Abstract
Description
油分はそれ自体で保湿効果を有するほか、油溶性紫外線吸収剤等の油溶性薬剤を安定に溶解することができる。このため、油分を配合できれば保湿能や紫外線防御能など様々な機能を付与することが可能になる。
これにより、組成物に油分そのものが有する保湿効果を付加できるほか、油溶性薬剤の安定配合が可能になるため、種々の機能を組成物に付与できるようになる。
本発明に係る組成物に配合される(A)2-(メタ)アクリロイロキシアルキルホスホリルコリン-(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル共重合体(以下、単に「(A)成分」と称する場合がある)は、上記特許文献2において花粉吸着防止効果を有するとされているポリマーの一態様に該当する。
(A)成分は、2-(メタ)アクリロイロキシアルキルホスホリルコリンからなるモノマーユニットと、(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルからなるモノマーユニットの共重合体であり、「アルキル」は炭素数1~6の低級アルキルである。また、(A)成分の重量平均分子量は50万~80万が好ましく、60万~70万がさらに好ましい。
(A)成分の好適な例としては、2-(メタ)アクリロイロキシエチルホスホリルコリン-(メタ)アクリル酸ブチルエステル共重合体を挙げることができる。市販品を使用することもでき、例えば「Lipidure-PMB」(日本油脂(株)製)等を使用できる。
本発明に係る組成物に配合される(B)ジ長鎖型カチオン界面活性剤(以下、単に「(B)成分」と称する場合がある)は、下記式(I)で表されるジ長鎖型カチオン界面活性剤が好ましく用いられる。
本発明に係る組成物に配合される(C)油分(以下、単に「(C)成分」と称する場合がある)は、炭化水素油、エステル油、シリコーン油から選択される1種以上の油分である。
ここで、IOBとは有機概念図における有機性値(OV)に対する無機性値(IV)の比(Inorganic Organic Balance)であり、「無機性値(IV)/有機性値(OV)」をいう。有機概念図とは、すべての有機化合物の根源をメタン(CH4)とし、他の化合物はすべてメタンの誘導体とみなして、その炭素数、置換基、変態部、環等にそれぞれ一定の数値を設定し、そのスコアを加算して有機性値、無機性値を求め、有機性値をX軸、無機性値をY軸にとった図上にプロットしていくものである(「有機概念図-基礎と応用-」(甲田善生著、三共出版、1984)参照)。
なかでも特に好ましいのは、ジメチコン(IOB=0.19)、ミネラルオイル(IOB=0.00)、エチルヘキサン酸セチル(IOB=0.13)、ジピバリン酸PPG-3(IOB=0.52)である。
本発明の空気中微粒子付着防止用組成物には、本発明の効果を損なわない範囲内で、必要に応じて、さらに、各種溶媒、界面活性剤、油溶性薬剤、紫外線吸収剤、高級アルコール、増粘剤、精油、保湿剤、酸化防止剤、金属封鎖剤、pH調整剤、香料、防腐剤、噴射剤等を配合してもよい。
本発明の空気中微粒子付着防止用組成物は、水中油型乳化化粧料の形態で提供することが可能である。具体的な剤型としては、スプレー、ローション等、任意の剤型とすることができ、各剤型に適した常法を用いて製造することができる。
以下の表1に掲げた組成を有するローションを常法に従って調製し、下記評価方法に従って花粉付着防止効果を調べた。評価結果を表1に併せて示す。
空気中微粒子として擬似花粉である石松子(ヒカゲノカズラの胞子)を用い、塩化ビニルシートに対する石松子の付着をどの程度防止できるかを、以下のように評価した。
(i)試験片の作成
塩化ビニルシート(1.5cm×4.5cm)を準備し、糸に吊したクリップで挟む。塩化ビニルシートを各実験例のサンプル液に浸した後に、室温で1時間風乾させる。
(ii)花粉付着試験
100mlスクリュー管に、石松子を20mg入れる。スクリュー管の蓋に試験片を繋いでいる糸を固定し、試験片がスクリュー管の内壁に接触しないように注意しながら蓋を閉める。スクリュー管の蓋を持ち、ボルテックスミキサー(品番「SI-0286」(サイエンティフィックインダストリーズ社):回転数1000rpm)の中心に垂直にスクリュー管を立てて、10秒間振とうする。花粉が付着した量を目視により確認し、水とエタノールのみを含む対照(表1では実験例1、表2では実験例5)と比較して、以下の基準で判定した。
(iii)判定基準
A:対照より大幅に花粉の付着が少ない
B:対照よりやや花粉の付着が少ない
C:対照と花粉の付着が同等
D:対照より花粉の付着が多い
本発明においては、評価A又はBの場合に、花粉付着防止効果の低下が十分に抑制されたと判断して「合格」とし、それ以外は「不合格」とした。
以下の表2に掲げた組成を有するローションを常法に従って調製し、上記評価方法に従って花粉付着防止効果を調べた。なお、エタノールを減量したことに伴って、試験片を作成する際の風乾時間を3時間とした。評価結果を表2に併せて示す。
(B)ジ長鎖型カチオン界面活性剤以外の陽イオン界面活性剤の効果を調べるために、以下の表3に掲げた組成を有するローションを常法に従って調製し、上記花粉付着防止効果の評価方法と同様に(i)試験片の作成及び(ii)花粉付着試験を行い、陽イオン界面活性剤を配合しない対照(実験例14)と比較した花粉付着量の変化を目視により確認し、以下の基準で判定した。
(iii)判定基準
A:花粉付着量が明らかに減少した
B:花粉付着量にほとんど変化が認められなかった
C:花粉付着量が却って増加した
配合する油分の種類を変えて以下の表4に掲げた組成を有するローションを常法に従って調製し、上記評価方法に従って、塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムの有無による花粉付着量の変化を調べた。評価結果を表4に併せて示す。

- (B)ジ長鎖型カチオン界面活性剤が塩化ジステアリルジメチルアンモニウムである、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の空気中微粒子付着防止用組成物。
- 空気中微粒子が、花粉、ハウスダスト等のアレルゲン、インフルエンザウイルス等のウイルス、PM2.5等の粒子状物質からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の空気中に浮遊している有害物質である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の空気中微粒子付着防止用組成物。
