Abstract
本发明提出一种工具机用的电池单元。该电池单元(10)配有一个充电程度指示器(34)并由一个罐形的外壳部分(20)和一个将它封闭的盖(21)组成。充电程度指示器(34)设置在一个从外壳部分(20)侧面伸出的凸起(23)的一个空腔(27)中,该凸起由一个与侧面(20a)平行的前壁(24)和一个将前壁(24)三边包围的大体U形框(25)限定,空腔(27)的上边用一块在盖(21)上伸出的护板(26)盖住。
Description
本发明涉及一种手动工具机用的电池单元,它的外壳用来装充电电池并在外壳中装有一个从外部可以看到的充电程度指示器。
已经公知的一种电池单元(德国专利DE 35 02 449A1)用来装充电电池并可装配到手动工具机上。这种电池单元由两半在纵向有一个分型面的壳体组成。
此外,市售的电池单元带有一个充电程度指示器。
本发明的目的在于将充电程度指示器这样设置在电池单元上,使得电池单元的外壳不必再增大。
上述目的的技术解决方案在于,这种手动工具机用的电池单元,它的外壳用来装充电电池并在外壳中装有一个从外部可以看到的充电程度指示器,其中,电池单元的外壳由一个罐形外壳部分和一个将此外壳部分封闭的盖组成,且在罐形外壳部分的一个侧面上设置了一个从这个外壳部分凸起的悬臂状的凸起,这个凸起由一个与侧面平行伸展的前壁和一个将前壁三边包围的大约为U形的框构成,并在此框中设置一个向上敞开的用来装充电程度指示器的空腔,该空腔在组装电池单元时用一块在盖上构成的伸出护板盖住。
本发明的电池单元的优点是,小巧轻便,而且充电程度指示器设置在电池单元上不增大装充电电池的电池单元的外壳。
本发明的一个实施例如附图所示并在下面详细说明。
图1表示电池单元的透视图;
图2表示在取掉盖时从上方看出的电池单元的部分视图。
图1用代号10表示的电池单元用来装配在一种手动工具机上。电池单元10具有导向槽(11)而可推入手动工具机相应导轨内。为了锁定电池单元10而设置的定位连接片12a、b,在推入侧具有导入斜面13。从推入方向看,两个定位连接片12a、b前后设置,所以具有双倍锁紧,从而提高了防止电池单元10不希望出现的松动的可靠性。第一个定位连接片12a用于初步或辅助锁紧,而第二定位连接片12b则用于工作位置的锁紧。此外,在电池单元10上还设有一个插接元件16用来使装在电池单元10中的充电电池17与手动工具机的驱动电动机保持电接触。电池单元10由一个用一个盖21封闭的罐形的外壳部分20构成。为此,盖21与外壳部分20在连接处22用螺丝连接。在电池单元10的一个侧面20a上构成一个整体的悬臂状的凸起23,该凸起向前由一个与侧面平行的前壁24和一个将前壁24三边包围的大致呈U形的框25构成; 起23向上由一块伸出盖21的护板26盖住。前壁24上设有不同的通孔29,这些孔用一块透明的薄膜30(图2)盖住。薄膜30可印符号并至少部分是透光的。为了保护薄膜,框25和护板26向外伸出前壁24。
凸起23中有一个在取掉盖21时可从上方进入的空腔27。空腔27中有一块带有电子元件例如多个发光二极管32和一个电键33的印刷电路板31,可从外部通过孔29a看到发光二极管32。此外,薄膜在孔29a的范围内可以透过发光二极管32的光。这样通过孔29b就可操作电键33。
元件31、32、33与图中未详细示出的其他部件一起构成一个充由程度指示器34,在操作电键33后,这个指示器便可向使用者指示出电池17的充电程度。电池单元10的罐形结构与凸起23向上敞开的空腔27一起可方便地将充电程度指示器34从上方装入壳体部分20中。
Claims (3)
1.一种手动工具机用的电池单元,它的外壳(20、21)用来装充电电池(17)并在外壳中装有一个从外部可以看到的充电程度指示器(34),其特征是,电池单元(10)的外壳由一个罐形外壳部分(20)和一个将此外壳部分封闭的盖(21)组成,且在罐形外壳部分(20)的一个侧面(20a)上设置了一个从这个外壳部分(20)凸起的悬臂状的凸起(23),这个凸起(23)由一个与侧面(20a)平行伸展的前壁(24)和一个将前壁(24)三边包围的U形的框(25)构成,并在此框中设置一个向上敞开的用来装充电程度指示器(34)的空腔(27),空腔在(27)在组装电池单元(10)时用一块在盖(21)上构成的伸出护板(26)盖住。
2.按权利要求1的电池单元,其特征是,在前壁(24)上设有通孔(29a、b),这些孔用一块透明的薄膜(30)盖住。
