Abstract

本发明涉及模内镶件注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,包括以下步骤,S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;S2,印刷;S3,成型;S4,注塑;S5,检验。本发明的制备工艺简单易操作,在印刷前后均对薄膜进行吹气除尘处理,并在隧道式烘烤线上对薄膜进行烘干处理,可有效的避免杂质粘附在薄膜或者油墨上,保证了产品质量,采用恒温烘干的方式,可避免胶片在烘干过程中因为收缩等问题而与油墨分离或者扭曲变形,降低不良率低,可提高生产效益。

一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及模内镶件注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺。
背景技术
模内装饰镶嵌注塑技术注塑表面装饰技术(IMD)是将印刷好的薄膜成型后,镶嵌在注塑模腔内然后合模注塑,注塑树脂在薄膜的背面与油墨层相结合,面板图文、标识置于薄膜与注塑成型的树脂之间,图文、标识不会因磨擦或时间关系而磨损,它以注塑成型为依托,其形状、尺寸可保持稳定,更便于装配,故IMD技术常被应用于汽车、通讯、电子、电器、仪表、仪器的面板上,集装饰性与功能性于一身。IMD又分为IML(模内镶件注塑)、IMR(模内镶件注塑),区别为IML产品表面有一层透明的保护薄膜。
利用传统的IMD技术制作电器的显示面板时,必然会存在传统IML工艺中易产生胶片脱落、扭曲变形以及产品不良率高的现象,为此我们设计出了一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,包括以下步骤,
S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;
S2,印刷:对薄膜进行除尘后,将产品的图标、文字制造信息等印刷到S1中裁切好的薄膜上,印刷后的薄膜放入隧道式烘烤线中进行烘干,固定IML油墨,烘干后,再次进行吹气除尘,然后在薄膜的油墨面覆上保护膜;
S3,成型:利用冲孔机在S2中的印刷薄膜上冲出定位孔,将冲孔后的薄膜利用热压成型机成型处产品的外形形状,并利用冲切机将成型后的产品冲切出来;
S4,注塑:对S3 中成型的薄膜进行清洁处理,降低产品杂质,清洁后将薄膜植入模具中,注塑后得到LML产品;
S5,检验:利用冲切机将S4中的IML产品上的料头冲切掉,并进行全检,合格后装箱入库。
优选的,所述S1中薄膜为PET或PC材料。
优选的,所述S2中薄膜在隧道式烘干线中的烘干温度为85~95℃,烘干时间为3~5h。
优选的,所述S3中薄膜在隧道式烘干线中的烘干温度为90℃恒温,烘干时间为4h。
优选的,所述S2中薄膜油墨面覆的保护膜为单层或双层保护膜。
优选的,所述S4中注塑时,薄膜植入到模具的前模。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的制备工艺简单易操作,在印刷前后均对薄膜进行吹气除尘处理,并在隧道式烘烤线上对薄膜进行烘干处理,可有效的避免杂质粘附在薄膜或者油墨上,保证了产品质量。
2、在烘干时,采用恒温烘干的方式,可避免胶片在烘干过程中因为收缩等问题而与油墨分离,或者扭曲变形,减少了不良率的产生。
3、本发明的注塑工艺简单,易操作,且制备的产品表面细腻光滑,且稳定性、耐久性好,尺寸精度高,不良率低,可提高生产效益。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,包括以下步骤,
S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;
S2,印刷:对薄膜进行除尘后,将产品的图标、文字制造信息等印刷到S1中裁切好的薄膜上,印刷后的薄膜放入隧道式烘烤线中进行烘干,固定IML油墨,烘干温度为95℃,烘干时间为3h,烘干后,在薄膜的油墨面覆上单层保护膜;
S3,成型:利用冲孔机在S2中的印刷薄膜上冲出定位孔,将冲孔后的薄膜利用热压成型机成型处产品的外形形状,并利用冲切机将成型后的产品冲切出来;
S4,注塑:对S3 中成型的薄膜进行清洁处理,降低产品杂质,清洁后将薄膜植入模具中,注塑后得到LML产品;
S5,检验:利用冲切机将S4中的IML产品上的料头冲切掉,并进行全检,合格后装箱入库。
实施例二
一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,包括以下步骤,
S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;
S2,印刷:对薄膜进行除尘后,将产品的图标、文字制造信息等印刷到S1中裁切好的薄膜上,印刷后的薄膜放入隧道式烘烤线中进行烘干,固定IML油墨,烘干温度为90℃,烘干时间为4h,烘干后,在薄膜的油墨面覆上双层的保护膜;
S3,成型:利用冲孔机在S2中的印刷薄膜上冲出定位孔,将冲孔后的薄膜利用热压成型机成型处产品的外形形状,并利用冲切机将成型后的产品冲切出来;
S4,注塑:对S3 中成型的薄膜进行清洁处理,降低产品杂质,清洁后将薄膜植入模具中,注塑后得到LML产品;
S5,检验:利用冲切机将S4中的IML产品上的料头冲切掉,并进行全检,合格后装箱入库。
实施例三
一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,包括以下步骤,
S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;
S2,印刷:对薄膜进行除尘后,将产品的图标、文字制造信息等印刷到S1中裁切好的薄膜上,印刷后的薄膜放入隧道式烘烤线中进行烘干,固定IML油墨,烘干温度为85℃,烘干时间为5h,烘干后,在薄膜的油墨面覆上单层保护膜;
S3,成型:利用冲孔机在S2中的印刷薄膜上冲出定位孔,将冲孔后的薄膜利用热压成型机成型处产品的外形形状,并利用冲切机将成型后的产品冲切出来;
S4,注塑:对S3 中成型的薄膜进行清洁处理,降低产品杂质,清洁后将薄膜植入模具中,注塑后得到LML产品;
S5,检验:利用冲切机将S4中的IML产品上的料头冲切掉,并进行全检,合格后装箱入库。
利用上述三组实施例的制备工艺小批量的生产显示面板模内镶件,产品表面细腻光滑,且稳定性、耐久性好,尺寸精度高,不良率低。

Claims (6)

1.一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
S1,裁料:将成卷的薄膜film裁剪成与显示面板尺寸相配合的薄膜;
S2,印刷:对薄膜进行除尘后,将产品的图标、文字制造信息等印刷到S1中裁切好的薄膜上,印刷后的薄膜放入隧道式烘烤线中进行烘干,固定IML油墨,烘干后,再次进行吹气除尘,然后在薄膜的油墨面覆上保护膜;
S3,成型:利用冲孔机在S2中的印刷薄膜上冲出定位孔,将冲孔后的薄膜利用热压成型机成型处产品的外形形状,并利用冲切机将成型后的产品冲切出来;
S4,注塑:对S3中成型的薄膜进行清洁处理,降低产品杂质,清洁后将薄膜植入模具中,注塑后得到LML产品;
S5,检验:利用冲切机将S4中的IML产品上的料头冲切掉,并进行全检,合格后装箱入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述S1中薄膜为PET或PC材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中薄膜在隧道式烘干线中的烘干温度为85~95℃,烘干时间为3~5h。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述S3中薄膜在隧道式烘干线中的烘干温度为90℃恒温,烘干时间为4h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述S2中薄膜油墨面覆的保护膜为单层或双层保护膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种显示面板的模内镶件注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述S4中注塑时,薄膜植入到模具的前模上。
