背景技术
癌症是人体在各种致癌因素的作用下,导致机体阴阳的偏盛偏衰,脏腑气血功能的失调所引起的一种复杂而有一定形态表现的病理细胞过程,对人体的生命安全产生极大的损害。
目前市场上出售的适用于癌症病人的产品有很多,大多数也涉及到拥有能够提高人体免疫力的功效。其中使用最多的是人参多糖注射液,人参多糖注射液是增强机体免疫功能、减轻肿瘤放化疗引起的副作用的常用药,临床使用多年,有明显的治疗效果,但存在以下缺陷:使用不方便,需要专业人员注射使用;组方单一,不能多方位减轻病人的毒副作用;制剂为玻璃制品装,易碎,不便于储藏与运输;有安全性隐患,注射液易变质,且部分病人注射使用会发生过敏反应。

本发明提供的复方人参多糖颗粒,由如下按重量份计算的原料药制成:异麦芽低聚糖25-35份、异麦芽酮糖35-45份、人参提取物1.5-2.5份、其余量为淀粉。
其中,人参提取物的制备工艺包括以下步骤:粉碎,称取人参粉碎过65目筛;提取,加纯化水浸泡,加热至温度为100℃,不断搅拌,恒温提取4-5小时;冷却,提取物冷却静置6-8小时;过滤;浓缩,取滤液浓缩,加入95%的乙醇至含醇量达80%,边加边搅拌,使混合均匀,静置过夜,离心或过滤,取离心或过滤得到的沉淀物;洗涤,沉淀物用80%乙醇洗涤,低温干燥;粉碎,得到人参提取物。
作为一种优选方案,所述人参多糖复方颗粒由如下按重量份计算的原料药制成:异麦芽低聚糖30份、异麦芽酮糖40份、人参提取物2份、淀粉28份。
本发明提供的人参多糖复方颗粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)按照重量份数配比称取原料,混合,搅拌均匀;2)混合物粉碎过筛;3)于60℃以下对所制颗粒进行干燥,至其含水量达到5%,包装,即得。
人参提取物是从五加科植物人参的根、茎中提取精制而成,含有许多人体所需的成分,含有人参皂苷、糖类、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素以及多种微量元素等,主要成分为人参多糖与人参皂苷。具有有效抗击癌细胞、抗疲劳、改善精神状态,改善失眠,提高记忆力,有益智力发育,双向调节血压,改善糖尿病及糖尿病综合症,减轻腰痛、关节痛、肩周炎等疼痛,缓解压力,可辅助治疗抑郁,缓解亚健康状态;对提高人体免疫力、降低肿瘤放化疗的毒副作用具有确切的效果。
异麦芽低聚糖是由不同聚合度的糖类组成的混合体,其主要成份包括:异麦芽糖、潘糖和异麦芽三糖、异麦芽四糖等。人体的肠道中没有水解异麦芽低聚糖的酶解系统,因此,它们不被消化吸收,而直接进入大肠内优先为双歧杆菌所利用,所以说,异麦芽低聚糖是双歧杆菌的增殖因子,即双歧因子。又由于其能高效增殖肠道内有益菌,也被称为益生元。异麦芽低聚糖进入人体肠道后,为肠道内的有益菌吸收分解,产生大量的短链脂肪酸,能刺激肠道蠕动、增加粪便润湿度并保持一定的渗透压,并抑制外源致病菌和肠内固有腐败细菌的增殖,减少有毒发酵产物及有害细菌的产生;帮助有益菌菌通过磷脂酸与肠黏膜上皮细胞相互配合,与其它厌氧菌共同占据肠黏膜表面,形成一层具有保护作用的生物膜屏障,阻止有害菌群的入侵,从而达双向调节便秘和腹泻、保护肝脏、促进维生素的合成、促进钙、镁、锌等矿物质吸收,产生净化肠道、促进肠蠕动、解除便秘、增进机体免疫力、降低放疗化疗引起的毒副反应等作用。
异麦芽酮糖是甘蔗、蜂蜜等产品中发现的一种天然糖类,国外称益寿糖,是近年来国际上新兴的功能性食用糖醇,是一种功能性二糖。全世界已大量研究和开发,其功能和应用一直被陆续开发出来,对人体脑部尤其有特殊功能性,具有提高精神集中力、舒缓紧张效果以及改善大脑功能等作用。
本发明提供的复方人参多糖颗粒能有效改善胃肠道功能,提高人体对营养成分与矿物资的吸收能力,缓解精神紧张状态,进一步增强人体免疫力,提高生活质量;并产生协同作用,更加降低癌症病人术后或放、化疗后的毒副作用,更有益于病人康复。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一,人参提取物的制备工艺如下;
称取人参100克,粉碎,过65目筛,加纯化水4000毫升,搅匀浸泡30分钟,然后开始加热至温度为100度,不断搅拌,恒温提取4小时;提取液冷却,静置6-8小时,(吸收上清液)过滤,滤液浓缩至约600毫升,加入95%的乙醇至含醇量达80%,边加边搅拌,使混合均匀,静置过夜,离心(或过滤),取离心(或过滤)得到的沉淀物,用80%乙醇洗涤2次,低温干燥(取沉淀物60℃以下干燥),粉碎,制得人参提取物。
本实施例产品为灰白色至暗灰色粉末,无臭,在水中极易溶,在乙醇或丙酮中略溶,人参多糖以D-半乳糖醛酸(C6H10O7)计算,含量应为10.0%以上。
人参多糖含量的测定方法如下:精密量取对照品溶液、供试品溶液及水各lml,分别精密加入0.25mol/L硼砂硫酸溶液6ml,置水浴中加热30分钟,放冷,再分别精密加入0.125%咔唑无水乙醇溶液0.4ml,置水浴中加热10分钟,放冷至室温,照分光光度法(中国药典2000年版一部附录V B)试验,在530nm波长处测定吸收度,计算,即得。本品按含人参多糖以D-半乳糖醛酸(C6H10O7)计算。
本发明提供的人参多糖复方颗粒,包括以下步骤,称取下述重量的原材料配制:取异麦芽低聚糖300克、异麦芽酮糖400克,加入人参提取物20克、加入淀粉280克,搅拌均匀,粉碎后过筛,60℃以下干燥,包装,检验含水量5%以下,即得。
本实施例所制得的功能性健康产品,经癌症患者癌症患者术后或放、化疗后服用,每日三次,每次10-20克,用温开水溶解后服用,7-10天后对患者癌症患者术后或放、化疗后营养状况及免疫指标的改善情况及在降低肿瘤患者放化疗脾胃气虚证者毒副作用方面的功效良好。
该功能性健康产品改变给药途径,方便患者服用;促进有益菌生长,抑制致病菌与腐败菌的生长,改善胃肠道环境;产生协同作用,减轻癌症患者术后或放、化疗后引起的毒副作用;舒缓患者的紧张情绪,提高生活质量,增强患者占胜病魔的信心。

1.一种提高免疫力减轻肿瘤放化疗反应的复方人参多糖颗粒,其特征在于,由如下按重量份计算的原料药制成:异麦芽低聚糖25-35份、异麦芽酮糖35-45份、人参提取物1.5-2.5份、其余量为淀粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复方人参多糖颗粒,其特征在于,所述人参多糖复方颗粒由如下按重量份计算的原料药制成:异麦芽低聚糖30份、异麦芽酮糖40份、人参提取物20份、淀粉280份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复方人参多糖颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)按照重量份数配比称取原料,混合,搅拌均匀;2)混合物粉碎过筛;3)于60℃以下对所制颗粒进行干燥,至其含水量达到5%,包装,即得。
