背景技术

具体实施例
本公开描述了用于机电锁的装置和技术。在一个实例中,机电锁可以机械地或机电地操作,以缩回或伸出固定栓,从而分别解锁或锁定门。机械地缩回或伸出固定栓可以包括房主手动地旋转插入机电锁的钥匙槽中的手柄或钥匙。手柄或钥匙的旋转会使致动尾部旋转,使得一组机械齿,凸轮和其他部件旋转。这导致固定栓根据旋转的方向(例如,顺时针伸出固定栓和逆时针缩回固定栓)缩回或伸出。机电地缩回或伸出固定栓可以包括房主使用智能手机来指示(instruct)机电锁操作用于缩回或伸出固定栓的电机。这可能导致电机开启以使得部件旋转并适当地设置固定栓的位置。
如本文所公开的,当手动操作机电锁时,脱离机构可以通过将其齿轮系或齿轮传动与部件解耦合来将电机与旋转的部件解耦合。因此,当房主手动地或机械地使用手柄或钥匙来操作机电锁时,电机不会被向前驱动(例如,伸出固定栓)或向后驱动(例如,缩回固定栓)。这可能是有用的,因为某些类型的齿轮传动不能向后驱动。而且,可以减少电机和齿轮系的磨损。此外,由于不必向后驱动电机的传动系,因此也改善了感觉和用户体验。
当机电锁被机电操作(例如,电机被开启以设置固定栓的位置)时,脱离机构可以将电机的齿轮系与部件耦接。因此,电机可以使部件旋转以伸出或缩回固定栓。结果,机电锁可以通过分别将电机的齿轮系与旋转以设置固定栓的位置的部件解耦合或耦接而在机械模式或机电模式下操作。相比之下,在一些其他系统中,电机应在机械操作或手动模式下使用,从而以避免向后驱动电机的方式重新设置传动系或齿轮系的位置。即使在手动操作期间为避免向后驱动,这也导致了附加的功率需求,并产生对电机的依赖性。
更详细地,图1展示了机电锁的脱离机构的实例。在图1中,机电锁105包括壳体110,该壳体110包围掷臂(throw arm)115,尾部插入件120,释放凸轮125,接合齿130,掷臂安装件135和蜗轮轮毂140。如后面所讨论的,壳体110内的这些部件可以形成脱离机构,该脱离机构可以通过分别伸出或缩回机电锁105的固定栓来耦接电机使用的齿轮系,以机电地锁定或解锁门。相比之下,脱离机构可以解耦合由电机使用的齿轮系而,例如,通过使用由房主手动操作的手柄或钥匙,机械地锁定或解锁门。这可以实现,因为在机电锁105的操作的机械或机电操作模式之间施加了不同量的力。例如,机械操作模式可以施加更多的力,使得接合齿(如之后所讨论的)可以通过将其接合齿部背离电机的齿轮系缩回而脱离。

然而,如果电机被启动或开启并且通过旋转作为其齿轮系一部分的蜗轮轮毂140来引起部件旋转,则对于释放凸轮125可能没有足够的力以施加到接合齿130,使得接合齿130的接合齿部被从凹窝中推出并且背离蜗轮轮毂140的接合齿部或凹窝缩回。这导致电机与部件耦接,并且因此,机电锁105可以在机电模式而不是机械模式下操作。这将参照图3A至图3D进一步解释。
在图2A中,释放凸轮125位置设置在尾部插入件120上,使得当尾部插入件120旋转时,即当手柄,钥匙或电机引起其旋转时,该释放凸轮旋转。在图2B中,接合齿130位置设置在释放凸轮125上。因此,释放凸轮125可以旋转,并使接合齿130也旋转和重新设置位置,例如分别背离蜗轮轮毂140的接合齿部缩回或朝向蜗轮轮毂140的接合齿部伸出其接合齿部,如本文稍后讨论的。在图2C中,掷臂安装件135的位置可以设置在接合齿130上。在图2D中,蜗轮轮毂140的位置可以设置在掷臂安装件135上。在图2E中,掷臂115可以与掷臂安装件135耦接,从而导致脱离机构的部件的组装。
图3A至图3D展示了机电锁的脱离机构的操作的实例。在图3A中,脱离机构可以处于接合状态,其中接合齿130的接合齿部与齿轮轮毂140的接合齿部啮合或布置成互锁。例如,在图3A中,接合齿130的接合齿部305的位置被设置在蜗轮轮毂140的凹窝310内。图3A中的凹窝130由蜗轮轮毂140的连续接合齿部,诸如接合齿部315a和315b之间的空间形成或限定。也就是说,接合齿部305在蜗轮轮毂140的零部件之间,使得如果蜗轮轮毂140旋转(例如,当由电机操作时),那么接合齿130也将旋转。这代表了当机电锁105应该经由电机以机电模式操作时的场景,例如,当房主使用智能手机,平板电脑,智能手表或其他电子装置来指示机电锁105锁定或解锁容纳机电锁105的门时。这些部件的旋转可以导致机电锁105的固定栓分别伸出或缩回以锁定或解锁门。
因此,电机可以提供足够的力来旋转蜗轮轮毂140。因为接合齿130的接合齿部的位置被设置成使得它们与蜗轮轮毂140接合(例如,接合齿部305的位置被设置在凹窝310内),蜗轮轮毂140的旋转导致接合齿130旋转,因为接合齿部在它们在凹窝内的同时会受到力。这导致了掷臂安装件115相应旋转。因为掷臂安装件与掷臂145耦接,所以掷臂145也旋转,从而导致机电锁105的手柄旋转,并且机电锁105的固定栓伸出以锁定门或缩回以解锁门。电机生成的力的量不足以允许接合齿130从蜗轮轮毂140脱离。
然而,如果房主通过旋转手柄或插入钥匙槽的钥匙来手动地操作机电锁,那么脱离机构可以通过将接合齿部(例如,接合齿部305)背离蜗轮轮毂140缩回(例如,在凹窝310的外部)来脱离。这导致其他部件旋转时,蜗轮轮毂140不旋转,因为接合齿部不在导致其旋转的位置并且电机未开启。
例如,在图3B中,如果使用者旋转机电锁105的手柄,那么掷臂115将被旋转。来自人手的力的量可以高于由电机提供的力的量。这导致释放凸轮125以足够的力旋转(由于释放凸轮125的位置被设置在尾部插入件120上,该尾部插入件120被放置在随着手柄或钥匙的旋转而旋转的掷臂115上),使得接合齿130朝向掷臂115并背离蜗轮轮毂140推动,使得接合齿130的接合齿部不再在导致蜗轮轮毂140旋转的位置。结果,蜗轮轮毂140不必旋转,固定栓的位置可以被设置。因此,与在机电模式期间(例如,当电机正在操作时)相比,在手动操作或机械模式期间,更多的力被施加到接合齿130,使得接合齿130可以背离蜗轮轮毂140脱开。
图3C描绘了接合齿130在例如机电锁105的手柄或钥匙的前十度旋转中的位置。如图3C所描绘的,释放凸轮125可以相对于其他部件旋转。该运动可以使接合齿130的接合齿部开端被推出其相应的蜗轮轮毂140的凹窝,其形成电机的齿轮系的一部分。图3D描绘了例如超过前十度旋转的进一步运动。如图3D所描绘的,接合齿130的接合齿部进一步远离蜗轮轮毂140,从而导致蜗轮轮毂140与其他部件脱离,并且因此当接合齿130或其他部件随着固定栓伸出或缩回而旋转时,蜗轮轮毂不会旋转。因为在其他部件旋转时蜗轮轮毂140是静止的,这使得当机电锁105被手动或机械操作时,电机不被驱动。

图4展示了用于操作机电锁的脱离机构的框图的实例。在图4中,房主可以旋转机电锁的手柄或钥匙(405)。这可能导致机电锁在机械模式下操作。经由手柄或钥匙的旋转产生和施加的力足以使电机的齿轮系解耦合(410)。因此,固定栓的位置可以被设置(415)。这可以在不向前驱动或向后驱动电机的情况下执行,因为蜗轮轮毂140与接合齿130有效地解耦合,使得如果接合齿130旋转则蜗轮轮毂140不旋转。如先前所讨论的,这可能是接合齿130的接合齿部背离蜗轮轮毂140缩回的结果。
此外,可以启动机电锁的电机(420)。例如,机电锁可以接收来自智能手机,平板电脑,智能手表,膝上型计算机,智能眼镜或其他电子装置的指令以锁定或解锁门。这可以导致电机生成足够的力来旋转其齿轮系(425)。例如,蜗轮轮毂140可以旋转并生成足够的力来旋转接合齿130。然而,力的量可以小于当手柄或钥匙旋转时施加到接合齿130的力的量,因此,接合齿130的接合齿部仍然可以与蜗轮轮毂140接合。然后可以设置固定栓的位置(430)。结果,在机电模式时机电锁也可以经由电机设置位置。
如先前所讨论的,本文公开的技术可以防止电机在其未开启时被向前驱动或向后驱动(例如,当使用者转动手柄或使用钥匙时机电锁应该在机械模式下操作时)。此外,这可以减少齿轮系齿轮和电机的磨损,从而增加机电锁的寿命跨度。本文描述的技术还可以提供更好的用户体验,因为当机电锁被机械操作时,电机不会被向前驱动或向后驱动,从而减少了当电机被向前驱动或向后驱动时以其他方式出现的不期望的噪声。而且,脱离机构的齿轮,齿等的布置可以是相对较小的尺寸,从而确保机电智能锁能够装配在门内分配给门锁的空间内。因此,本文描述的机电锁及其包括脱离机构的相应部件也可以与现有门锁壳体向后兼容,例如,本文描述的脱离机构可以放置在现有锁的壳体110内。例如,锁的锁定机构(包括固定栓)可以被移除并用机电锁替换,并且被替换的锁的壳体110仍然可以被使用。
图6展示了机电锁的实例。在图7中,机电锁105包括处理器705,存储器710,天线715和锁部件720(例如,用于实施缩回和伸出固定栓的部件,诸如图1至图6中描述的那些部件)。在一些实施方式中,机电锁110还可以包括触摸屏显示器,扬声器,麦克风以及其他类型的硬件,诸如非易失性存储器,接口装置,相机,收音机等,以锁定提供本文公开的技术和系统的部件110。例如,锁部件720可以实施经由电路系统和其他硬件和软件来实施的各种模块,单元,部件,逻辑等以与处理器705一起提供本文描述的功能性。为了说明简单起见,省略了各种常见部件(例如,高速缓存)。图6中的机电锁旨在展示硬件装置,在该硬件装置上可以实施图1至图5的实例中描述的任何部件(以及本说明书中描述的任何其他部件)。机电锁的部件可以经由总线或者通过一些其他已知或者方便的装置耦接在一起。

在操作中,辅助装置可以由包括诸如磁盘操作系统的文件管理系统的操作系统软件控制。文件管理系统通常存储在非易失性存储器和/或驱动单元中并且使处理器执行操作系统所需用于输入和输出数据以及在存储器中存储数据的多个不同动作,包括在非易失性存储器和/或驱动单元上存储文件。
具体实施方式的一些项可以根据从对计算机存储器内数据位的操作的算法和符号表示的角度来呈现。这些算法描述和表示是数据处理领域的技术人员用来最有效地将其工作的实质传达给本领域其他技术人员的手段。这里,算法一般被构思成一种导致期望结果的操作的自相容序列。这些操作是需要对物理量进行物理操纵的那些操作。通常,尽管不是必须的,这些量采取能够被存储,传递,组合,比较,和/或以其他方式操纵的电信号或磁信号的形式。已经证明主要出于常用的原因,有时将这些信号称为比特,值,元素,符号,字符,术语,数字等是方便的。

Claims (20)
1.一种被配置成用于与智能手机无线通信以锁定和解锁房屋的门的机电智能锁,该机电智能锁安装在该门内,包括:
固定栓,该固定栓被配置成被设置位置以锁定或解锁该门;
手柄,该手柄被配置成在该机电智能锁的机械操作模式下旋转以将该固定栓设置位置;
电机,该电机被配置成在该机电智能锁的机电操作模式下设置该固定栓的位置,该电机根据该智能手机提供的指令被开启以设置该固定栓的位置;以及
脱离机构,该脱离机构具有接合齿,蜗轮轮毂,和释放凸轮,该蜗轮轮毂是该电机的齿轮系的一部分,该脱离机构被配置成在该手柄旋转以通过将该接合齿的接合齿部背离该蜗轮轮毂缩回而设置该固定栓的位置时使该接合齿从该蜗轮轮毂上脱离,该脱离机构被配置成在使用该电机设置该固定栓的位置时保持该接合齿与该蜗轮轮毂的接合,其中所述释放凸轮被耦接至所述接合齿并且所述释放凸轮的旋转使得所述接合齿旋转以用于接合或脱离所述蜗轮轮毂,其中,维持所述接合齿与所述蜗轮轮毂的接合包括布置在包括位于所述蜗轮轮毂的接合齿部之间的凹窝中的接合齿的接合齿部。
2.如权利要求1所述的机电智能锁,其中在该机械操作模式下,第一量的力施加到该接合齿上,并且在该机电操作模式下,第二量的力施加到该接合齿上,该第一量的力大于该第二量的力。
3.一种机电智能锁装置,包括:
固定栓,该固定栓被配置成其位置被设置以锁定或解锁门;以及
脱离机构,该脱离机构具有接合齿,释放凸轮,和电机齿轮系,该脱离机构被配置成通过将接合齿的齿部从齿轮系的齿部解耦以将该接合齿从该电机齿轮系脱离来机械地设置该固定栓的位置,并且被配置成通过将接合齿的齿部耦接至齿轮系的齿部以将该接合齿与该电机齿轮系接合来机电地设置该固定栓的位置,其中所述释放凸轮被耦接至所述接合齿并且所述释放凸轮的旋转使得所述接合齿旋转以用于接合或脱离所述齿轮系,其中,维持所述接合齿与所述齿轮系的接合包括布置在包括位于所述齿轮系的接合齿部之间的凹窝中的接合齿的接合齿部。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,进一步包括:
手柄,该手柄被配置成通过将来自该手柄的旋转的力传递到该接合齿使得其背离该电机的该齿轮系缩回而机械地旋转以设置该固定栓的位置。
5.如权利要求4所述的装置,其中在该固定栓根据该手柄的旋转来设置位置时,该电机的该齿轮系不随着该接合齿旋转而旋转。
6.如权利要求3所述的装置,进一步包括:
钥匙槽,该钥匙槽被配置成通过将来自该钥匙槽的旋转的力传递到该接合齿使得其背离该电机的该齿轮系缩回而旋转以机械地设置该固定栓的位置。
7.如权利要求6所述的装置,其中在该固定栓根据该钥匙槽的旋转来设置位置时,该电机的该齿轮系不随着该接合齿旋转而旋转。
8.如权利要求3所述的装置,其中机械地设置该固定栓的位置与施加到该接合齿上的第一量的力相对应,机电地设置该固定栓的位置与施加到该接合齿上的第二量的力相对应,该第一量的力大于该第二量的力。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其中该第一量的力导致该接合齿背离该电机的该齿轮系缩回。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其中该第二量的力导致该接合齿不缩回以背离该电机的该齿轮系。
11.如权利要求3所述的装置,其中该电机的该齿轮系包括具有接合齿部的齿轮系轮毂,该接合齿具有接合齿部,其中该接合齿的该接合齿部和该齿轮系轮毂的接合齿部被布置成互锁在一起,以使该接合齿与该电机的该齿轮系接合。
12.一种机电智能锁装置,包括:
固定栓,该固定栓被配置成被设置位置以锁定或解锁门;以及
脱离机构,该脱离机构具有接合齿,释放凸轮,和电机齿轮系,该脱离机构被配置成接收施加到该接合齿上的第一量的力以机械地设置该固定栓的位置,并且被配置成接收施加到该接合齿上的第二量的力以机电地设置该固定栓的位置,该第一量的力高于该第二量的力,其中所述释放凸轮被耦接至所述接合齿并且所述释放凸轮的旋转使得所述接合齿旋转以用于接合或脱离所述齿轮系,其中,维持所述接合齿与所述齿轮系的接合包括布置在包括位于所述齿轮系的接合齿部之间的凹窝中的接合齿的接合齿部。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中机械地设置该固定栓的位置包括从该电机的该齿轮系脱离该接合齿。
14.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中从该齿轮系脱离该接合齿包括从该齿轮系缩回该接合齿。
15.如权利要求14所述的装置,其中该接合齿包括接合齿部,该齿轮系包括接合齿部,并且从该齿轮系缩回该接合齿包括调整该接合齿的位置,使得该接合齿的该接合齿部不与该齿轮系的该接合齿部互锁。
16.如权利要求15所述的装置,其中该齿轮系包括蜗轮轮毂,并且该接合齿背离该蜗轮轮毂缩回以使该接合齿从该齿轮系脱离。
17.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中机电地设置该固定栓的位置包括将该接合齿与该电机的该齿轮系接合。
18.如权利要求12所述的装置,进一步包括:
手柄,该手柄被配置成通过将来自该手柄的旋转的力传递到该接合齿使得其背离该电机的该齿轮系缩回而机械地旋转以设置该固定栓的位置。
19.如权利要求18所述的装置,其中在该固定栓根据该手柄的旋转来设置位置时,该电机的该齿轮系不随着该接合齿旋转而旋转。
20.如权利要求12所述的装置,进一步包括:
钥匙槽,该钥匙槽被配置成通过将来自该钥匙槽的旋转的力传递到该接合齿使得其背离该电机的该齿轮系缩回而机械地旋转以设置该固定栓的位置。
