本发明公开了一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法,其步骤如下:1、选用与塑料产品壳体材质相同的膜片,膜片的表面均匀,厚度在0.1-0.8mm之间;2、根据塑料产品表面形状将膜片裁剪为相应的形状;3、采用与塑料产品表面形状相同的模具用热压机或铜模将膜片热压成型,热压温度为200~250℃;4、把成型好的立体薄膜的废料剪切掉;5、把成型后立体薄膜放到注塑模具内上,注塑出表面覆膜塑料产品。本制作工艺,由于片材与基材采用相同的材质,当受热或受冷时两种材料的膨胀系数也相同,因此不会出现膜片材与工件分离的现象,这样大大降低了注塑成型后产品的不良率,提高了生产效率。

Description

一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种产品表面处理工艺,特别是一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的所选用的膜片材大多为PET/PMMA/PC等材质的材料加工而成。由于大多数电器、电子产品外壳均使用ABS、ABS+PC、ABS+PMMA、PP、HIPS等材料进行生产,在加工过程“注塑成型”工序中因片材与基材的材料材质不同,两者之间靠粘合剂粘合,当受热或受冷时两种材料的膨胀系数不同,导致膜片材与工件可能分离,从而给产品的使用带来风险;另外当片材与基材材质不相同时,在“热压成型”过程中,热压模与注塑模收缩率不一致,从而造成热压工件与注塑工件的尺寸配合无法稳定一致,比如,经常出现的上下公差问题或者膜片材和工件在注塑成型时会出现产品表面起皱的现象,致使注塑成型的合格率大大降低,综合成本大幅升高。加上,传统膜片材在加工过程中先将预先设计的图案印制在膜面待干燥后,还需在图案油墨层表面涂刷一种透明的粘合剂,目的是将油墨层与成型树脂进行胶连,但胶连后的产品并不能保证其不脱层,此种粘合剂完全依赖进口而且价格昂贵,又增加了其制造成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种使加工工序得到了简化,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本的用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法,其步骤如下:
1)选用与塑料产品壳体材质相同的膜片,膜片的表面均匀,厚度在0.1-0.8mm之间;
2)根据塑料产品表面形状将膜片裁剪为相应的形状;
3)采用与塑料产品表面形状相同的模具用热压机或铜模将膜片热压成型,热压温度为200~250℃;
4)把成型好的立体薄膜的废料剪切掉;
5)把成型后立体薄膜放到注塑模具内上,注塑出表面覆膜塑料产品。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述步骤2)裁剪薄膜之前或之后在薄膜上印刷上图标和文字。
本发明的有益效果是:本制作工艺,由于片材与基材采用相同的材质,当受热或受冷时两种材料的膨胀系数也相同,因此不会出现膜片材与工件分离的现象,这样大大降低了注塑成型后产品的不良率,提高了生产效率,另外,还使得生产过程中热压模与注塑模的收缩率完全一致,这样可以完全解决热压模和注塑模上下公差的问题,热压工件与注塑工件的尺寸配合一致,并且膜片材和工件在注塑成型时也不会出现产品表面起皱的不良效果,提高了产品的合格率以及外观质量。并且,在注塑成型时两种材料能够完全熔接在一起,可以保证注塑成型后的产品不脱层。因此在新型专用膜片材表面印刷好图案后,无须涂刷透明的粘合剂,直接可以注塑加工。这样不仅少了一道加工工序,而且大大降低了产品成本,提高了生产效率。
具体实施方式
一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法,其步骤如下:
1)选用与塑料产品壳体材质相同的膜片,膜片的表面均匀,厚度在0.1-0.8mm之间;
由于目前大多数的电器、塑料产品使用ABS、ABS+PC、ABS+PMMA、PP、HIPS等材质的材料进行生产,在生产时须根据产品壳体材质选择与其材质相同的膜片材ABS/ABS+PC/ABS+PMMA/PP/HIPS等。
2)根据塑料产品表面形状将膜片裁剪为相应的形状;
另外,对于某些需要印刷图标和文字的塑料产品,可以在步骤2)裁剪薄膜之前或之后在薄膜上印刷上图标和文字。
3)采用与塑料产品表面形状相同的模具用热压机或铜模将膜片热压成型,热压温度为200~250℃;
4)把成型好的立体薄膜的废料剪切掉;
5)把成型后立体薄膜放到注塑模具内上,注塑出表面覆膜塑料产品。

1.一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下:
选用与塑料产品壳体材质相同的膜片,膜片的表面均匀,厚度在0.1-0.8mm之间;
根据塑料产品表面形状将膜片裁剪为相应的形状;
采用与塑料产品表面形状相同的模具用热压机或铜模将膜片热压成型,热压温度为200~250℃;
把成型好的立体薄膜的废料剪切掉;
把成型后立体薄膜放到注塑模具内上,注塑出表面覆膜塑料产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于塑料产品表面的膜片热压方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2)裁剪薄膜之前或之后在薄膜上印刷上图标和文字。
