本发明的目的是提供一种治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，制成品为药品或食品或化妆品。本发明还提供了治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素的制备方法。本发明中所指的免疫性疾病包括并不限于类风湿性关节炎、硬皮病、溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病。

龙胆草10-14、黄芩7-11、栀子7-11、柴胡7-11、蒲公英7-11、金银花7-11、白芍7-11、鱼腥草7-11、益母草7-11、仲节风7-11、丹参10-14、青蒿7-11、苦参7-11、蛇床子7-11、地肤子7-11、白鲜皮7-11、黄柏7-11、皂角刺7-11、薄荷7-11、冰片1-5。
本发明的有益效果是：该自然生物降解素可以有效治疗类风湿性关节炎、硬皮病、溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病等免疫性疾病。此外，这种自然生物降解素成分为纯天然产品，对人体没有任何副作用。
该自然生物降解素的制备方法是：
(1)按上述比例原料清洁后粉碎，混合均匀；
(2)将粉碎机调至100-120目进行粉碎，100目以上的收集装袋作为药品或食品的原料，100目以下的收集装袋作为药品或食品或化妆品的原料；将上述原料分别加入不含苯甲酸钠等化工添加剂的脱蛋白剂中进行浸泡去掉可溶性蛋白质和可溶性氨基酸，浸泡30～36小时后分离脱蛋白剂；

(5)将100目以上的原料与添加剂混合制粒加工成药品或食品；将100目以下的原料投入100℃的纯净水中进行提取，在提取水中加入添加剂，搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到药品或食品或化妆品。
具体实施方式
第一实施例
一种治疗类风湿性关节炎、硬皮病、溃疡性结肠炎、糖尿病等免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料：龙胆草12、黄芩9、栀子9、柴胡9、蒲公英9、金银花9、白芍9、鱼腥草9、益母草9、仲节风9、丹参12、青蒿9、苦参9、蛇床子9、地肤子9、白鲜皮9、黄柏9、皂角刺9、薄荷9、冰片3。
所述自然生物降解素的制成品为口服液或压片糖果或浴液。所述浴液经北京市药品检验所按《化妆品卫生规范》2007版标准进行急性眼刺激试验检测，24、48、72h均未见家兔眼刺激反应，判定为无刺激性。按《化妆品卫生规范》2007版标准经急性皮肤刺激性试验，24、48、72h均未见红斑和水肿等皮肤刺激性反应，判定为无刺激性。
该治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素的制备方法是：
(1)按上述比例原料清洁后粉碎，混合均匀；

(5)将100目以上的原料与添加剂按重量比7:3混合制粒加工成压片糖果；按1比10的质量比将100目以下的原料投入100℃的纯净水中进行提取，在提取水中加入添加剂，搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到口服液产品；加入按重量比3：1的添加剂及皂荚搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到浴液。
第二实施例：病例
毛某，女，54岁。山西临汾市人，患有类风湿关节炎多年，已经不能独立站起。2016年3月该患者使用第一实施例所述的压片糖果3片(0.5克每片)，日服3次。晚上用第一实施例所述的浴液泡脚(1000:1)，并涂抹患处。第二日即可独立起身活动。继续涂抹疼痛消除，经一个月的治疗，变形的关节逐步恢复。
魏某，男，62岁。患有溃疡性结肠炎，大便长期不成形，使用油腻或凉食品立即拉肚子。2017年3月食用第一实施例所述的压片糖果每次5片，每片0.5克，每天3次，第二日大便成型，3天后即可食用水果等凉食品，大便次数每日减到两次，十日后大便次数每日一次，食用油腻食品和所有凉食品也不会出现拉肚子现象。
张某，男，39岁。十年前患有严重的糖尿病，靠打胰岛素控制血糖，同时肝纤维化指标已达F4期。2015年7月开始服用第一实施例所述的压片糖果，同时用第一实施例所述的口服液伴服，服用两周后感到体力增强，一个月后开始逐步减少胰岛素用量，三个月后停止使用胰岛素，气色大为改观。血糖空腹控制到9以下，肝纤维化指标出现浮动。2016年8月，肝纤维化指标突然降到F1，以后在F1和F2之间浮动。

Claims (6)

1.一种治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料：龙胆草10-14、黄芩7-11、栀子7-11、柴胡7-11、蒲公英7-11、金银花7-11、白芍7-11、鱼腥草7-11、益母草7-11、仲节风7-11、丹参10-14、青蒿7-11、苦参7-11、蛇床子7-11、地肤子7-11、白鲜皮7-11、黄柏7-11、皂角刺7-11、薄荷7-11、冰片1-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，其特征在于制成品为药品或食品或化妆品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素的制备方法：
(1)按上述比例原料清洁后粉碎，混合均匀；
(2)将粉碎机调至100-120目进行粉碎，100目以上的收集装袋作为药品或食品的原料，100目以下的收集装袋作为药品或食品或化妆品的原料；将上述原料分别加入不含苯甲酸钠等化工添加剂的脱蛋白剂中进行浸泡去掉可溶性蛋白质和可溶性氨基酸，浸泡30～36小时后分离脱蛋白剂；
(3)将上述原料分别进行加压至2.7个大气压、同时加温至130℃处理6个小时进行断链；
(4)将上述原料分别进行烘烤4小时，温度控制在120～130℃，使水分控制到3％以下；
(5)将100目以上的原料与添加剂混合制粒加工成药品或食品；将100目以下的原料投入100℃的纯净水中进行提取，在提取水中加入添加剂，搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到药品或食品或化妆品。
4.根据权利要求1所述的治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料：龙胆草12、黄芩9、栀子9、柴胡9、蒲公英9、金银花9、白芍9、鱼腥草9、益母草9、仲节风9、丹参12、青蒿9、苦参9、蛇床子9、地肤子9、白鲜皮9、黄柏9、皂角刺9、薄荷9、冰片3。
5.根据权利要求4所述的治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素，其特征在于制成品为口服液或压片糖果或浴液。
6.根据权利要求4所述的治疗免疫性疾病的自然生物降解素的制备方法：
(1)按上述比例原料清洁后粉碎，混合均匀；
(2)将粉碎机调至100-120目进行粉碎，100目以上的收集装袋作为压片糖果原料，100目以下的收集装袋作为口服液或浴液的原料；将两种原料分别加入不含苯甲酸钠等化工添加剂的脱蛋白剂中进行浸泡去掉可溶性蛋白质和可溶性氨基酸，浸泡30～36小时后分离脱蛋白剂；
(3)将以上两种原料分别进行加压至2.7个大气压、同时加温至130℃处理6个小时进行断链；
(4)分别将该两种原料进行烘烤4小时，温度控制在120～130℃，使水分控制到3％以内；
(5)将100目以上的原料与添加剂按重量比7:3混合制粒加工成压片糖果；按1：10的质量比将100目以下的原料投入100℃的纯净水中进行提取，在提取水中按3：1的质量比加入添加剂，搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到口服液产品；加入按重量比3：1的添加剂及皂荚搅拌均匀即可过滤热灌装得到浴液。
