Claims (5)

  1. 유전체 하우징(30) : 상기 아우징(30)에 장착되고, 하우징의 설치면(14)에 있는 첫번째 부분(22)들에서 결합면(12)에 있는 두번째 부분(24)들까지 연장하는 다수의 콘택트(20)들 : 및 전도성 셀(60)에 적어도 전기적으로 연결되는, 하우징 (30)의 측면(44)으로 부터 바깥 쪽으로 연장하는 전도성 횡플랜지(64)를 갖고 그의 적어도 한부분에 대해 하우징(30)에 장착되는 전도성셀(60)을 포함하는, 신호전송을 위한 형태의 전기 콘넥터(10)에 있어서, 접지를 위해 상기 전도성 횡 플랜지(64)에 전기적을 연결되는 첫번째 전극과 상기 각 콘넥터(20)에 전기적으로 연결되는 두번째 전극을 각각 갖고, 상기 다수 콘택트(20)들과 각각 관계되는 다수의 전기 소자(100)들 : 및 그의 두번째 단부에 있느 두번째 스트랩 부분(120)으로 연장하는 중간 스트랩 부분(118)에 의해 연결된 그의 첫번째 단부에 있는 첫번째 스트랩 부분(116)을 각각 갖는 동일 다수의 스트랩(114)들을 , 상기 콘넥터(10)가, 더 포함하고, 상기 중간 스트랩 부분(118)이 상기 하우징(30)의 측면을 따라 연장하도록 장착되고, 상기 첫번째 스트랩 부분(116)이 첫번째 접점에서 상기 각 콘택트(20)와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 두번째 스트랩부분(120)이 두번째 접점에서 상기 전도성 횡플랜지964)와 전기적으로 연결되고, 각각의 상기 전기 소자(100)가 각각의 상기 콘택트(20)와 스트렙(114)에 각각 관계되고, 전자기 펄스로 부터 상기 콘택트를 따라 전송되는 신호를 보호하기 위한 회로를 상기 콘택트와 상기 전도성 횡플랜지 사이에 완성하기 위해 각각의 상기 전기 소자(100)가 상기 스트렙 및 상기 전도성 횡플랜지와 상기 콘택트(64,20) 중의 하나 사이에 직렬로 상기 첫번째와 두번째 접점들 중의 하나에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 콘넥터(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(30)의 측면(44)들이 상기 각 콘택트의 첫번째 부분(22)들에 가까운 상기 설치면(14)에서 상기 전도성 횡플랜지(64)를 향해 뒷쪽으로 연장하는 축방향 홈(46)들을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 홈(46)이 조립중에 그를 따라 상기 스트랩(114)의 상기 중간 스트랩 부분(118)을 수용하기 적합하고, 상기 중간 스트랩 부분(118)이 삽입된 후 상기 홈(46)에 상기 스트랩을 보지시키기 위해 상기 홈(46)과 협력할 수 있는 보지수단(130)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘넥터(10).
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 소자 (100)의 첫번째 전극이 상기 전도성 횡플랜지(64)에 납땜되고, 상기 두번째 전극이 상기 두번째 스트랩부분(120)에 납땜되고, 상기 두번째 스트랩 부분(116)이 상기 콘택트(20)의 한 부분에 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 콘넥터10).
  4. 그의 각 콘택트(20)들에 전기적으로 연결된 전기 소자(100)들을 갖고, 유전체 하우징(30)의 적어도 한 부분을 둘러싸고 있는 전도성 셀(60)을 포함하는 전기 콘넥터(10)를 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 그의 두번째 단부에 있는 두번째 부분(120)으로 연장하는 중간 스트랩 부분(118)에 의해 연결된 그의 첫번째 단부에 있는 첫번째 스트랩 부분(116)을 포함하고, 상기 콘넥터(10)의 상기 콘택트(20)들에 각각 관계되는 다수의 스트랩(114)들을 성형하고, 상기 중간 스트랩 부분(18)이 상기 하우징(30)의 측면(44)들을 따라 연장하도록 장착되고, 각각의 상기 첫번째 스트랩부분(116)이 각각의 상기 톤택트(20)의 한 부분에 적어도 인접되고, 각각의 상기 두번째 스트렙 부분(120)이 상기 전도성 셀(60)에 적어도 전기적ㅇ로 연결딘 전도성 횡플랜지(64)에 적어도 인접되도록, 상기 다수의 스트랩(114)들을 상기 하우징(30)에 그의 외부를 따라 조립하고, 각각의 첫번째 전극이 전도성 횡플랜지(64)에 전기적으로 연결되고 각각의 두번째 전극이 대응하는 각각의 상기 스트랩(114)의 두번째 스트랩 부분(120)에 전기적으로 연결되도록 동일다수의 상기 전기소자(100)들을 상기 콘넥터(10)에 장착하는 단계들을 포함하고, 이에 의해 콘넥터(10)가 콘넥터의 내부 뿐만 아니라 그의 콘택트들을 수정할 필요없이 그의 콘택트(20)들에 전기적으로 연결된 전기소자(100)들을 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전기소자(100)들이 상기 전도성 횡플랜지(64)들과 상기 두번째 스트랩 부분(120)들 사이에 맞물려 납땜되고, 또한 상기 하우징(30)의 한 부분에 있는 홈부(54)들 안에 배치되며, 상기 첫번째 스트랩 부분(116)들이 각각의 상기 콘택트(20)들의 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
