图1示出示例性示出的计算单元100,其包括用于求取310和提供320至少一个空闲停车位221的设备110。计算单元100例如可理解为服务器。在另一实施方式中,计算单元100可理解为云,即至少两个电数字处理设备的联合(Verbund),它们例如借助互联网交换数据。在另一实施方式中,计算单元100相应于设备110。
设备110包括:用于以环境数据值的形式求取310至少一个空闲停车位221的第一装置111,其中,环境数据值代表在停车场220上的至少一个停放的车辆200的环境210,其中,停车场220包括至少一个停车位221。此外,所述设备还包括用于以数据值的形式提供320关于至少一个空闲停车位221的信息的第二装置112。
在一种实施方式中,设备113附加地包括另外的装置113,其中,另外的装置113构造用于确定路径描述,所述路径描述尤其用于导航设备。
第一装置111和/或第二装置112和/或另外的装置113可以根据计算单元100的相应实施方式同样以不同的实施方式构造。如果计算单元100构造为服务器,则第一装置111和/或第二装置112和/或另外的装置113关于设备110的位置定位在相同位置上。
如果计算单元100构造为云,则第一装置111和/或第二装置112和/或另外的装置113可以定位在不同位置上、例如在不同城市和/或不同国家中,其中,用于(电子)数据交换的连接如例如互联网构造在第一装置111和/或第二装置112和/或另外的装置113之间。
第一装置111构造用于以环境数据值的形式求取至少一个空闲停车位221,其中,环境数据值代表在停车场220上的至少一个停放的车辆200的环境210,其中,停车场220包括至少一个停车位221。为此,第一装置111构造为接收和/或发送单元,借助接收和/或发送单元由至少一个停放的车辆200请求和/或接收环境数据值。在另一实施方式中,第一装置111如此构造,使得该第一装置111与——从设备110出发——布置在外部的发送和/或接收单元122借助有线和/或无线连接121来连接。此外,第一装置111包括电子数据处理元件例如处理器、工作存储器和硬盘,它们构造用于存储和/或处理环境数据值,例如执行数据格式的改变和/或匹配并且紧接着将其转发给第二装置112。在另一实施方式中,第一装置111如此构造用于将所接收的环境数据值——在没有数据处理元件的情况下——转发给第二装置112。在另一实施方式中,第一装置111例如附加地或替代地构造用于借助适合的软件进行可信度测试:是否至少一个空闲停车位221实际上是(一般可进入的)停车位。这例如通过以下方式来实现:相应地分析处理由至少一个停放的车辆200接收的环境数据值。由此例如可以区分残障人士停车位与一般的停车位,其方式是,相应地存在的指示牌同样由环境数据值包括并且借助第一装置111例如借助对象分类方法识别为这样的停车位。此外,因此也可以识别不可以或不允许用作停车位的空闲场地。
在一种实施方式中,第一装置111对此附加或替代地构造用于执行至少一个空闲停车位221的求取310,其方式是,恰恰当至少一个停放的车辆200预先传达其位于停车场220上时才激活至少一个停放的车辆200的环境传感机构201;和/或,其方式是,定期在预给定的时间间隔之后激活至少一个停放的车辆200的环境传感机构201。环境传感机构201的激活例如通过以下方式来实现:借助第一装置111的发送和/或接收单元将相应的命令传输给至少一个停放的车辆200的发送和/或接收装置205并且接收相应的命令。在此,发送和/或接收装置205如此与环境传感机构201连接,使得基于相应的命令激活该环境传感机构201。
第二装置112构造用于以数据值的形式提供关于至少一个空闲停车位221的信息。为此,第二装置112包括接收和/或发送单元,借助该接收和/或发送单元请求和/或接收数据。在另一实施方式中,第二装置112如此构造,使得该第二装置112与——从第一设备110出发——布置在外部的发送和/或接收单元122借助有线和/或无线连接121来连接。在另一实施方式中,第二装置112的发送和/或接收单元与第一装置111的发送和/或接收单元相同。
在一种实施方式中,例如进行至少一个空闲停车位221的信息的提供320,其方式是,预先例如借助第一装置111的和/或第二装置112的发送和/或接收单元接收另外的车辆的停车位查询。接着,将信息传输给另外的车辆。
另外的装置113——如果存在则——构造用于确定路径描述,所述路径描述尤其用于导航设备。为此,第三装置113例如包括具有导航软件以及(数字)地图的计算单元(处理器、工作存储器、硬盘)。在另一实施方式中,第三装置113例如如此构造,使得借助外部设备确定路径描述,其方式是,将用于确定路径描述的问询传输给外部设备(例如导航服务提供商的为此构造的服务器)并且紧接着接收路径描述。这例如借助发送和/或接收单元实现,该发送和/或接收单元也可以相应于第一装置111的和/或第二装置112的发送和/或接收单元。
图2示出根据本发明的方法300的实施例。在此,至少一个停放的车辆200位于停车场220上。该停车场220包括至少一个空闲停车位221;在此示例性地构造为在至少一个停放的车辆200的环境210中的三个空闲停车位。
至少一个停放的车辆200包括用于以环境数据值的形式检测环境210的环境传感机构201和用于将环境数据值传输给设备110的发送和/或接收装置205。
在一种实施方式中,如此检测至少一个停放的车辆200的环境210,使得检测至少一个空闲停车位221连同宽度和/或长度并且连同停车位位置。在此,例如基于至少一个停放的车辆200的位置确定至少一个空闲停车位221的停车位位置。这可以不仅已经在至少一个停放的车辆200中而且在设备110中借助第一装置111来实现,其方式是,相应地分析处理环境数据值(例如环境传感机构包括立体摄像机,并且,车辆与停车位之间的距离基于视差原理来确定)。
在一种实施方式中,如此执行方法300,使得分别激活如此多的停放的车辆200的环境传感机构201,使得根据预给定的标准尽可能好地求取310停车场220的所有空闲停车位221。这例如通过以下方式来实现:每个停放的车辆200将其位置——相对于停车场220的位置和/或绝对的(例如在GPS坐标中的)位置——传输给设备110并且有针对性地激活停放的车辆200的环境传感机构201,即根据分别停放的车辆200的相应的位置和/或相应的停靠持续时间和/或时间来激活。
图3示出用于求取310和提供320至少一个空闲停车位221的方法300的实施例。
在步骤301中,方法300开始。
在步骤310中,以环境数据值的形式求取至少一个空闲停车位221,其中,环境数据值代表在停车场220上的至少一个停放的车辆200的环境210,其中,停车场220包括至少一个停车位221。
在步骤320中,以数据值的形式提供关于至少一个空闲停车位221的信息。
在步骤330中,方法300结束。
在一种实施方式中,方法300包括另外的步骤315,其方式是,确定路径描述,所述路径描述尤其用于导航设备。如果预先接收另外的车辆的停车位查询并且停车位问询包括另外的车辆的车辆位置,则例如执行该步骤。在此,导航系统相应于另外的车辆的导航系统。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于求取(310)和提供(320)至少一个空闲停车位(221)的方法(300),所述方法包括:
-以环境数据值的形式求取(310)所述至少一个空闲停车位(221);
其中,所述环境数据值代表在停车场(220)上的至少一个停放的车辆(200)的环境(210);
其中,所述停车场(220)包括至少一个停车位(221);
-以数据值的形式提供(320)关于所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法(300),其特征在于,进行所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的求取(310),
其方式是,激活所述至少一个停放的车辆(200)的环境传感机构(201);
所述环境传感机构(201)检测所述环境数据值;以及
接收所述环境数据值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法(300),其特征在于,进行所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的信息的提供(320),
其方式是,接收另外的车辆的停车位查询;以及
将所述信息传输给所述另外的车辆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法(300),其特征在于,所述信息包括:
所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的宽度和/或长度;和/或
所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的停车位位置。
5.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,进行所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的求取(310),
其方式是,恰恰当所述至少一个停放的车辆(200)预先传达其位于所述停车场(220)上时才激活至少一个停放的车辆(200)的环境传感机构(201)。
6.根据权利要求2或5所述的方法(300),其特征在于,进行所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的求取(310),
其方式是,所述环境传感机构(201)定期在预给定的时间间隔之后激活所述至少一个停放的车辆(200)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的方法(300),其特征在于,进行所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的信息的提供(320),
其方式是,所述停车位问询包括所述另外的车辆的车辆位置;
所述信息包括从所述车辆位置到所述停车位位置的路径描述,所述路径描述尤其用于另外的车辆的导航系统。
8.一种用于求取(310)和提供(320)至少一个空闲停车位(221)的设备(110),所述设备包括:
-用于以环境数据值的形式求取(310)所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的第一装置(111);
其中,所述环境数据值代表在停车场(220)上的至少一个停放的车辆(200)的环境(210);
其中,所述停车场(220)包括所述至少一个停车位(221);以及
-用于以数据值的形式提供(320)关于所述至少一个空闲停车位(221)的信息的第二装置(112)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备(110),其特征在于,
所述第一装置(111)和/或所述第二装置(112)构造用于执行根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法(300)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的设备(110),其特征在于,
所述设备(110)包括另外的装置(113),其中,所述另外的装置(113)构造用于确定路径描述,所述路径描述尤其用于导航设备。
