Abstract

一种电子设备外壳,包括一纤维层及一树脂层,其中该纤维层与树脂层之间有一薄膜层。一种电子设备外壳的制造方法,包括以下步骤:提供一含浸树脂纤维布;提供一薄膜附于该含浸树脂纤维布表面;将含浸树脂纤维布与薄膜放置于热压模的母模、公模之间进行热压预处理,使其结合为一体并形成纤维层与薄膜层;将上述结合后材料整形后置于注塑模的母模的模腔内并使纤维层紧贴模腔的内壁;合上公模,注塑树脂到该成型模腔内;冷却凝固上述注塑树脂,形成树脂层,从模腔中取出成型物即可得到所需外壳。本发明电子装置外壳的薄膜层可与树脂层熔融结合为一体,无需使用胶水再做接着处理,流程较短,工艺简单,降低了生产成本。

电子设备外壳及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子设备外壳及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们对3C(Computer 、Communication、Consumer Electronic)产品轻巧灵便的追求,碳纤维(或玻璃纤维)复合材料广泛应用在3C产品的外壳上。目前3C产品的外壳多数由碳纤维(或玻璃纤维)和树脂材料通过涂胶粘接的方式形成,产品制造的工艺复杂。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种工艺简单的电子设备外壳及其制造方法。
一种电子设备外壳,包括一纤维层及一树脂层,其中该纤维层与树脂层之间有一薄膜层。
一种电子设备外壳的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一含浸树脂纤维布;
提供一薄膜贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布的一侧;
将含浸树脂纤维布与薄膜放置于热压模的母模、公模之间进行热压预处理,使薄膜结合于含浸树脂纤维布而成为一体并形成纤维层与薄膜层;
将结合有薄膜层的纤维层整形后置于注塑模的模腔内并使纤维层紧贴模腔的内壁;
合模,注射熔融的树脂材料到该模腔内,于薄膜层的表面形成树脂层;及
冷却开模即可得到所需外壳。
一种电子设备外壳的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一含浸树脂纤维布;
提供两薄膜分别贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布的两侧;
将含浸树脂纤维布与两薄膜放置于热压模内进行热压预处理,使两薄膜分别结合于含浸树脂纤维布的两侧而成为一体并形成纤维层及形成于纤维层的两侧的两薄膜层;
将结合有两薄膜层的纤维层整形后置于注塑模的模腔,其中一薄膜贴附于模腔的内壁;
合模,注射熔融的树脂材料到该模腔内,于薄膜层的表面形成树脂层;
冷却开模即可得到所需外壳。
相较现有技术,本发明电子装置外壳的薄膜层及树脂层可在制造过程中熔融结合为一体,无需使用胶水进行粘接,工艺简单。

具体实施方式
请一并参阅图1至图3,本发明电子设备外壳的制造方法的第一较佳实施方式包括以下步骤:
步骤S102,提供一含浸树脂纤维布10,该含浸树脂纤维布10为含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、玻璃纤维编织布或单向直纹布;
步骤S104,提供一薄膜20贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布10表面,该薄膜20为0.05~1.0mm的由PC(聚碳酸酯)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)制成的薄膜;
步骤S106,将含浸树脂纤维布10与薄膜20放置于热压模的母模101、公模102之间进行热压预处理,加热至150℃左右持续十分钟,使其结合为一体并形成纤维层10a与薄膜层20a;
步骤S108,将上述结合后材料整形后置于注塑模的母模201的模腔内并使纤维层10a紧贴模腔的内壁203;
步骤S110,合上公模202,注射树脂到该模腔内,形成树脂层30,该树脂选用PC(聚碳酸酯)或PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)等原料,在注射成型过程中,树脂便与薄膜层20a熔融结合为一体;
步骤S112,冷却开模,从模腔中取出成型物即可得到所需外壳40。
请参阅图4,该外壳40包括纤维层10a、薄膜层20a及树脂层30,其中薄膜层20a位于纤维层10a与树脂层30之间。
请参阅图5、图6及图7,本发明电子设备外壳的制造方法的另一较佳实施方式。该制造方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S202,提供一含浸树脂纤维布50,该含浸树脂纤维布50可选用含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、玻璃纤维编织布或单向直纹布;
步骤S204,提供两薄膜60分别贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布50上、下两表面,该薄膜60为0.05~1.0mm PC(聚碳酸酯)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)或PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)薄膜;
步骤S206,将含浸树脂纤维布50与薄膜60放置于热压模的母模301、公模302之间进行热压预处理,加热至150℃左右持续十分钟,使其结合为一体并形成纤维层50a与薄膜层60a;
步骤S208,将上述结合后材料整形后置于注塑模的母模401内并紧贴模腔的内壁403;
步骤S210,合上公模402,注射树脂到该成型模腔内,形成树脂层70,该树脂选用PC(聚碳酸酯)或PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物)或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物)或PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)等原料,由此在注塑成型过程中,树脂便与薄膜20熔融结合为一体;
步骤S212,冷却开模,即可得到所需外壳80。
请一并参阅图8,该外壳80包括纤维层50a、位于纤维层50a上、下两表面的薄膜层60a及树脂层70。
本发明电子装置外壳采用含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、玻璃纤维编织布或单向直纹布,经热压形成纤维层10a、纤维层50a,其有高强度高硬度和很好的刚性,另外薄膜20、薄膜60的材料亦为树脂材料,在注塑成型过程中薄膜20、薄膜60可与树脂熔融结合为一体,无需使用胶水进行粘接,流程较短,工艺简单,降低了生产成本。

Claims (19)

1.一种电子设备外壳,包括一纤维层及一树脂层,其中该纤维层与树脂层之间有一薄膜层,薄膜层与树脂层熔融结合为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该纤维层的外侧还设有一薄膜层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该纤维层由含浸树脂纤维布经热压成型制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该含浸树脂纤维布为含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维编织布或含浸热固性树脂的单向直纹布。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该薄膜层由薄膜经热压成型制成。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
7.如权利要求6所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该薄膜的厚度为0.05~1.0mm。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该树脂层由树脂材料熔融后经注射成型制成。
9.如权利要求8所述的电子设备外壳,其特征在于:该树脂材料为聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
10.一种电子设备外壳的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一含浸树脂纤维布;
提供一薄膜贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布的一侧;
将含浸树脂纤维布与薄膜放置于热压模的母模、公模之间进行热压预处理,使薄膜结合于含浸树脂纤维布而成为一体并形成纤维层与薄膜层;
将结合有薄膜层的纤维层整形后置于注塑模的模腔内并使纤维层紧贴模腔的内壁;
合模,注射熔融的树脂材料到该模腔内,于薄膜层的表面形成树脂层,薄膜层与树脂层熔融结合为一体;及
冷却开模即可得到所需外壳。
11.如权利要求10所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该含浸树脂纤维布包括含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维编织布或含浸热固性树脂的单向直纹布。
12.如权利要求11所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
13.如权利要求12所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该薄膜厚度为0.05~1.0mm。
14.如权利要求10所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该树脂材料为聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
15.一种电子设备外壳的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
提供一含浸树脂纤维布;
提供两薄膜分别贴附于该含浸树脂纤维布的两侧;
将含浸树脂纤维布与两薄膜放置于热压模内进行热压预处理,使两薄膜分别结合于含浸树脂纤维布的两侧而成为一体并形成纤维层及形成于纤维层的两侧的两薄膜层;
将结合有两薄膜层的纤维层整形后置于注塑模的模腔,其中一薄膜层贴附于模腔的内壁;
合模,注射熔融的树脂材料到该模腔内,于另一薄膜层的表面形成树脂层,薄膜层与树脂层熔融结合为一体;
冷却开模即可得到所需外壳。
16.如权利要求15所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该含浸树脂纤维布包括含浸热固性树脂的碳纤维布、含浸热固性树脂的玻璃纤维编织布或含浸热固性树脂的单向直纹布。
17.如权利要求15所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该薄膜包括聚碳酸酯薄膜或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物薄膜或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜。
18.如权利要求17所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该薄膜的厚度为0.05~1.0mm。
19.如权利要求15所述的电子设备外壳的制造方法,其特征在于:该树脂材料为聚碳酸酯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
