Abstract
本发明公开了西瓜霜清咽润喉糖及其制备方法和应用,包括西瓜霜1‑5重量份、桉油0.1‑1.0重量份、薄荷素油0.2‑2.0重量份、薄荷脑0.2‑2.0重量份、西青果10‑15重量份、罗汉果10‑20重量份、麦冬10‑25重量份、乌梅15‑35重量份、食用香精0.1‑2.0重量份,所述原料的来源是中药材或相当于上述中药材生药量的中药提取物组成,本发明的药物组合物可以加入食品上可接受的任意一种辅料或食品添加剂制备成多种糖果剂型如硬糖、软糖、压片糖等。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品和保健食品技术领域,涉及西瓜霜清咽润喉糖及其制备方法和应用,具体涉及一种清咽润喉的中药组合物、其在清咽润喉保健食品领域的制剂及其应用。
背景技术
传统医学认为,急性咽喉炎属中医“喉痹”范畴。喉痹《素问.阴阳别论》曰:“一阴一阳结,谓之喉痹”。“痹者,闭塞不通之意”。急性者多因风、热、火、痰而致。慢性急性发作期,多因脏腑功能失调,咽喉失养,复感外邪而致。慢性者多因肺、脾、胃、肾功能失调,咽喉失养而为痹。急性喉炎多因外邪犯肺,肺气不宣,邪滞喉窍而致,即所谓“金破不鸣”。现代医学研究认为当内环境改变时,如过度用嗓、饮食不合理、机体抵抗力下降时,潜伏在口腔和咽喉的各种条件致病菌的菌群平衡出现紊乱,咽喉部会受到大量繁殖条件致病菌感染,咽部粘膜出现充血、水肿、疼痛、咽痒、异物感和发干等症状,主要表现为咽部黏膜、黏膜下组织及淋巴组织的广泛的炎症。
传统中医药对口腔咽喉病的评述论著有不少,也记载了许多方剂,如养阴清肺汤、玄麦甘桔汤等,这些方剂安全性高,治疗和缓解慢性咽喉炎症状较好的功效。除经方外,许多验方、典型方剂,在临床应用中也收到了不错的效果,比如市场上蓝芩口服液、鱼腥草注射液、黄氏响声丸等,但这些中成药均属于治疗性药物,适宜人群多为迁延不愈的慢性咽炎患者,有明确的用药适应症范围、疗程。
从解剖学上来看,咽喉部没有纤毛易于暴露,因而常采用喷雾、含漱或含化等局部给药方式给予预防和治疗,可以起到较好的效果。随着现代生活节奏的加快,用嗓过度、饮食失调和生活节奏失衡引起的咽喉不适所占比重逐年增多,对清咽润喉保健食品的需求逐渐上升,以润喉糖为代表的清咽润喉保健食品备受消费者青睐,市场上也出现较多这类产品。中国专利文献也公开了一些宣称润喉食品的制备方法,如公开号CN107712252A一种罗汉果清凉润喉糖及其制备方法,由中药罗汉果提取物、贡菊浸提物、青黛浸提物、葛根浸提物、牛蒡子提取液、白芷提取液、苍耳子浸提物、薄荷提取物等组成,经熬糖、加膏和浇注而成。再有公开号CN107467338A一种润喉糖及其制备方法,由刺梨、黄精、玉竹、桑椹、鲜白茅根、栀子、荷叶、金银花、菊花组成,经水提干燥成提取物粉末,经常规方法制得糖果。上述润喉糖配方处方有的太过复杂,有的工艺制法过于简单,有的功效不确切,有的原料和成品的安全性尚未评价,不宜开发安全、有效、稳定的保健食品,因而推广使用受到一定的限制。
发明内容
为了解决现有西瓜霜清咽润喉产品的薄荷脑、西瓜霜等功效成分含量的保留率低的不足,提供了西瓜霜清咽润喉糖及其制备方法和应用,是一种功效确切、质量稳定、安全无毒的防治咽喉口腔疾病的保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现,西瓜霜清咽润喉糖的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
1)原料准备:西瓜霜1-5重量份、桉油0.1-1.0重量份、薄荷素油0.2-2.0重量份、薄荷脑0.2-2.0重量份、西青果10-15重量份、罗汉果10-20重量份、麦冬10-25重量份、乌梅15-35重量份、食用香精0.1-2.0重量份、甜味剂750-1760重量份;
所述的甜味剂是蔗糖、淀粉糖浆或者它们的混合物;
2)原料处理:取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水6-15倍,煎煮两次,每次1-2h,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.15-1.30/60℃的浸膏,加80-95%乙醇至含醇量为40-80%,静止12-30h,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.25-1.40/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
3)硬糖的制备:将上步骤得到的组合物浸膏加入2/3西瓜霜和等重乙醇制成的混合液中,混匀,得浸膏A,备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油B,备用;再取全部甜味剂,加水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C,最后将糖膏C,通过定量输送泵送至混合器内,先与定量泵1#匀速泵入的浸膏A混合,得均匀的棕色糖膏;糖膏液继续向前输送,与定量泵2#匀速泵入的挥发油B进行再次混匀,得混合糖胚,糖胚经翻动成型后,再经自动循环水冷却床翻动、冷却2-3分钟,至温度达90-95℃时送入均条机,最后经均条、切割、冲压、分装、检验,即得成品;
或者是软糖的制备:参照现有技术准备软糖用食品添加剂:果胶或明胶、挥发油、西瓜霜、香精;先将明胶或果胶与水按1:2混合浸泡,在60℃下溶胶,冷却备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油备用;再取甜味剂,加水加热溶解,熬煮,温度控制在120℃,当固形物含量在85%左右时,停止熬糖,待糖膏冷至约85℃时匀速泵入步骤2)得到的组合物浸膏和挥发油,搅匀,待冷却到约80℃时,匀速泵入上述明胶溶液,搅匀,得混合糖膏,最后迅速将调配好的糖膏浇注到软糖模具中,静置冷却,待凝结成形后即可脱模,放入风箱中于40℃干燥至水分低于15%,包装,即得;
或者是压片糖果的制备:取甜味剂,粉碎过80目筛,移入沸腾制粒机,取步骤2)得到的组合物浸膏,加西瓜霜,用水溶解,60℃保温搅匀至相对密度1.20-1.22/60℃,喷入甜味剂细粉中制粒、干燥,得干颗粒;待冷至室温时,匀速泵入桉油、薄荷油、薄荷脑混合挥发油,混匀5-10min,再加入硬脂酸镁,混匀,移入密闭容器内焖12h,整粒,压片,即得。
本发明步骤1)所述的原料准备,是西瓜霜3重量份、桉油0.5重量份、薄荷素油1.5重量份、薄荷脑1.5重量份、西青果12重量份、罗汉果15重量份、麦冬15重量份、乌梅25重量份、食用香精0.6重量份、甜味剂750重量份。
步骤2)所述的原料处理,是取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2h,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静置24h,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏。
步骤3)所述的定量匀速泵入,泵入流速范围为50-90g/min或150-200g/min,定量泵1#的泵速为150-200g/min,定量泵2#的泵速为50-90g/min。
本发明还涉及采用上述制备方法得到的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖在作为具有清咽润喉保健功能的药品、食品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:
1、本发明生产的清咽润喉糖,有别于市场常见的药品和保健食品,具有以下特色:
(1)从中医药辩证论治看,市场上常见药物或保健食品,如蒲地蓝消炎口服液、蓝芩口服液、银黄含片等。多辩证为热袭咽喉、肺胃热盛、郁结不散;治以清热解毒、凉血消痈、散结止痛,药味峻烈、攻伐性强。本发明组合物以养阴清肺的罗汉果、麦冬、西青果、乌梅为主、辅以疏风、利咽的西瓜霜、薄荷、桉油等,药味平和、祛邪扶正兼顾。
(2)方中麦冬甘微苦寒,润肺养阴,益胃生津;用于肺燥干咳、喉痹咽痛;罗汉果甘凉,清热润肺、利咽开音;二者均为质润之品,共奏清肺滋阴、凉血利咽之效。西青果酸涩,清热生津,凉血解毒;乌梅酸涩,敛肺生津、涩肠安蛔;二者均为酸涩之品,共达生津润燥、凉血解毒之功。西瓜霜咸寒,清热泻火,消肿止痛,被古人尊为“喉科圣药”;薄荷辛凉,疏散风热、利咽透疹;桉油味辛凉,祛风止痛。二者辛凉,为疏风、祛热,利咽之要药。全方清肺与养阴并用、祛邪扶正兼顾,清而不寒,养阴而不滞,为本方的配合特点。
(3)本组合物原料全为药食同用的食品原料,剂型选择口含片,增加了咽喉直接作用,提高了功效成分的吸收率;
2、本发明引入了定量泵输送混料、循环水冷却床冷却糖胚新工艺,确保了功效原料西瓜霜和挥发油混料的均匀性和成型性,既改善了操作环境,也确保了产品的安全、有效和稳定,适合长期保健使用,具有以下特色:
(1)混合工艺:按目前糖果行业制备方法,香精及功能性挥发油,均在冷却台板上,一次性直接加入熬好的糖膏中间,经翻叠、捏合、冷却成糖膏,糖膏再经冲压法或浇注法制成普通糖果或保健食品含片。此传统混合工艺,过于粗放,一方面功效成分如薄荷脑、西瓜霜含量极不均匀,影响产品品质,也增加产品成本;另一方面香精和挥发油挥发严重,车间环境极差,给操作工人健康带来隐患。本发明将熬好的糖膏、西瓜霜和浸膏、挥发油分别采用定量输送泵输送到混合器中混匀,各泵流速是严格按工艺验证后确定的,与配方比例一致,从而确保了产品中西瓜霜、薄荷脑等功效成分的稳定性和环境的友好性。
(2)冷却工艺:混完各物料后的高温糖膏(120-130℃),要移至冷却台板上冷却到适宜温度(80-95℃),才能方便后续产品成型。传统技术中,冷却台是靠饮用水自然冷却的,缺点一是冷却时间长(一般约10min,夏季更长),二是冷却过久也易使产品出现“返砂”等质量不稳定;三是易造成水资源的浪费;而采用循环水冷却床冷却糖胚工艺,可将冷却时间缩短至2-3min,可有效降低成本和改善产品稳定性。
3、本发明药物组合物制成的西瓜霜口喉宝含片作为保健食品,经实验证明能有效解决现有西瓜霜清咽润喉产品的薄荷脑、西瓜霜等功效成分含量的保留率低的问题,本发明得到的产品安全、有效和稳定。
具体实施方式
下面以实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1:
配方:西瓜霜3重量份、桉油0.5重量份、薄荷素油1.5重量份、薄荷脑1.5重量份、西青果12重量份、罗汉果15重量份、麦冬15重量份、乌梅25重量份、食用香精0.6重量份、蔗糖1055重量份、淀粉糖浆705重量份;
制法:
(1)取配方西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2小时,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静止24小时,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
(2)组合物浸膏加入2/3西瓜霜和等重乙醇,混匀,得浸膏A,备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余1/3西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油B,备用;再取蔗糖、淀粉糖浆,加适量水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C;
(3)最后将糖膏C,通过定量输送泵(泵速:7.0-8.5Kg/min)送至定量混合器内,先与定量泵1#(泵速:170g/min)匀速泵入的浸膏A混合,得均匀的棕色糖膏;糖膏液继续向前输送,与定量泵2#(泵速:70g/min)匀速泵入的挥发油B进行再次混匀,得混合糖胚,糖胚经翻动成型后,再经自动循环水冷却床翻动、冷却2-3分钟,至温度达90-95℃时送入均条机,最后经均条、切割、冲压、分装、检验,制成硬糖1000粒。
实施例2:
配方:西瓜霜3重量份、桉油0.1重量份、薄荷素油1.5重量份、薄荷脑1.5重量份、西青果12重量份、罗汉果15重量份、麦冬15重量份、乌梅25重量份、食用香精0.6重量份、淀粉糖浆300重量份、蔗糖450重量份、明胶5重量份;
制法:
(1)取配方西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2小时,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静止24小时,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
(2)再将明胶与水按1:2混合浸泡,在60℃下溶胶,冷却备用;称取淀粉糖浆和蔗糖,加水加热使溶解,熬煮,温度控制在120℃,当固形物含量在85%左右时,停止熬糖,待糖膏冷至约85℃时匀速泵入(泵速为80g/min)上述加有2/3西瓜霜的植物浸膏,另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余的西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油B,搅拌均匀,待冷却到约80℃时,匀速泵入(泵速为50g/min)上述明胶溶液,搅拌均匀,得混合糖膏;
(3)迅速将调配好的糖膏浇注到软糖模具中,静置冷却,待凝结成形后即可脱模,放入风箱中于40℃干燥至水分低于15%,包装,制成软糖1000粒。
实施例3:
配方:西瓜霜3重量份、桉油0.5重量份、薄荷素油1.5重量份、薄荷脑1.5重量份、西青果12重量份、罗汉果15重量份、麦冬15重量份、乌梅25重量份、食用香精0.6重量份、蔗糖1000重量份、硬脂酸镁10重量份;
制法:
(1)取配方西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2小时,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静止24小时,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
(2)取蔗糖适量,粉碎过80目筛,移入沸腾制粒机,另将组合物浸膏、西瓜霜,加入适量水,60℃保温搅匀至相对密度1.20-1.22(60℃),在70℃条件下喷入蔗糖细粉中,沸腾制粒、干燥,得干颗粒;
(3)待颗粒冷至室温时,匀速泵入(泵速为60g/min)桉油、薄荷油、薄荷脑、食用香精混合挥发油,混匀5-10min,再加入硬脂酸镁,混匀,出料,移入密闭容器内焖约12小时,整粒,压制片剂1000片。
实施例4:
配方:西瓜霜5重量份、桉油0.8重量份、薄荷素油2.0重量份、薄荷脑1.8重量份、西青果15重量份、罗汉果20重量份、麦冬25重量份、乌梅30重量份、食用香精1.2重量份、淀粉糖浆500重量份、蔗糖500重量份;
制法:
(1)取配方西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2小时,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静止24小时,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
(2)组合物浸膏加入2/3西瓜霜和等重乙醇制成的混合液中,混匀,得浸膏A,备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余1/3西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油B,备用;
(3)再取淀粉糖浆、蔗糖,加适量水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C;
(4)最后将糖膏C,通过定量输送泵送至混合器内,先与定量匀速泵入的浸膏A混合,泵速为150g/min,得均匀的棕色糖膏,糖膏液继续向前输送,与匀速泵入的挥发油B进行再次混匀,泵速为90g/min,经成型、冷却、冲压、分装、检验,制成硬糖1000粒。
实验例1、安全性试验
1、材料与方法
1.1样品:由桂林金可保健品有限公司生产,规格:1.8g/粒,人口服推荐用量为每人(成人)每次1粒,每日6次,成人体重按60Kg计算,折合人体推荐剂量为180mg/Kg BW,研成粉末进行试验。
1.2实验动物及环境:SPF级健康昆明种小鼠,由广东省医学实验动物中心繁殖,实验动物生产许可证号:SCXK(粤)2013-0002,实验动物质量合格证号:44007200009587。实验室温度22-25℃,相对湿度50-70%。
1.3大鼠急性经口毒性试验:采用最大耐受剂量(MTD)试验法,选体重18-22g的昆明种小鼠20只,雌雄各半。试验前动物禁食16小时,不限饮水。称取20.0g样品,加纯水至40mL,混匀,配成500mg/mL浓度混悬液,然后给动物灌胃2次(间隔6h),每次灌胃量为0.4mL/20gBW,合计剂量为20000mg/Kg BW。灌胃后观察、记录动物的中毒表现。每周称重一次,观察两周时间,试验结束解剖动物进行大体观察。按毒性分级标准评价受试动物的急性毒性。
1.4结果:给药后至第14天,各鼠的外观、行为、呼吸、四肢活动、进食、排泄等均未见明显异常;无中毒死亡现象;实验结果见表1。

从表1可见,以20000mg/Kg BW剂量的样品经予小鼠灌胃后,动物生长良好,未见体重受到影响。受试小鼠均未见有中毒症状,观察14天无动物死亡。试验结束解剖动物,大体观察,肝、肾、脾、心、肺、胃、肠等主要脏器均未见明显异常改变。结果表明,该样品对小鼠的急性经口毒性MTD大于20000mg/Kg BW,急性经口毒性属无毒级。
实验例2、清咽润喉功能试验
2.1.对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响试验
取体重18-22g的昆明种雄性小鼠40只,随机均分为四组并给药:三个组给受试药物,空白对照组给纯水,高、中、低剂量组分别为(3600mg/KgBW、1800mg/Kg BW、900mg/KgBW),给药体积均为20ml/kg,每天经口给药一次,连续30天。末次给药后1h,以二甲苯20ul涂于各鼠右耳廓两面以致炎。致炎后30min处死小鼠,剪下左、右耳廓,用直径9mm的打孔器在相对应的部位分别打下左、右园耳片,称重,以右耳片重减去左耳片重之差值作为肿胀度(mg),与纯水组比较,作组间t检验。结果见表2。

结果可见,西瓜霜清咽润喉糖高、中、低剂量组的耳廓肿胀度抑制率分别为52.8%、36.1%、22.8%,其中高、中剂量组有显著性,提示本品有抑制小鼠二甲苯所致耳廓肿胀的作用。
2.2、对大鼠皮下棉球肉芽肿形成的影响
选取体重190-220g的SD种大鼠40只,分成四组进行试验。每鼠于右腹股沟上方切开一小口,将19.9-20.1mg无菌棉球埋入皮下,术后24小时开始喂食样品,第1组作对照,术后不作任何处理;第2、3、4组经口灌服西瓜霜清咽润喉糖混悬液,高、中、低剂量组分别为(3600mg/Kg BW、1800mg/Kg BW、900mg/Kg BW)每天给药一次,连续30天。末次给样后24小时将大鼠处死,小心剥离棉球肉芽肿,于60℃烘箱干燥6小时后称重,减去棉球重量,所得数据进行统计学处理(表3)。

结果表明,西瓜霜清咽润喉糖高、中剂量组能显著地对抗大鼠棉球肉芽肿的增生。
由上动物实验可知:分别以3600、1800、900mg/Kg BW(分别相当于人体推荐用量的20、10、5倍)的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖给予小鼠连续灌胃30天,能够降低小鼠耳廓肿胀差异,差异有显著性;同时能够降低大鼠肉芽肿净量,差异有显著性。
根据国食药监保化【2012】107号《关于印发抗氧化功能评价方法等9个保健功能评价方法的通知》,大鼠棉球植入实验结果阳性,同时大鼠足趾肿胀实验或小鼠耳肿胀实验结果任意一项阳性,可判定该受试样品具有清咽功能。
实验例3、稳定性试验
方法1(现有技术的方法)目前市场上带中草药风味的糖果中,草药浸膏和挥发油、香精等风味物料的加入,均是在糖膏熬好后,在冷却台板上摊开后手工加入浸膏、挥发油和食用香精,经抹匀、折叠、翻揉、冷却、拉条、冲压制成含片。示例如下:取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎、混合、煎煮、浓缩、醇沉、回收乙醇、浓缩得组合物浸膏A;另取西瓜霜,加入桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精和植物浸膏A和95%乙醇等重,搅匀,得混悬液B,备用;再取蔗糖,加适量水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C,将糖膏C移入冷却平台,摊匀,迅速加入混悬液B,抹匀,翻揉,得棕黄色糖胚,经成型、冷却、冲压、分装、检验,即得成品。
方法2(本发明自动泵入法)给合浸膏、熬糖方法同前方法1,浸膏、挥发油、西瓜霜的加入方法采用自动泵入混匀方式。此法操作可减少手工操作的偏差,改善环境、提高产品功效成分的均匀性,方法示例如下:取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎、混合、煎煮、浓缩、醇沉、回收乙醇、浓缩得组合物浸膏;另取2/3西瓜霜,加入等重95%乙醇,分散均匀,最后加入上述组合物浸膏,得膏霜混合液A,备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余1/3西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油混合液B,备用;再取蔗糖,加适量水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C;最后将糖膏C,通过定量输送泵送至混合器内,先与定量匀速泵入的浸膏A混合,得均匀的棕色糖膏,糖膏液继续向前输送,与匀速泵入的挥发油B进行再次混匀,经成型、冷却、冲压、分装、检验,即得成品。
对上述两种制备工艺制得的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖,各随机取样120粒,分别采用2015年版中国药典项下方法,测定样品中薄荷脑、西瓜霜的平均含量,计算转移率和测量相对偏差,结果见表4、表5。

结果表明,采用自动泵入混合工艺后,可提高产品中薄荷脑、西瓜霜等功效成分含量,同时能有效地改善样品各片之间的薄荷脑和西瓜霜含量的均匀度。
上述说明示出并描述了本申请的若干优选实施例,但如前所述,应当理解本申请并非局限于本文所披露的形式,不应看作是对其他实施例的排除,而可用于各种其他组合、修改和环境,并能够在本文所述发明构想范围内,通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。而本领域人员所进行的改动和变化不脱离本申请的精神和范围,则都应在本申请所附权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1.西瓜霜清咽润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
1)原料准备:西瓜霜1-5重量份、桉油0.1-1.0重量份、薄荷素油0.2-2.0重量份、薄荷脑0.2-2.0重量份、西青果10-15重量份、罗汉果10-20重量份、麦冬10-25重量份、乌梅15-35重量份、食用香精0.1-2.0重量份、甜味剂750-1760重量份;
所述的甜味剂是淀粉糖浆、蔗糖或者它们的混合物;
2)原料处理:取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水6-15倍,煎煮两次,每次1-2h,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.15-1.30/60℃的浸膏,加80-95%乙醇至含醇量为40-80%,静止12-30h,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.25-1.40/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏;
3)硬糖的制备:将上步骤得到的组合物浸膏加入2/3西瓜霜和等重乙醇制成的混合液中,混匀,得浸膏A,备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入剩余西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油B,备用;再取甜味剂,加水加热溶解,浓缩至糖膏中含水量小于3%的糖膏C,最后将糖膏C,通过定量输送泵送至混合器内,先与定量匀速泵入的浸膏A混合,得均匀的棕色糖膏,糖膏液继续向前输送,与匀速泵入的挥发油B进行再次混匀,经成型、冷却、冲压、分装、检验,即得成品;
或者是软糖的制备:参照现有技术准备软糖用食品添加剂:果胶或明胶、挥发油、西瓜霜、香精;先将明胶或果胶与水按1:2混合浸泡,在60℃下溶胶,冷却备用;另取桉油、薄荷素油、薄荷脑、食用香精,加入西瓜霜,搅匀,得挥发油备用;再取甜味剂,加水加热溶解,熬煮,温度控制在120℃,当固形物含量在85%左右时,停止熬糖,待糖膏冷至约85℃时匀速泵入步骤2)得到的组合物浸膏和挥发油,搅匀,待冷却到约80℃时,匀速泵入上述明胶溶液,搅匀,得混合糖膏,最后迅速将调配好的糖膏浇注到软糖模具中,静置冷却,待凝结成形后即可脱模,放入风箱中于40℃干燥至水分低于15%,包装,即得;
或者是压片糖果的制备:取甜味剂,粉碎过80目筛,移入沸腾制粒机,取步骤2)得到的组合物浸膏,加西瓜霜,用水溶解,60℃保温搅匀至相对密度1.20-1.22/60℃,喷入甜味剂细粉中制粒、干燥,得干颗粒;待冷至室温时,匀速泵入桉油、薄荷油、薄荷脑混合挥发油,混匀5-10min,再加入硬脂酸镁,混匀,移入密闭容器内焖12h,整粒,压片,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述的原料准备,是西瓜霜3重量份、桉油0.5重量份、薄荷素油1.5重量份、薄荷脑1.5重量份、西青果12重量份、罗汉果15重量份、麦冬15重量份、乌梅25重量份、食用香精0.6重量份、甜味剂750重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)所述的原料处理,是取西青果、罗汉果、麦冬、乌梅分别破碎,混合,加水8倍,煎煮两次,每次2h,合并提取液,浓缩至相对密度1.18-1.20/60℃的浸膏,加85%乙醇至含醇量为60%,静置24h,取上清液,回收乙醇,浓缩至相对密度1.30/60℃的浸膏,得组合物浸膏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)所述的定量匀速泵入,泵入流速范围为50-90g/min或150-200g/min,定量泵1#的泵速为150-200g/min,定量泵2#的泵速为50-90g/min。
5.权利要求1-4所述的制备方法得到的西瓜霜清咽润喉糖在作为具有清咽润喉保健功能的药品、食品中的应用。
