氢氧化钠),以及挥发性胺(诸如三甲胺或三乙胺)。
可将中空颗粒引入到具有溶胀剂的本发明的组合物中。在这种情况下,当对组合物进行干燥时,挥发性化合物被除去。也可在已经除去了溶胀剂的挥发性化合物之后,将中空颗粒加入到组合物中。
可用于本发明的中空颗粒是专利US 5663213和专利申请EP 1092421中记载的那些。
根据本发明的一个具体实施方式,所用的中空颗粒将由苯乙烯与(甲基)丙烯酸或其C1~C20烷基酯之一的共聚物(INCI名称:苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物)构成的那些,例如由Rohm&Haas公司以商品名SunspheresTM Powder销售的产品,其中,该混合物中含有86%的苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物、11%的PEG-8月桂酸酯、2.5%的水和0.5%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
有利地,相对于化妆品组合物的总重量,根据本发明的组合物包含:量为0.1wt%~5wt%,优选0.5wt%~4wt%的颗粒a)。
根据本发明,组合物包含至少一种酯类非离子表面活性剂,尤其是由固体蜡与多元醇酯化得到的至少一种酯、聚甘油的脂肪酸二酯、霍霍巴蜡(优选霍霍巴蜡酯)和脂肪醇的混合物。所述酯是非离子的。所述酯类非离子表面活性剂包含至少一种单不饱和酯和至少一种聚甘油二酯的混合物。
根据实施方式,酯类非离子表面活性剂包含:
i)至少一种式(A)的单不饱和酯,
R1-C(O)-O-R2 (A)
其中:
R1和R2分别表示C18~C44脂肪链,R1或R2中的至少一个是单不饱和的;
ii)至少一种式(B)的聚甘油二酯,
R3-C(O)-(O-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2)n-O-C(O)-R4 (B)
其中:
R3和R4分别表示饱和的直链或支链的C18~C44脂肪链,和
iii)至少一种C10~C30脂肪醇。
根据实施方式,在式(A)中,R1和R2分别表示C18~C40脂肪链,更优选C18~C30脂肪链。R1或R2中的至少一个是单不饱和的。
更具体地,在式(A)中,R1-C(O)基团对应于脂肪酸的碳链。该链可以是直链或单不饱和的,并且具有至少18个碳原子。可提及的不饱和酸为油酸(C18:1)、鳕油酸(C20:1)、芥酸(C22:1),直至二十六碳烯酸(C26:1)。R1-C(O)基团也可由至少18个碳原子的饱和支链酸(也称为格尔伯特酸)组成。R2-O-基团可以由具有至少18个碳原子的单不饱和直链脂肪醇组成。因此可以提及的是十八烯醇、二十碳烯醇、二十二碳烯醇和二十六碳烯醇。醇的碳链也可以是饱和支链的并且具有至少18个碳原子。这些醇也称为格尔伯特醇。
优选地,式(A)的单不饱和酯是在其结构中包含各种长度脂肪链的酯的混合物。更优选地,这种单不饱和酯在环境温度下是液体。
可提及的优选的单不饱和酯为例如通常称为霍霍巴油(或霍霍巴酯)的产品,其液体性质是由于存在单不饱和链。该油尤其包含C18:1(优选占小部分)、C20:1和C22:1(优选占大部分,其中C20:1>C22:1)不饱和脂肪酸与C20:1、C22:1和C24:1不饱和脂肪醇的酯。

酯类非离子表面活性剂还包含固体蜡的酸部分。蜡具有复杂的组成。它们的共同特征是含有酸单酯和很长的链脂肪醇的混合物。
优选地,酯类非离子表面活性剂是在至少一种多元醇和任选的至少一种催化剂的存在下,使至少一种固体蜡和至少一种式(A)的单不饱和酯一起反应获得的蜡衍生物。在这种情况下,在各种化学实体之间发生酯交换反应来得到该蜡衍生物。
优选的催化剂是碱金属或碱土金属氢氧化物或醇盐,氢氧化钙,钾或钠的碳酸盐,或基于锡或钛的催化剂。
优选地,固体蜡有利地选自包括以下项的组:巴西棕榈蜡、小烛树蜡、米糠蜡、向日葵蜡、甘蔗蜡、小冠巴西棕蜡、蜂蜡和紫胶蜡。

实际中,上述反应优选在100℃和220℃之间,有利地在150℃和200℃之间的温度下进行。优选地,液体蜡/固体蜡的质量比在5/95和95/5之间,有利地在30/70和75/25之间变动。蜡/多元醇的质量比优选在1/99和99/1之间,有利地在95/5和50/50之间变动。优选地,以混合物的重量计,酯化的多元醇的比例在0.5wt%和50wt%之间;以混合物的重量计,酯化的脂肪酸的比例在20wt%和60wt%之间;且以混合物的重量计,酯化的脂肪醇的比例在20wt%和60wt%之间。
优选地,酯类非离子表面活性剂还存在有C14~C22脂肪酸与聚甘油的二酯。
通常,C14~C22脂肪酸可选自以下项的组:肉豆蔻酸、硬脂酸、异硬脂酸、棕榈酸、油酸、山嵛酸、芥酸和花生酸,及它们的混合物。
聚甘油可以是甘油单元的聚合物,优选平均聚合度为4~8,优选为6的聚合物。
优选地,所述二酯是二硬脂酸与六聚甘油的二酯。优选地,它是聚甘油-6二硬脂酸酯。
根据本发明的一个特定方式,根据本发明的酯类非离子表面活性剂包含至少一种具有10~30个碳原子的脂肪醇。
作为可使用的脂肪醇的实例,可提及的是合成来源或天然来源的直链或支链的脂肪醇,例如源自植物(椰子、棕榈仁、棕榈等)的醇或动物物质(牛油等)的醇。优选使用具有20~26个碳原子,优选10~24个碳原子且更优选12~22个碳原子的脂肪醇。
作为在本发明的范围中可使用的脂肪醇的具体实例,可尤其提及月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、棕榈醇、油醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇(鲸蜡醇和硬脂醇的混合物)、山嵛醇、芥酸醇和花生醇,以及它们的混合物。

因此,本发明的组合物包含连续的水性相(i)。以所述组合物的总重量计,所述水性相优选以范围从10wt%至90wt%,更优选20wt%至80wt%的量存在。
连续的水性相可包含水、至少一种可与水混溶的有机溶剂,或它们的混合物。

实施例
实施例1:制备根据本发明的组合物
根据下表中给出的量制备根据本发明的组合物。所示出的量以组合物的总重量计,以%来表示。
比较制剂B不包含如本发明所限定的颗粒a);比较制剂C含有二氧化硅颗粒,该二氧化硅颗粒的平均粒径为5.1μm,不在所限颗粒a)的范围内。
根据以下步骤来配制制剂:
将相A1加热至80℃直至完全熔化,然后引入相A2。
在60℃下使相B1均化,然后将温度升至80℃,并加入相B2。当混合物已均质化后,加入相B3。
将A1和A2的混合物加入到相B1、相B2和相B3的混合物中,在80℃下均质化10~15分钟。然后停止加热,同时冷却至室温,依次加入相C、相D、相E。在室温下将相F、相G加入到所得混合物中。
实施例2:评价本发明制剂和比较制剂的性质
根据下述所述的测试,来测试皮肤上细颗粒的防沉积效果。
样品制备:
用指套将2mg/cm2(如果生物皮的面积是25cm2,则为50mg)的待测试制剂铺展在5×5平方厘米已经清洗的生物皮(Beaulax Co.Ltd.)(生物皮重量=W1)上,然后在加热板(T=32℃)上干燥25分钟(W2)。
炭黑(CB)(Sigma Aldrich产品号242276)用作污染物颗粒的模型,该等级干粉的分布尺寸接近34μm。将干颗粒置于160μm筛上,并通过饱和刷子来使其穿过筛子,直到筛子上没有任何痕量的CB为止(W3)。将受污染的生物皮在加热板(T=32℃)上保持干燥10分钟(W4)。
用低角度空气除去制剂表面的CB(W5)。这通过在0.6巴的流压下利用IWATA压缩机经喷刷来实现。喷刷和生物皮板之间的距离为10厘米。发明人施加30秒的旋转运动(每四分之一周为7秒),并且使喷刷刚好置于圆的边缘以与生物皮形成0°度角。
CB去除效率计算如下:
CB去除的越高,所测试制剂的防沉积性能越好。

Claims (14)
1.一种水包油乳液形式的组合物,所述组合物包含:
a)平均粒径小于0.8微米的颗粒;以及
b)至少一种酯类非离子表面活性剂,包含至少一种单不饱和酯和至少一种聚甘油二酯的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述颗粒a)的粒径为100nm~800nm,优选为150nm~400nm,更特别是150nm~375nm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述颗粒a)选自任选的部分中空的球状颗粒;优选选自苯乙烯与(甲基)丙烯酸或(甲基)丙烯酸的C1~C20烷基酯的共聚物的中空颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述化妆品组合物的总重量,所述颗粒a)的量为0.1wt%~5wt%、优选为0.5wt%~4wt%。

10.根据权利要求9所述的组合物,其中,所述可与水混溶的有机溶剂选自由以下项组成的组:具有2~6个碳原子的一元醇;具有2~20个碳原子,优选具有2~10个碳原子,且优选具有2~6个碳原子的多元醇;具有3~16个碳原子的二醇醚;及它们的混合物。
11.根据权利要求9所述的组合物,其中,所述连续的水性相(i)包含:水;至少一种多元醇,优选甘油或丙二醇;和/或,一元醇,优选乙醇。
12.根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述组合物包含分散的脂肪相(ii),所述分散的脂肪相(ii)包含:至少一种油,优选选自挥发性硅油和非挥发性硅油的组;和/或,乳化交联的硅氧烷弹性体。
13.一种减少细颗粒在角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤和头皮上沉积的方法,所述方法包括将根据权利要求1~12中任一项所述的组合物施用至角蛋白材料。
14.根据权利要求1~12中任一项所述的组合物用于减少细颗粒和/或水在角蛋白材料,特别是皮肤和头皮上沉积的用途。
