本发明提供了一种婴儿穇子米粉及其制备方法,其由下述重量比的原料制成:稻米70‑80%,穇子20‑30%。其制备方法如下:把稻米调湿到含水份25‑30%,使其组织软化后,用喷射式磨粉机、滚轮式磨粉机或胴捣式磨粉机粉碎,过110目筛,穇子亦用磨粉机磨成粉,过110目筛,然后按比例充分混合均匀,用真空包装机包装成品。本专利所述的一种婴儿穇子米粉,不含化学物质,以天然谷物和杂粮为原料,能满足婴儿对食品营养的要求,又兼有健脾、促进婴儿生长的功效。

本发明涉及一种婴儿穇子米粉及其制备方法,尤其是一种不含化学物质,以天然谷物和杂粮为原料,能满足婴儿对食品营养的要求,又兼有健脾、促进婴儿生长的功效的婴儿穇子米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的婴儿米粉,是以稻米为主要原料,添加黄豆、小麦、牛奶,蔗糖及其它化学物质而制成,化学物质多,对婴儿生长发育不利。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种不含化学物质,以天然谷物和杂粮为原料,能满足婴儿对食品营养的要求,又兼有健脾、促进婴儿生长的功效的婴儿穇子米粉及其制备方法。
实现本发明目的的一种婴儿穇子米粉及其制备方法,其由下述重量比的原料制成:稻米70-80%,穇子20-30%。
其制备方法如下:把稻米调湿到含水份25-30%,使其组织软化后,用喷射式磨粉机、滚轮式磨粉机或胴捣式磨粉机粉碎,过110目筛,穇子亦用磨粉机磨成粉,过110目筛,然后按比例充分混合均匀,用真空包装机包装成品。
