本发明公开了一种乳化器,包括乳化罐、乳化电机、乳化轴、搅拌叶,其特征在于:所述乳化罐上转动设置有上转轴和下转轴,乳化电机和上转轴上端连接,上转轴的下端设置有上支杆,下转轴的上端设置有下支杆,上支杆包括水平段和倾斜段,乳化轴的上端铰接于倾斜段之上,搅拌叶支撑于下支杆之上,乳化轴倾斜布置,在乳化轴上位于乳化轴轴线和上转轴轴线相交处水平设置有一支撑杆,支撑杆上连接有一横向布置的水平杆,乳化罐的内侧壁上周向开设有环形槽,水平杆的外端滚动设置于环形槽内,水平杆上设置有多个乳化叶。本发明提供了一种乳化器,提高介质的乳化效果,同时能够较好地清洗粘黏在乳化罐死角处的介质。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合装置,尤其涉及一种乳化器。
背景技术
乳化器是精细乳化行业中不可缺少的纳米分散微乳化设备。乳化器在狭窄空间的腔体内对物料进行乳化,在最短的时间内对物料进行分散、剪切、乳化处理,粒径分布范围也显著变窄,由此可制得精细的长期稳定的产品。
现有公开号为CN106540587A的中国发明专利公开了《乳化装置》,包括锅体以及插入到锅体内部的主动轴,所述主动轴连接于电机的动力输出端;所述主动轴上固定有多个均匀分布在所述主动轴周向上的用于搅拌的第一翅片,所述主动轴上固定有主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,所述从动齿轮固定在从动轴上,所述从动轴的底端安装在锅体底部的安装座内;所述从动轴上固定有多个均匀分布在所述从动轴周向上用于搅拌的第二翅片;所述第一翅片于所述第二翅片分别包括水平部以及连接于所述水平部的竖直部;在所述锅体的底壁内部设置有电热丝;所述锅体设置有进气口以及出气口,所述进气口连接有气泵,所述气泵连接于惰性气体存储罐。然而,该发明的主动轴设置在锅体纵向设置,在乳化过程中,介质的运动以沿着锅体侧壁做同心旋转为主,物料运动轨迹单一,介质沿着锅体的内侧壁运动,介质对锅体的撞击力较小,没有发挥锅体对介质的乳化作用,造成搅拌效果差,另外,存在处于锅体的底部与侧壁交汇处的物料搅拌强度低,造成锅体不易清洗的死角出现。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,提供一种乳化器,提高介质的乳化效果,同时能够较好地清洗粘黏在乳化罐死角处的介质。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种乳化器,包括乳化罐、乳化电机、设置于乳化罐内部的乳化轴、设置于乳化轴下端部上的搅拌叶,其特征在于:所述乳化罐的顶部转动设置有上转轴,乳化罐的底部转动设置有下转轴,上转轴和下转轴相对布置,乳化电机和上转轴上端连接,上转轴的下端设置有上支杆,下转轴的上端设置有下支杆,上支杆包括与上转轴连接的水平段以及与水平段相连的倾斜段,乳化轴的上端铰接于倾斜段之上,搅拌叶支撑于下支杆之上,乳化轴倾斜布置,在乳化轴上位于乳化轴轴线和上转轴轴线相交处水平设置有一支撑杆,支撑杆上连接有一横向布置的水平杆,乳化罐的内侧壁上周向开设有环形槽,水平杆的外端滚动设置于环形槽内,水平杆上设置有多个乳化叶。
作为改进,所述支撑杆的两端穿过乳化轴,在支撑杆上设置有环形的乳化环,通过设置乳化环,乳化环对乳化罐内位于乳化轴中部的介质进行乳化。
再改进,所述水平杆的外端上套设有轴承,轴承限位于环形槽内。
再改进,所述搅拌叶指向乳化罐的侧壁和底部相交处,搅拌叶的外侧壁形状与乳化罐的侧壁和底部相交处形状相适配。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明通过在乳化罐上分别设置上转轴和下转轴,利用上支杆和下支杆实现对乳化轴进行支撑,同时,利用上支杆的倾斜杆实现乳化轴在乳化罐内倾斜布置,同时,水平杆对乳化轴中部具有导向支撑作用,乳化电机工作,带动上转轴旋转,上转轴通过上支杆带动乳化轴转动,在乳化轴转动过程中,乳化轴的轴线和上转轴的轴线相交处的线速度为零,乳化轴上的其它各点绕着上转轴的轴线周向旋转,水平杆以上转轴的轴线为中心周向旋转,搅拌叶指向乳化罐侧壁和底部交接处,搅拌叶能够直接作用于位于乳化罐侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质,大大提高对位于乳化罐侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质进行乳化作用,同时,倾斜设置的乳化轴和搅拌叶,在乳化过程中,介质直接垂直撞向乳化罐的内壁,发挥了乳化罐内壁对介质的乳化作用,另外,由于搅拌叶对位于乳化罐中部的介质乳化作用相对较小,本发明的乳化叶能够随着乳化轴转动,搅拌叶和乳化叶相互作用,使得介质的搅拌混合更为剧烈,从而增强了乳化能力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施中的乳化器,包括乳化罐1、乳化电机、乳化轴4、搅拌叶5、上转轴21、下转轴22、上支杆31、下支杆32、水平杆6、乳化叶7、乳化环8、轴承。
其中,乳化轴4倾斜设置于乳化罐1内部,搅拌叶5设置于乳化轴4下端部上,搅拌叶5指向乳化罐1的侧壁和底部相交处,搅拌叶5的外侧壁形状与乳化罐1的侧壁和底部相交处形状相适配,另外,乳化罐1的顶部转动设置有上转轴21,乳化罐1的底部转动设置有下转轴22,上转轴21和下转轴22相对布置,乳化电机和上转轴21上端连接,上转轴21的下端设置有上支杆31,下转轴22的上端设置有下支杆32,上支杆31包括与上转轴21连接的水平段311以及与水平段311相连的倾斜段312,乳化轴4的上端铰接于倾斜段312之上,搅拌叶5支撑于下支杆32之上,乳化轴4倾斜布置,在乳化轴4上位于乳化轴4轴线和上转轴21轴线相交处水平设置有一支撑杆41,支撑杆41上连接有一横向布置的水平杆6,乳化罐1的内侧壁上周向开设有环形槽11,水平杆6的外端滚动设置于环形槽11内,优选地,水平杆6的外端上套设有轴承,轴承限位于环形槽11内,水平杆6上设置有多个乳化叶7,在乳化过程中,搅拌叶5对乳化罐1中部的乳化效果较差,水平杆6随着乳化轴4转动,乳化叶7对乳化罐1中部的介质具有较好的乳化效果。
进一步地,支撑杆41的两端穿过乳化轴4,在支撑杆41上设置有环形的乳化环8,通过设置乳化环8,乳化环8对乳化罐1内位于乳化轴4中部的介质进行乳化。
综上,本发明通过在乳化罐1上分别设置上转轴21和下转轴22,利用上支杆31和下支杆32实现对乳化轴4进行支撑,同时,利用上支杆31的倾斜杆实现乳化轴4在乳化罐1内倾斜布置,同时,水平杆6对乳化轴4中部具有导向支撑作用,乳化电机工作,带动上转轴21旋转,上转轴21通过上支杆31带动乳化轴4转动,在乳化轴4转动过程中,乳化轴4的轴线和上转轴21的轴线相交处的线速度为零,乳化轴4上的其它各点绕着上转轴21的轴线周向旋转,水平杆6以上转轴21的轴线为中心周向旋转,搅拌叶5指向乳化罐1侧壁和底部交接处,搅拌叶5能够直接作用于位于乳化罐1侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质,大大提高对位于乳化罐1侧壁与底壁交汇处的介质进行乳化作用,同时,倾斜设置的乳化轴4和搅拌叶5,在乳化过程中,介质直接垂直撞向乳化罐1的内壁,发挥了乳化罐1内壁对介质的乳化作用,另外,由于搅拌叶5对位于乳化罐1中部的介质乳化作用相对较小,本发明的乳化叶6能够随着乳化轴4转动,搅拌叶5和乳化叶6相互作用,使得介质的搅拌混合更为剧烈,从而增强了乳化能力。

Claims (4)

1.一种乳化器,包括乳化罐(1)、乳化电机、设置于乳化罐(1)内部的乳化轴(4)、设置于乳化轴(4)下端部上的搅拌叶(5),其特征在于:所述乳化罐(1)的顶部转动设置有上转轴(21),乳化罐(1)的底部转动设置有下转轴(22),上转轴(21)和下转轴(22)相对布置,乳化电机和上转轴(21)上端连接,上转轴(21)的下端设置有上支杆(31),下转轴(22)的上端设置有下支杆(32),上支杆(31)包括与上转轴(21)连接的水平段(311)以及与水平段(311)相连的倾斜段(312),乳化轴(4)的上端铰接于倾斜段(312)之上,搅拌叶(5)支撑于下支杆(32)之上,乳化轴(4)倾斜布置,在乳化轴(4)上位于乳化轴(4)轴线和上转轴(21)轴线相交处水平设置有一支撑杆(41),支撑杆(41)上连接有一横向布置的水平杆(6),乳化罐(1)的内侧壁上周向开设有环形槽(11),水平杆(6)的外端滚动设置于环形槽(11)内,水平杆(6)上设置有多个乳化叶(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳化器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(41)的两端穿过乳化轴(4),在支撑杆(41)上设置有环形的乳化环(8)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的乳化器,其特征在于:所述水平杆(6)的外端上套设有轴承,轴承限位于环形槽(11)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的乳化器,其特征在于:所述搅拌叶(5)指向乳化罐(1)的侧壁和底部相交处,搅拌叶(5)的外侧壁形状与乳化罐(1)的侧壁和底部相交处形状相适配。
