本发明公开了一种3D套印套压装饰膜和生产工艺及其用途,所述装饰膜依次包括短纤无纺纸层,双阻份复合胶层,PET透明膜层,离型剂层,复合胶层,PVC压延膜层;工艺包括如下步骤:制作底层PET复合层:将软化后的PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合成型,得到中间产品。进行印刷,中间产品的前软化,压纹,冷却收卷;所述前软化工艺为梯度升温软化。本发明在产品方面通过设置PVC压延膜层,代替之前表层PVC与PVC底膜的复合工序,由于PVC压延膜为高密度PVC,大大增加了3D套印套压装饰膜的表面强度,提升了抗刮擦、抗油污的能力。更优化的,降低了传统工艺中表层PVC涂层与底层PVC压延膜复合层分离脱层率。

技术领域
本发明涉及集成墙面、集成吊顶、家具板材装饰领域,更具 体涉及一种3D套印套压装饰膜生产工艺。
背景技术
3D装饰膜表面除了拥有墙纸、涂料所拥有的彩色图案,还 有其最大特色就是区别于传统装饰膜,它拥有立体感强拥有凹凸 感的表面,可以精准对花、防霉、抗刮、抗油污、水性环保等一 系列优势于一体。申请人公开了一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生 产工艺,采用表层PVC与PVC底膜的复合工序,经过一年多的 市场推广,发现其表面强度略低,抗刮擦、抗油污相对弱,且存 在表层PVC与PVC底膜分离脱层的现象。
发明内容
本发明在于提供一种表面强度高,表面与底膜不易分离脱层 的3D套印套压装饰膜及其生产工艺和在集成墙面、集成吊顶、 家具板材装饰领域的应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明的具体方案如下:
一种3D套印套压装饰膜中间产品,依次包括短纤无纺纸层, 双阻份复合胶层,PET透明膜层,离型剂层,复合胶层,PVC 压延膜层。
一种3D套印套压装饰膜的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
制作底层PET复合层:在短纤无纺纸上涂布双阻份复合胶, 然后与PET透明膜复合成型;在所述PET透明膜上依次涂布离 型剂、复合胶,得到底层PET复合层;
PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合成型,得到3D套印套 压装饰膜中间产品。
进行印刷,中间产品的前软化,压纹,冷却收卷;
所述前软化工艺为梯度升温软化。
为使短纤无纺(壁纸原纸)和PET透明膜既能被相对压住 也不会因压力过大而变形,所述短纤无纺纸的规格为80--110g, 所述PET透明膜厚度为1.2--2丝,所述短纤无纺纸与PET透明 膜的复合工艺参数包括:复合压力为4—6kg/㎡,复合车速为 30--35m/min。
所述短纤无纺纸与PET透明膜的复合工艺参数还包括:复 合模具为80--120目的凹版网纹辊;所述短纤无纺纸的宽度为 630mm±1mm;所述PET透明膜宽度为632mm±1mm,复合好 后收成卷放置24h左右让其自然干燥粘合;所述离型剂涂布工艺 后进行烘箱烘干,所述烘箱温度为150--170℃。
为降低PVC压延膜因为温度过高导致压延膜变形开裂率, 所述离型剂涂布工艺后进行压纹工艺包括对中间产品的前软化 工艺,所述软化工艺为梯度升温软化。所述梯度升温软化至少包 括三个梯度,依次为150℃、185℃、190℃。
所述PVC压延膜的厚度为13--16,宽度为630mm±1mm; 所述PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合工艺为预热—贴合,所 述预热温度为50-70℃,所述贴合温度为80-130℃,所述贴合压 力为4--6kg/㎡,所述贴合速度为30m/min。
一种如权利要求1所述的3D套印套压装饰膜在家具板材上 的应用。
一种如权利要求1所述的3D套印套压装饰膜在集成墙面、 集成吊顶上的应用。
本发明在产品方面通过设置PVC压延膜层,省略之前表层 PVC涂层与PVC底膜的复合工序,由于PVC压延膜为高密度 PVC,大大增加了3D套印套压装饰膜的表面强度,提升了抗刮 擦、抗油污的能力。更优化的,本发明用单层高密度PVC压延 膜代替低密度PVC涂层与PVC压延膜复合,增加装饰膜表面强 度,提升抗刮擦抗油污的性能,更优化降低了对比例产品表面低 密度PVC压纹层与底层PVC压延膜复合层分离脱层概率。
本发明在工艺方面,采用PVC压延膜层的复合工艺配合压 纹前的梯度升温软化工艺,降低PVC压延膜因为升温导致压延 膜变形开裂,从而提升了PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层的贴合 率。
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步阐述。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种3D套印套压装饰膜中间产品,依次包括短纤无纺纸层, 双阻份复合胶层,PET透明膜层,离型剂层,复合胶层,PVC 压延膜层。
一种3D套印套压装饰膜的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
制作底层PET复合层:在短纤无纺纸上涂布双阻份复合胶, 然后与PET透明膜复合成型;在所述PET透明膜上依次涂布离 型剂、复合胶,得到底层PET复合层;
PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合成型,得到3D套印套 压装饰膜中间产品。
进行印刷,中间产品的前软化,压纹,冷却收卷,剥离得到 3D套印套压装饰膜,即单张压延膜;
所述前软化工艺为梯度升温软化。
一种3D套印套压装饰膜在家具板材上的应用。
一种3D套印套压装饰膜在集成墙面、集成吊顶上的应用。

其他如实施例1所述,区别在于:一种3D水性套印套压装 饰膜生产工艺,具体包括如下生产步骤:
复合:采用80--110g短纤无纺纸(壁纸原纸),1.2--2丝厚 度的PET透明膜和双阻份复合胶。复合模具为80--120的凹版网 纹辊,复合胶轮压力为4--6kg/㎡,车速控制为30--35m/min,短 纤无纺(壁纸原纸)的宽度控制在630mm(±1mm),PET宽度为 632mm(±1mm)。
涂离型剂:涂布参数为120--150目凹版,烘箱干燥温度150--170℃,车速30--40m/min。
涂复合胶(复合胶购于厦门爱珂玛化工有限公司):涂布参 数为80--120目的凹版,复合辊压力6kg/㎡,烘箱干燥温度为 180℃。胶水粘度16s--20s之间,车速30--40m/min。
PVC压延膜的复合:贴合压力4--6kg/㎡之间,贴合速度 30--40m/min,压延膜厚度13--16丝之间。贴合轮温度80℃左右 (室内温度在28℃以上)和130℃(室内温度28℃以下)两种。 预热轮温度控制在50℃(室内温度28℃以上)和70℃(室内温 度28℃以下)两种。
印刷:放卷张力4--5kg,版间干燥温度120--130℃;印刷胶 轮压力:2--3kg,印刷速度为30--40m/min。
压纹:压纹胶轮压力20kg/㎡,温度第一区150℃,第二区 185℃,第三区190℃。压纹速度为30--40m/min。
冷却收卷:冷却温度0--5℃,放置12小时自然冷却定型。
剥离分切:放卷张力3--4kg,膜收卷张力1--2kg之间,PET 与纸复合层收卷张力3--4kg,分切宽度根据客户需求。
最后成品包装。
压纹过程前进行前软化工艺,为梯度升温,温度分别为 150℃、185℃、190℃3个温度区,是让PVC压延膜循序逐步 软化,不会由于一下温度过高导致压延膜变形开裂,给压纹纹理 带来影响。

复合:采用110g短纤无纺纸(壁纸原纸),2丝厚度的PET 透明膜和双阻份复合胶。复合模具为120的凹版网纹辊,复合胶 轮压力为6kg/㎡,车速控制为35m/min,短纤无纺(壁纸原纸) 的宽度控制在630mm(-1mm),PET宽度为632mm(-1mm)。
涂离型剂:涂布参数为150目凹版,烘箱干燥温度170℃, 车速40m/min。
涂复合胶(复合胶购于厦门爱珂玛化工有限公司):涂布参 数为120目的凹版,复合辊压力6kg/㎡,烘箱干燥温度为180℃。 胶水粘度20s之间,车速40m/min。
PVC压延膜的复合:贴合压力6kg/㎡之间,贴合速度 40m/min,压延膜厚度16丝之间。130℃(室内温度28℃以下) 两种。预热轮温度控制在70℃(室内温度28℃以下)。
印刷:放卷张力5kg,版间干燥温度130℃;印刷胶轮压力: 3kg,印刷速度为40m/min。
压纹:压纹胶轮压力20kg/㎡,温度第一区150℃,第二区 185℃,第三区190℃。压纹速度为40m/min。
冷却收卷:冷却温度5℃,放置12小时自然冷却定型。
剥离分切:放卷张力4kg,膜收卷张力2kg之间,PET与纸 复合层收卷张力4kg,分切宽度根据客户需求。
最后成品包装。
当复合压力为6kg/㎡时短纤无纺(壁纸原纸)和PET透明 膜既能被相对压住也不会因压力过大而变形。车速控制在 35m/min,既能保证双阻水复合胶(双阻水复合胶购于广州吉必 盛科技实业有限公司)能让两者黏合,又不会由于速度太慢导致 胶水失去粘性。在涂离型剂时,烘箱温度控制在170℃,可以保 证干燥,又不会破坏离型效果。压纹过程前进行前软化工艺,为 梯度升温,温度分别为150℃、185℃、190℃3个温度区,是让 PVC压延膜循序逐步软化,不会由于一下温度过高导致压延膜 变形开裂,给压纹纹理带来影响。
当复合压力为4—6kg/㎡时短纤无纺(壁纸原纸)和PET透 明膜既能被相对压住也不会因压力过大而变形。车速控制在 30--35m/min,既能保证双阻水复合胶(双阻水复合胶购于广州 吉必盛科技实业有限公司)能让两者黏合,又不会由于速度太慢 导致胶水失去粘性。在涂离型剂时,烘箱温度控制在150--170℃, 可以保证干燥,又不会破坏离型效果。压纹过程中温度分为 150℃、185℃、190℃3个温度区,是让PVC压延膜循序逐步 软化,不会由于一下温度过高导致压延膜变形开裂,给压纹纹理 带来影响。
本发明工艺采用单张压延膜,代替传统表层PVC与PVC底 膜的复合这道工序,PVC压延膜属高密度PVC,PVC涂层是低 密度PVC。PVC压延膜比PVC涂层的优点在于它表面强度高, 抗刮擦、抗油污,而且用单张压延膜直接印刷压纹也预防了表层PVC与PVC底膜复合会分离脱层的风险,而且PVC压延膜具有 国家B1级防火功能。
对比例
一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜的生产工艺,包括如下生产步 骤:复合:材料采用80g-110g短纤无纺纸、2-3丝厚度的PET 透明膜和水性双阻份低温复合胶,复合模具为60目~120目左右 的凹版网纹辊,复合压为2-4kg/㎡,车速控制在30-50m/min,短 纤无纺和PET的宽度控制在58cm,复合好后进入烘箱烘干、温 度控制在80℃-100℃之间;
涂离型剂:涂布参数为凹版采用80-100目激光版,烘箱温 度为100-120℃,车速30-35m/min;
涂层:压强控制在180-200g/㎡;
印刷:放卷张力:4~5kg,版间印刷胶轮压力:2-3kg,版间 印刷温度:80-100℃,印刷速度为:35-40m/min;
压纹:温度控制在185-195℃,胶轮压为20kg/㎡,车速为 35-40m/min;剥离分卷:放卷张力在3-4kg之间,膜收卷张力为 1-2kg之间,纸收卷张力在4-5kg之间;
表层PVC与PVC底膜复合:PVC底膜厚度为7-13丝,压 强在100-110g/㎡,凹版采用80-120目激光版,复合胶采用双阻 份水性墙板复合胶;烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,复合速度在 35-40m/min,上胶胶辊压力在4-5kg/㎡之间,复合胶轮压力在 3-4kg/㎡之间,收卷张力在4-5kg之间;
最后分卷分切。
所述涂层制作方法如下,PVC-450:200kg,PVC-440:100kg, PVC-330:60kg,DONP:140kg,滑石粉:300kg,降粘剂: 60kg,钛白粉:25kg,AC发泡剂:3kg,默利A-6:8kg,环氧 大豆油:40kg,增白剂:300g,阻燃剂:10kg,依次放入搅拌器 搅拌混合40-60分钟而成。
测得的以下项目如下:
拉伸强度标准:GB/T1040.3-2006《塑料拉伸性能的测定第3 部分:薄膜和薄片的试验条件》
直角撕裂强度标准:QB/T1130-1991《塑料直角撕裂性能试 验方法》
其他:Q/JS ZSM001-2018
可见,相对于对比例,实施例1-3产品表面强度(拉伸强度和直 角撕裂强度)高,抗摩擦色牢度好。

1.一种3D套印套压装饰膜的中间产品,其特征在于:依次包括短纤无纺纸层,双阻份复合胶层,PET透明膜层,离型剂层,复合胶层,PVC压延膜层。
2.一种3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
制作底层PET复合层:在短纤无纺纸上涂布双阻份复合胶,然后与PET透明膜复合成型;在所述PET透明膜上依次涂布离型剂、复合胶,得到底层PET复合层;
将软化后的PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合成型,得到中间产品;
进行印刷,中间产品的前软化,压纹,冷却收卷,剥离得到3D套印套压装饰膜;
所述前软化工艺为梯度升温软化。
3.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述梯度升温软化至少包括三个梯度,依次为150℃、185℃、190℃ 。
4.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述PVC压延膜的厚度为13--16,宽度为630mm±1mm。
5.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述PVC压延膜与底层PET复合层复合工艺为预热—贴合,所述预热温度为50-70℃,所述贴合温度为80-130℃,所述贴合压力为4--6kg/㎡,所述贴合速度为30m/min。
6.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述短纤无纺纸的规格为80--110g,所述PET透明膜厚度为1.2--2丝。
7.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述短纤无纺纸与PET透明膜的复合工艺参数包括:复合压力为4—6kg/㎡,复合车速为30--35m/min。
8.如权利要求2所述的3D套印套压装饰膜的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述短纤无纺纸与PET透明膜的复合工艺参数还包括:复合模具为80--120目的凹版网纹辊;所述短纤无纺纸的宽度为630mm±1mm;所述PET透明膜宽度为632mm±1mm,复合好后收成卷放置24h左右让其自然干燥粘合;所述离型剂涂布工艺后进行烘箱烘干,所述烘箱温度为150--170℃。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的3D套印套压装饰膜在家具板材上的应用。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的3D套印套压装饰膜在集成墙面、集成吊顶上的应用。
