Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带凸缘的轮毂,尤其涉及一种用于轮毂轴承的带凸缘的内环。
背景技术
已知的用于轮毂轴承的带凸缘的轮毂具有:用于轮毂轴承(特别是用于其内环)的管状支撑主体,其与轴承的旋转轴线同轴;和凸缘,其与旋转轴线相横向,包括绕着轴线均匀分布的多个螺纹通孔,并且具有:
-外环形安装表面,其上安装有制动盘和轮辋,使用插入通孔的带螺纹的螺丝来固定,和
-内表面,其轴向面对滚动轴承的外环。
凸缘具有被设计用于承受轮毂轴承的典型的机械应力的均匀的基础轴向厚度,并且对于每个螺纹通孔还具有一个径向臂,径向臂布置在凸缘的面对外环的内表面上并从轮毂轴承的安装肩部向外径向延伸。各径向臂至少在螺纹通孔处用作用于凸缘的加强元件。
在各对相邻的径向臂之间,用于轴承的内环的管状支撑主体的凸缘具有减轻的(lightened)径向部分,由此这些凸缘通常被称为花形(flower-shaped)。凸缘通过锻造而形成。沿着各花形的扇区(sector)的外表面,凸缘还具有外倒角,外倒角意在用于优化带凸缘的轮毂的总重量,所述倒角通过切削机加工(/去料加工)(machining with stockremoval)形成。
当在大规模生产期间工作(working)和制作轮毂轴承时,这种切削机加工显然遇到一些困难。实际上,一旦轴承与制动盘接触,机加工(通过刷擦(brushing)或使用其它工具)就是一项关键操作(/危险操作/临界操作)(critical operation)。此外,机加工导致以下风险:凸缘相对于制动盘的振动值(/振荡值)增大,以及,产生关于在外倒角的表面上不可避免地存在毛刺的问题。
此外,机加工最终影响轴承的生产时间并增加相关的成本。
发明内容
本发明意在制造一种没有前述缺点的用于轮毂轴承的带凸缘的内环。
本发明描述了一种用于轮毂轴承的带凸缘的内环,其具有在所附独立技术方案中阐述的特征。
本发明的其它优选和/或特别有利的实施方式使用在所附从属技术方案中阐述的特征来描述。

具体实施方式
参照图1和图2,附图标记10总体上表示用于轮毂轴承(wheel hub bearing)2的带凸缘的轮毂,其包括带凸缘的内环1和外环3,外环3与轴线A同轴。
在整个说明书和权利要求书中,表示位置和方向的术语和表达(诸如“径向”和“轴向”)意在参照轴承2的中心旋转轴线A。另一方面,诸如为“轴向外部”和“轴向内部”的表达是指组装状态,在这种情况下优选分别指的是轮侧和与轮侧相对(/相反)的一侧。
带凸缘的内环1具有:用于轴承2的管状支撑主体(tubular support body)4,其与轴线A同轴;和凸缘5,其与轴线A相横向并且设置有绕着轴线A均匀分布的多个螺纹通孔6。
根据已知技术(/现有技术)(因此未在前面提到的图中示出),用于轴承2的滑动轨道(sliding track)被直接从管状主体4挖空,与肩部在一个水平线上,密封件安装在肩部上。在同样已知但未示出的带凸缘的轮毂10的可选择的实施方式中,轴承2不是与主体4部分地形成一体,而是包括两个内环,这两个内环设置有对应的滑动轨道,并且这两个内环中的一个内环安装在主体4上,在轴向上位于肩部后方。
还如图1和图2所示,凸缘5具有:外环形安装表面11,其(/外环形安装表面11)上安装有制动盘和轮辋(rim)(未示出),通过插入螺纹通孔中的带螺纹的螺丝(未示出)来固定;和内表面12,其轴向面对外环3。
在这两个表面11和12之间,凸缘5具有均匀的基础轴向厚度(base axialthickness)SAF,其(/该厚度)被计算成(使得)承受(/禁受)轮毂轴承的典型机械应力,对于每个螺纹通孔6还具有布置在凸缘5的表面11和12之间的径向臂13。轮毂10通过锻造(forging)形成并且从一开始(from the outset)就具有与凸缘5形成一体的径向臂13。
在每对相邻的径向臂13之间,用于轴承的内环的管状支撑主体的凸缘具有减轻的(lightened)径向部分,由此这些凸缘通常被称为花(的)形(状)。因此,在每对相邻臂13之间存在有花形的扇区(sector)14。沿着各花形的扇区14的外表面,凸缘还具有外倒角(outer chamfer)15。所述凸缘通过锻造而形成,外倒角15也是如此。结果,完全避免了已知技术(/现有技术)中的用于形成外倒角的已知的切削机加工(stock removal machining)。
根据本发明的解决方案(按照)如下(来)工作:基于花形凸缘的内环的设计,外倒角15可以通过绕着凸缘5的整周或各花形扇区14的周界锻造(而不是机加工)来形成。
锻造的倒角15的技术可行性基于带凸缘的内环设计的优化,把要用于锻造工艺(/过程)的轴向厚度值SAF设定为最小值大约7mm,或者更有利地设定为最小值7.7mm。使用该设计参数并且还适配凸缘5与制动盘之间的最小接触面积的值(如机动车制造商所允许的那样),可以将带凸缘的内环设计有花形,从而优化其重量。
倒角的参数可以参照图3来确定,图3示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的在带凸缘的内环的凸缘的外表面11上锻造的外倒角的截面细节:其长度S可以在1.5mm至2.5mm之间,优选为大约2mm;倒角的角度α优选可以在25°至35°之间,甚至更优选为大约30°;倒角15与凸缘5的外表面11之间的圆角半径(fillet radius)R可以在1.5mm至2.5mm之间,优选为大约2mm。
该解决方案的优点是清楚的:避免了在轴承与制动盘接触时进行关键的切削机加工(/去料机加工)(critical stock removal machining)。此外,避免了以下(两个)风险:凸缘相对于制动盘的振动值增大以及产生关于在外倒角的表面上不可避免地存在毛刺的问题。
因此,没有进一步的机加工对轴承的生产时间和限制相关成本的方面具有积极的影响。
除了上述实施方式之外,本发明的许多其它变型也是可行的。所述实施方式仅以示例的方式提供,而不是限制本发明的范围、应用或可能的构造。实际上,尽管上面提供的说明使得本领域技术人员能够至少根据本发明的一个示例布置来执行本发明,但可以使用所描述的组成部件的多种变型,而不会由此就超出如在所附权利要求中描述的、字面解释的和/或根据其法律等同物的本发明的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于轮毂轴承(2)的带凸缘的内环(1),所述内环(1)包括:管状主体(4),其支撑所述轴承(2),所述主体(4)与轴线(A)同轴;和凸缘(5),其与所述轴线(A)相横向,所述凸缘(5)设置有绕着所述轴线(A)分布的多个螺纹通孔(6),并且包括:
-外环形安装表面(11),和
-内表面(12),其轴向面向所述轴承(2)的外环(3);所述凸缘(5)具有对应的基础轴向厚度(SAF)并且对于各螺纹通孔(6)包括对应的径向臂(13),所述径向臂(13)布置在所述凸缘(5)的面对所述外环(3)的内表面(12)上;所述带凸缘的内环(1)与所述凸缘(5)和所述径向臂(13)一起锻造成一体,其特征在于,在各配对的相邻的径向臂(13)之间存在有扇区(14),所述扇区(14)沿其外表面具有锻造的倒角(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,用于锻造工艺的所述轴向厚度(SAF)大于7mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,用于锻造工艺的所述轴向厚度(SAF)大于7.7mm。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述倒角(15)的长度(S)在1.5mm至2.5mm之间的范围内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述倒角(15)的长度(S)大致等于2mm。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述倒角(15)的角度(α)的幅度在25°至35°之间的范围内。
7.根据权利要求5所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述倒角(15)的角度(α)的幅度大致等于30°。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述倒角(15)与所述凸缘(5)的外环形安装表面(11)之间的圆角半径(R)的长度在1.5mm至2.5mm之间的范围内。
9.根据权利要求7所述的带凸缘的内环(1),其特征在于,所述圆角半径(R)的长度大致等于2mm。
10.一种用于轮毂轴承(2)的带凸缘的轮毂(10),包括带凸缘的内环(1)和与轴线(A)同轴的外环(3),其特征在于,所述带凸缘的内环(1)根据前述权利要求中的任一项来实现。
