本发明涉及一种制备奥司他韦及其异构体的中间体,本发明所述的中间体,是在mitsunobu反应条件下利用邻基参与作用在室温下制备获得。更进一步的,本发明还提供了一种以上述中间体或者上述制备方法为关键步骤的制备奥司他韦及其异构体的方法。本发明所述的方法具有高效、温和、低毒、经济环保等优点,非常适合工业化生产。
