技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品。
背景技术
在国际上,进行具有优异玻璃形成能力的金属玻璃的合成探索一直是块状非晶合金研究的主要内容之一。多年来,我们在包括Cu-Zr二元块状非晶合金的合成在在内的多个体系的块状非晶合金研究上取得了重要结果&近两年在稀土基块状非晶合金的合成研究上也取得了重要进展。
塑料制品在我们的日常生活中是很常见的,且应用很广泛,特别在家用中,有洗脚盆、洗衣机的洗衣桶、塑料盆等日常家具用品。由于本身高强度塑料制品容易老化的缺点,使用过程中经常出现塑料破碎。现有技术的成品具有较高的延伸率、弯曲强度及抗拉强度,但冲击强度不高,因此对于一些要求弯曲强度高、抗冲击性好、刚性好、硬度较高的制件就不能满足其使用性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品,具有提高了塑料制品的强度,延长其使用寿命的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品,所述用于工艺测量的塑料制品包括最外层的PMMA复合材料层、中间层的纤维条层和最内层的基体层,所述基体层包括弹性纤维和热固性塑料,所述的纤维条层为木棉、黄麻、剑麻或再生纤维,所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%-30%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%-9%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的60%-66%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PMMA复合材料层包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的66%。
本发明的一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品,具有提高了塑料制品的强度,延长其使用寿命的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述用于工艺测量的塑料制品包括最外层的PMMA复合材料层、中间层的纤维条层和最内层的基体层,所述基体层包括弹性纤维和热固性塑料,所述的纤维条层为木棉、黄麻、剑麻或再生纤维,所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%-30%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%-9%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的60%-66%。
进一步说明,所述PMMA复合材料层包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的66%。
进一步说明,热固性塑料特点是在一定温度下,经一定时间加热、加压或加入硬化剂后,发生化学反应而硬化。硬化后的塑料化学结构发生变化、质地坚硬、不溶于溶剂、加热也不再软化,如果温度过高则就分解。热塑性塑料中树脂分子链都是线型或带支链的结构,分子链之间无化学键产生,加热时软化流动.冷却变硬的过程是物理变化。热固性塑料的注塑成型工艺程序与热塑性塑料注塑成型工艺程序相同,但工艺参数条件不同。塑成型注塑机可用柱塞式注塑机,也可用螺杆式注塑机。注塑成型方法(以螺杆式注塑机为例)如下。把热固性塑料加入塑化机筒内,加热的塑化机筒和转动的螺杆使原料熔融塑化呈熔融态,这时在原料中产生的是一种物理反应,然后被转动的螺杆推动前移至螺杆头部,熔料达到注射量时,螺杆前移以较高的注射压力及注射速度把熔料注入注塑成型模具内。此时,注塑成型模具内熔料在高压、高温条件下与同时加入的固化剂作用发生交联反应,这种化学反应同时放出水、氨等低分子物质。待熔料降温硬化后,即可从注塑成型模具中取出,成为热固性塑料的注塑成型制品。本发明提供一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品,具有提高了塑料制品的强度,延长其使用寿命的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种用于工艺测量的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述用于工艺测量的塑料制品包括最外层的PMMA复合材料层、中间层的纤维条层和最内层的基体层,所述基体层包括弹性纤维和热固性塑料,所述的纤维条层为木棉、黄麻、剑麻或再生纤维,所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%-30%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%-9%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的60%-66%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于工艺测量的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述PMMA复合材料层包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于工艺测量的塑料制品,其特征在于:所述的PMMA复合材料层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的26%,所述的纤维条层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的8%,所述的基体层占用于工艺测量的塑料制品总体分量的66%。
