由本说明书公开的技术涉及一种充电用插入口。
背景技术
以往,作为连接于充电器的充电用连接器能够从前方嵌合的车辆侧连接器,已知在日本特开2015-103379号公报(下述专利文献1)中记载的车辆侧连接器。车辆侧连接器具有外壳主体,该外壳主体构成为具备供充电用连接器在内部嵌合的连接器嵌合部及包围充电用连接器的锁臂所卡止的被卡止部的大致门形的锁定嵌合部等。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
在上述车辆侧连接器中,设有用于将进入到锁定嵌合部内的水向连接器嵌合部侧排出的排水口。排水口通过以跨过隔离锁定嵌合部与连接器嵌合部的隔壁的方式设置孔而使锁定嵌合部内与连接器嵌合部内连通。这样的排水口一般通过向后方脱模而形成,因此需要用橡胶栓封闭脱模孔。另外,需要以避免橡胶栓从脱模孔脱落的方式进行保持的橡胶栓按压件,因此零件个数增加,组装作业变得繁琐。
用于解决课题的技术方案
由本说明书公开的充电用插入口具备:板,设有连接器插通孔;及插入口主体,具有插通于上述连接器插通孔的连接器嵌合部,并固定于上述板,上述连接器嵌合部具备呈圆筒状的周壁及设于上述周壁的外周面的锁定部,上述连接器插通孔具有收纳上述周壁的周壁收纳空间及收纳上述锁定部的锁定部收纳空间,在上述周壁上设有使上述锁定部收纳空间与上述周壁内连通的排水口。
根据这样的结构,在连接器嵌合部的周壁设有排水口,因此可以不在连接器嵌合部的后方设置排水口。另外,在板上设有周壁收纳空间和锁定部收纳空间,因此在组装插入口主体与板之前,成为周壁的外周面面向外部的状态,在对插入口主体进行成形时,能够通过向侧方进行脱模来设置排水口。因此,能够削减零件个数,从而提高组装操作性。
由本说明书公开的充电用插入口也可以设为以下的结构。
上述插入口主体也可以具备呈板状的基板部及突出地设于上述基板部的上述周壁,上述排水口设于与上述基板部相接的位置。
一般来说,充电用插入口以相对于车辆的车身朝向斜上方的姿势安装,因此能够通过将排水口设于与基板部相接的位置,而将积存于基板部侧的水直接从排水口排出。
上述排水口也可以构成为设于上述周壁的外周面中的上述锁定部收纳空间的下端部。
根据这样的结构,在进入到锁定部收纳空间的水沿着周壁的外周面流下到锁定部收纳空间的下端部之后,能够容易地通过排水口流到周壁收纳空间。

具体实施方式
<实施方式>
参照图1至图11的附图来说明实施方式。如图1及图2所示,本实施方式中的充电用插入口10构成为具备插入口主体20、托板(以下称为“板”)50及密封部件80。充电用插入口10以相对于车辆的车身90朝向斜上方的姿势安装。但是,在图5中,为了容易理解,图示出将充电用插入口10以水平姿势安装于车身90的状态。通过将连接于充电器的充电用枪与充电用插入口10连接,而进行向搭载于车辆的电池的充电。
插入口主体20是合成树脂制的,构成为具备呈板状的基板部21、以沿着前后方向贯通基板部21的形态设置的连接器嵌合部22及从连接器嵌合部22的向基板部21的后方突出的部分向下方突出地设置的管状的排水部23。如图7所示,在基板部21的外周侧设有多个固定部24。如图6所示,将螺栓24A插入到各固定部24并拧入到板50,从而将板50安装并固定到插入口主体20。
如图7所示,连接器嵌合部22具备周壁25、设于周壁25的内部的端子收纳部26及设于周壁25的外周上表面的锁定部34。端子收纳部26从前方观察时呈圆形的块状,在端子收纳部26的内部,沿着前后方向上贯通地设有多个大小两种孔穴27、28。在较大的孔穴27中收纳大电流用的大型端子(未图示),在较小的孔穴28中收纳通信用的小型端子(未图示)。在各孔穴27、28的下端部设有从前方观察时呈弧状地延伸的大小两种排水孔29、30。
如图10所示,较大的排水孔29设于设有端子插通孔31的端子支撑壁32的下端部。另一方面,在周壁25的内周面与端子收纳部26的外周面之间设有供设于充电用枪的罩部(未图示)嵌合的嵌合空间33。嵌合空间33与较大的孔穴27连通,并且还与排水部23的内部空间连通。因此,进入到较大的孔穴27的水通过较大的排水孔29向嵌合空间33流入,并从嵌合空间33通过排水部23的内部空间向外部排出。另外,关于较小的孔穴28,也具有与较大的孔穴27相同的排水构造,因此,在此省略说明。
如图7所示,在锁定部34的左右两侧一体地设有一对锁定保护壁35。如图10所示,锁定部34的上表面处于低于锁定保护壁35的上端部的位置。另外,锁定部34的后表面设为呈下切形状的卡止面36,与保护壁35的后端部相比向后方突出。锁定部34的卡止面36在对插入口主体20进行成形时通过向侧方进行脱模而形成,不需要在基板部21的后方设置脱模孔并向后方进行脱模。
如图7所示,在包围周壁25及锁定部34的位置环绕设置有用于安装密封部件80的安装槽37。安装槽37的下半部由周壁25的外周面构成,安装槽37的上半部由与锁定部34的后端连接的底座部38的外周面构成。底座部38的上缘部及左右的两侧缘部设为从前方观察时为大致门形的外周形状,底座部38的下缘部设为沿着周壁25的外周上表面的圆弧状的凹形状。
如图8所示,在周壁25的外周侧面设有排水口39。排水口39设为从侧面观察时为在上下方向上较长的长方形形状。另外,排水口39在对插入口主体20进行成形时,通过向侧方进行脱模而形成。排水口39的前缘在前后方向上与锁定部34的卡止面36大致一致,排水口39的后缘配置于与基板部21的前表面相接的位置。如图11所示,排水口39与连接器嵌合部22的嵌合空间33连通。因此,沿着周壁25的外周面从排水口39进入到嵌合空间33中的水沿着周壁25的内周面流向下方,通过排水部23的内部空间向外部排出。
板50是合成树脂制的,如图2所示,具有供连接器嵌合部22插通的连接器插通孔51。如图3所示,连接器插通孔51构成为连接器嵌合部22与底座部38能够适合地嵌合的单一的孔。连接器插通孔51详细地说,分成收纳有周壁25的周壁收纳空间56及收纳有锁定部34的锁定部收纳空间57。上述排水口39左右一对地设置于周壁25的外周面的锁定部收纳空间57的下端部、即周壁25的外周侧面。当组合了插入口主体20与板50时,嵌装于底座部38及周壁25的外周面的密封部件80被夹持在上述外周面与连接器插通孔51的内周面之间。

本实施方式是以上那样的结构,接下来对其作用进行说明。首先,简单地说明充电用插入口10的组装及安装作业。将密封部件80嵌装到插入口主体20的安装槽37,将板50向该插入口主体20组装。将螺栓24A插入到固定部24,并将螺栓24A连接到板50的安装部54。其结果是,密封部件80夹持在插入口主体20与板50之间,能够防止水从插入口主体20与板50之间进入。然后,将充电用插入口10安装到车辆的车身90。安装作业通过使板50的车辆连接部55的套环40抵接到车身90并拧入螺栓91而进行。
通常,充电用插入口10在车外使用,因此雨水等有可能落到充电用插入口10。附着于锁定部34周边的水沿着周壁25的外周面,流向基板部21侧(后方)并流向下方,通过排水口39而进入到嵌合空间33。进入到嵌合空间33的水沿着周壁25的内周面,以沿着基板部21的方式向下方流动,通过排水部23的内部向车外排出。另外,进入到孔穴27、28的水通过排水孔29、30进入到嵌合空间33,以沿着基板部21的方式向下方流动,通过排水部23的内部向车外排出。这样,附着于充电用插入口10的水不会进入到车辆的内部(比基板部21靠后方的位置)。
如以上那样,根据本实施方式,在连接器嵌合部22的周壁25上设有排水口39,因此可以不在连接器嵌合部22的后方设置排水口。另外,在板50上设有周壁收纳空间56和锁定部收纳空间57,所以在组装插入口主体20与板50之前,成为周壁25的外周面面向外部的状态,在对插入口主体20进行成形时,能够通过向侧方进行脱模来设置排水口39。因此,能够削减零件个数,从而提高组装操作性。
插入口主体20也可以构成为具备呈板状的基板部21及向基板部21突出地设置的周壁25,排水口39构成为设置于与基板部21相接的位置。
一般来说,充电用插入口10以相对于车辆的车身90朝向斜上方的姿势安装,因此能够通过将排水口39设置于与基板部21相接的位置,而将积存于基板部21侧的水直接从排水口39排出。
