Abstract
本发明提供一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,将材料采用PET薄膜和PVC压延膜两种材料通过三个连续的加热辊热压,其中加热温度80‑120°接着通过橡胶辊和加热辊挤压排除残余空气,经过印刷、大缸加热、压花冷却、剥离分卷和分切包装成型,本发明采用单张PVC压延膜,在无胶状态下复合、印刷、压花成型,本发明避免了后期在包覆过程中因胶水之间化学反应产生的一切不确定因数和包覆的不良率,极高的提升了产品的包覆兼容性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及集成墙面技术领域,具体为一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺。
背景技术
水性同步套印套压装饰膜表面拥有墙纸、墙布、涂料的色彩图案,还有其最大特色是区别于传统装饰膜,局部模具手工雕刻,拥有立体感强色彩丰富,纹理清晰,水性环保等一系列优势于一体,现有的装饰膜的PET薄膜和PVC压延膜的复合均采用胶水粘结,然而由于胶水粘结,后期在包覆过程中因胶水之间化学反应会产生很多的不确定因数和包覆的不良率。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种产品稳定性好的水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
2.为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)复合:将材料采用PET薄膜和PVC压延膜两种材料通过三个连续的加热辊热压,其中加热温度80-120°接着通过橡胶辊和加热辊挤压排除残余空气,复合完成;
(2)印刷:采用凹版或圆网印刷;
(3)大缸加热:大缸内部通导热油,将印刷后的膜贴大缸转动半圈均匀受热,为后段压花做准备;
(4)压花冷却:压花辊同步压花、冷却成型;
(5)剥离分卷:冷却后的产品经过收卷传动将PET薄膜和PVC压延膜成品剥离,分别收卷在不同的两根轴上;
(6)分切包装:根据客户的需求,在分切机上分切出相应的尺寸和米数,一般米数在300-500米之间。
进一步的,所述PET薄膜的厚度为1.5-3丝之间,所述PVC压延膜的厚度在10-25丝之间。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的加热方式采用天然气直燃加热,加热温度80-150°,印刷采用水性环保油墨,转印胶辊气压2-4公斤。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的大缸直径为1.2-1.5米,油温控制在150-180°。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中油压压力在4-6公斤,内部通冰水冷却,冰水的温度在0-5°之间,再通过三个冷却辊循序降温成型。
(三)有益效果
综上所述,本发明采用单张PVC压延膜,在无胶状态下复合、印刷、压花成型,避免了后期在包覆过程中因胶水之间化学反应产生的一切不确定因数和包覆的不良率,极高的提升了产品的包覆兼容性。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺的实施例作进一步说明。
一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,包括如下步骤,复合:材料采用PET薄膜,PVC压延膜,PET薄膜用1.5-3丝厚度,PET的作用是辅助完成整个生产流程,PVC压延膜根据产品需求使用10-25丝厚度,复合是将两种材料通过三个连续的加热辊来完成的,整个过程不需要使用胶粘剂。加热温度80-120°,PVC在这个温度区间会软化更易于和PET膜贴合,通过橡胶辊和加热辊挤压排除残余空气,复合完成,印刷:采用凹版,圆网印刷,加热方式采用天然气直燃加热,加热温度80-150°,印刷采用水性环保油墨,转印胶辊气压2-4公斤,大缸加热:大缸直径1.2-1.5米,大缸内部通导热油,油温控制在150-180°,印刷后的膜贴大缸转动半圈均匀受热,为后段压花做准备,压花冷却:压花辊同步压花、冷却成型,油压压力在4-6公斤,内部通冰水冷却,冰水的温度在0-5°之间。再通过三个冷却辊循序降温成型,剥离分卷:冷却后的产品经过收卷传动将PET薄膜和PVC压延膜成品剥离,分别收卷在不同的两根轴上,分切包装:根据客户的需求,在分切机上分切出相应的尺寸和米数,一般米数在300-500米之间,包装发货。
上述工艺中采用单张PVC压延膜,在无胶状态下复合、印刷、压花成型,是工艺的又一次提升和创新。此工艺避免了后期在包覆过程中因胶水之间化学反应产生的一切不确定因数和包覆的不良率。极高的提升了产品的包覆兼容性。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,
(1)复合:将材料采用PET薄膜和PVC压延膜两种材料通过三个连续的加热辊热压,其中加热温度80-120°接着通过橡胶辊和加热辊挤压排除残余空气,复合完成;
(2)印刷:采用凹版或圆网印刷;
(3)大缸加热:大缸内部通导热油,将印刷后的膜贴大缸转动半圈均匀受热,为后段压花做准备;
(4)压花冷却:压花辊同步压花、冷却成型;
(5)剥离分卷:冷却后的产品经过收卷传动将PET薄膜和PVC压延膜成品剥离,分别收卷在不同的两根轴上;
(6)分切包装:根据客户的需求,在分切机上分切出相应的尺寸和米数,一般米数在300-500米之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述PET薄膜的厚度在1.5-3丝之间,所述PVC压延膜的厚度在10-25丝之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的加热方式采用天然气直燃加热,加热温度80-150°,印刷采用水性环保油墨,转印胶辊气压2-4公斤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的大缸直径为1.2-1.5米,油温控制在150-180°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性同步套印套压装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中油压压力在4-6公斤,内部通冰水冷却,冰水的温度在0-5°之间,再通过三个冷却辊循序降温成型。
