本发明公开了一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方及制备工艺,配方包括:20‑25份的诺丽酵素、15‑19份的蛹虫草、8‑12份的红参浸膏、18‑22份的酸枣仁提取物、15‑20份的山楂提取物、20‑23份的罗汉果提取物、8‑13份的低聚木糖和8‑13份的低聚半乳糖;制备工艺包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料选取;步骤二,原料预处理;步骤三,固料混合;步骤四,制作药丸;步骤五,检验包装;该发明,采用酸枣仁、山楂和罗汉果的提取物,以及蛹虫草、红参浸膏和低聚木糖,配合诺丽酵素和低聚半乳糖制作成药丸,服用后具有提高免疫力、健脾安神、增强体力、缓解疲劳、安神助眠、缓解压力、消食健胃、降压降脂、抗衰老、辅助降糖、降脂减肥、调节肠道、助消化和排毒通便的功用。

本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体为一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方及制备工艺。
背景技术
保健食品是指声称具有特定保健功能或者以补充维生素、矿物质为目的的食品,即适宜于特定人群食用,具有调节机体功能,不以治疗疾病为目的,并且对人体不产生任何急性、亚急性或者慢性危害的食品。现如今随着生活节奏的加快,人们越来越忙碌,且精神压力越来越大,导致失眠现象越来越普遍,继而引起肠道问题,因此设计一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方及制备工艺是十分有必要的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方及制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方,配方包括:诺丽酵素、蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物、低聚木糖和低聚半乳糖,各组分的重量份数分别是:20-25份的诺丽酵素、15-19份的蛹虫草、8-12份的红参浸膏、18-22份的酸枣仁提取物、15-20份的山楂提取物、20-23份的罗汉果提取物、8-13份的低聚木糖和8-13份的低聚半乳糖。
一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料选取;步骤二,原料预处理;步骤三,固料混合;步骤四,制作药丸;步骤五,检验包装;
其中在上述步骤一中,按照各组分的重量份数分别是:20-25份的诺丽酵素、15-19份的蛹虫草、8-12份的红参浸膏、18-22份的酸枣仁提取物、15-20份的山楂提取物、20-23份的罗汉果提取物、8-13份的低聚木糖和8-13份的低聚半乳糖进行选取;
其中在上述步骤二中,将蛹虫草烘干后粉碎,过50-60目筛备用;
其中在上述步骤三中,将蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物和低聚木糖利用研磨机研磨均匀,备用;
其中在上述步骤四中,制作药丸包括以下步骤:
1)在上述研磨好的原料中加入诺丽酵素和低聚半乳糖,混合搅拌均匀呈泥状;
2)将泥状原料采用制粒机挤出粒状药丸,每粒重量约4-5g;
3)并利用成型机将其制成圆形,并加入包衣材料旋转包衣再低温干燥;
其中在上述步骤五中,对药丸进行检验,合格者进行单粒包装,不合格者重新制丸。

2)将浸膏溶于1000ml水中成混悬液,用沸程30-60℃的石油醚500ml萃取10次,石油醚液部分弃去;
3)水液部分过滤减压浓缩至干,浓缩液加水溶解,浓度相当于1g/ml原药材,上大孔树脂(AB-8),树脂量为1000g,用大量水洗至液体澄清,洗液弃去不要;
4)30%乙醇洗脱液减压浓缩后真空干燥,取于燥物用适量乙醇溶解,以1:20的比例上聚酰胺柱,以50%的乙醇1500ml的顺序梯度洗脱,50%乙醇洗脱液浓缩干燥后适量乙醇溶解,以1:15的比例上葡聚糖柱,用20%乙醇分段洗脱,每5ml收集一次,薄层色谱控制,薄层条件为水:乙醇(7:3),合并洗脱液,减压浓缩干燥后得酸枣仁提取物。
根据上述技术方案,所述山楂提取物通过以下步骤提取:
1)取山楂除杂后粉碎,加入10倍量60%浓度的乙醇回流提取3次,并合并三次提取液;
2)将合并的提取液通过低温真空浓缩,
3)再经由过滤后烘干、粉碎和过筛,即可得山楂提取物。
根据上述技术方案,所述罗汉果提取物为市面上可购买到的普通淡黄色粉末至棕褐色浸膏,并于阴凉干燥处保存,避光、避高温。
根据上述技术方案,所述红参浸膏是用人参经过浸润、清洗、分选、蒸制、晾晒、烘干、粉碎和过筛后加工而成。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤三1)中,研磨速度为60-80rpm,研磨时间为30-45min。
根据上述技术方案,所述步骤四2)中,搅拌速度为80-100rpm,搅拌时间为5-10min。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该安神助眠及肠道调节的配方及制备工艺,采用酸枣仁、山楂和罗汉果的提取物,以及蛹虫草、红参浸膏和低聚木糖,配合诺丽酵素和低聚半乳糖制作成药丸,服用后具有提高免疫力、健脾安神、增强体力、缓解疲劳、安神助眠、缓解压力、消食健胃、降压降脂、抗衰老、辅助降糖、降脂减肥、调节肠道、助消化和排毒通便的功用。

一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方,配方包括:诺丽酵素、蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物、低聚木糖和低聚半乳糖。
一种安神助眠及肠道调节的配方的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)按照各组分的重量份数分别是:20份的诺丽酵素、16份的蛹虫草、10份的红参浸膏、20份的酸枣仁提取物、18份的山楂提取物、21份的罗汉果提取物、10份的低聚木糖和10份的低聚半乳糖进行选取;
2)将蛹虫草烘干后粉碎,过50-60目筛备用;
3)其中在上述步骤三中,将蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物和低聚木糖利用研磨机研磨均匀,备用,研磨速度为60-80rpm,研磨时间为30-45min;

2)将蛹虫草烘干后粉碎,过50-60目筛备用;
3)其中在上述步骤三中,将蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物和低聚木糖利用研磨机研磨均匀,备用,研磨速度为60-80rpm,研磨时间为30-45min;

2)将蛹虫草烘干后粉碎,过50-60目筛备用;
3)其中在上述步骤三中,将蛹虫草、红参浸膏、酸枣仁提取物、山楂提取物、罗汉果提取物和低聚木糖利用研磨机研磨均匀,备用,研磨速度为60-80rpm,研磨时间为30-45min;
