本发明公开了一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,材料采用80g‑110g短纤无纺纸、2‑3丝厚度的PET透明膜和水性双阻份低温复合胶,复合模具为60目~120目的凹版网纹辊,复合压为2‑4kg/㎡,车速控制在30‑50m/min,短纤无纺和PET的宽度控制在58cm,复合好后进入烘箱烘干、温度控制在80℃‑100℃之间,本发明提供了一种制成的集成墙面3D套印装饰膜纹理清晰,不易变形的集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺。

一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及集成墙面领域,更具体涉及一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺。
背景技术
集成墙面表面除了拥有墙纸,涂料所拥有的彩色图案,还有其最大特色就是立体感很强,拥有凹凸感的表面,是墙纸,涂料的换代产品,但是现有的生产工艺存在涂层纹理不清晰,容易变型的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种制成的集成墙面3D套印装饰膜纹理清晰,不易变形的集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,包括如下生产步骤:
(1)复合:材料采用80g-110g短纤无纺纸、2-3丝厚度的PET透明膜和水性双阻份低温复合胶,复合模具为60目~120目的凹版网纹辊,复合压为2-4kg/㎡,车速控制在30-50m/min,短纤无纺和PET的宽度控制在58cm,复合好后进入烘箱烘干、温度控制在80℃-100℃之间;
(2)涂离型剂:涂布参数为凹版采用80-100目激光版,烘箱温度为100-120℃,车速30-35m/min;
(3)涂层:压强控制在180-200g/㎡;
(4)印刷:放卷张力:39.2~49N,版间印刷胶轮压力:2-3kg/㎡,版间印刷温度:80-100℃,印刷速度为:35-40m/min;
(5)压纹:温度控制在185-195℃, 胶轮压为20kg/㎡,车速为35-40m/min;
(6)剥离分卷:放卷张力在29.4-39.2N之间,膜收卷张力为9.8-19.6N之间,纸收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
(7)表层PVC与PVC底膜复合:PVC底膜厚度为7-13丝,压强在100-110 g/㎡,凹版采用80-120目激光版,复合胶采用双阻份水性墙板复合胶;烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,复合速度在35-40m/min,上胶胶辊压力在4-5kg/㎡之间,复合胶轮压力在3-4kg/㎡之间,收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
(8)分卷分切。
进一步的所述涂层的配方由PVC-450 :200kg,PVC-440:100kg,PVC-330:60kg,DONP: 140kg,滑石粉:300kg,降粘剂:60kg,钛白粉:25kg,AC发泡剂:3kg,默利A-6:8kg,环氧大豆油:40kg,增白剂:300g,阻燃剂:10kg,依次放入搅拌器搅拌混合40-60分钟而成。
进一步的所述涂层温度控制在135-145℃之间。
进一步的所述涂层的温度区按车速的方向分为A、B、C、D、E五个区,其中A区温度为135℃,B区温度为140℃,C区温度为140℃,D区温度为145℃,E区温度为135℃,所述涂层车速为40-50m/min。
综上所述,通过本发明的技术方案集成墙面3D套印装饰膜纹理清晰,不易变形。

具体实施方式
参照图1对本发明一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺的实施例作进一步说明。
一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,包括如下生产步骤:复合:材料采用80g-110g短纤无纺纸、2-3丝厚度的PET透明膜和水性双阻份低温复合胶,复合模具为60目~120目的凹版网纹辊,复合压为2-4kg/㎡,车速控制在30-50m/min,短纤无纺和PET的宽度控制在58cm,复合好后进入烘箱烘干、温度控制在80℃-100℃之间;
涂离型剂:涂布参数为凹版采用80-100目激光版,烘箱温度为100-120℃,车速30-35m/min;
涂层:压强控制在180-200g/㎡;
印刷:放卷张力:39.2~49N,版间印刷胶轮压力:2-3 kg/㎡,版间印刷温度:80-100℃,印刷速度为:35-40m/min;
压纹:温度控制在185-195℃, 胶轮压为20kg/㎡,车速为35-40m/min;剥离分卷:放卷张力在29.4-39.2N之间,膜收卷张力为9.8-19.6N之间,纸收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
表层PVC与PVC底膜复合:PVC底膜厚度为7-13丝,压强在100-110 g/㎡,凹版采用80-120目激光版,复合胶采用双阻份水性墙板复合胶;烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,复合速度在35-40m/min,上胶胶辊压力在4-5kg/㎡之间,复合胶轮压力在3-4kg/㎡之间,收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
最后分卷分切。
经过试验,得出复合压为2-4kg/㎡时短纤无纺纸和PET透明膜既能被相对压住,也不会压力过大而导致变形,车速控制在30-50m/min,使水性双阻份低温复合胶能保证胶水能黏合短纤无纺纸和PET透明膜,又不会由于速度太慢导致胶水变干失去粘性,在复合时的烘箱温度控制在80-100℃主要是为了使短纤无纺纸和PET透明膜黏合好后不过热变形,水性双阻份低温复合胶也不会干燥太快,在涂离型剂时,烘箱温度控制在100-120℃,可以保证干燥,又不会破坏离型效果,涂层时的压强控制在180-200g/㎡,可以使压纹清晰又不会变形,压纹过程中温度在185-195℃,其中分为185℃,190℃,195℃3个温度区,可以使逐步使压纹烘干,不会由于一下温度过高导致压纹开裂,采用上述技术方案涂层纹理清晰,不易变形。
本实施例中的涂层的配方由PVC-450 :200kg,PVC-440:100kg,PVC-330:60kg,DONP: 140kg,滑石粉:300kg,降粘剂:60kg,钛白粉:25kg,AC发泡剂:3kg,默利A-6:8kg,环氧大豆油:40kg,增白剂:300g,阻燃剂:10kg,依次放入搅拌器搅拌混合40-60分钟而成,通过上述技术方案得出的涂层质量好,不易开裂,同时具有阻燃的功能。
本实施例中的涂层温度控制在135-145℃之间,此温度下的涂层效果最佳,结合性好。
本实施例中的涂层的温度区按车速的方向分为A、B、C、D、E五个区,其中A区温度为135℃,B区温度为140℃,C区温度为140℃,D区温度为145℃,E区温度为135℃,所述涂层车速为40-50m/min,温度逐渐变高到逐渐变低的过程可以确保其纹理清晰。

1.一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下生产步骤:
(1)复合:材料采用80g-110g短纤无纺纸、2-3丝厚度的PET透明膜和水性双阻份低温复合胶,复合模具为60目~120目的凹版网纹辊,复合压为2-4kg/㎡,车速控制在30-50m/min,短纤无纺和PET的宽度控制在58cm,复合好后进入烘箱烘干、温度控制在80℃-100℃之间;
(2)涂离型剂:涂布参数为凹版采用80-100目激光版,烘箱温度为100-120℃,车速30-35m/min;
(3)涂层:压强控制在180-200g/㎡;
(4)印刷:放卷张力:39.2~49N,版间印刷胶轮压力:2-3 kg/㎡,版间印刷温度:80-100℃,印刷速度为:35-40m/min;
(5)压纹:温度控制在185-195℃, 胶轮压为20kg/㎡,车速为35-40m/min;
(6)剥离分卷:放卷张力在29.4-39.2N之间,膜收卷张力为9.8-19.6N之间,纸收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
(7)表层PVC与PVC底膜复合:PVC底膜厚度为7-13丝,压强在100-110 g/㎡,凹版采用80-120目激光版,复合胶采用双阻份水性墙板复合胶;烘箱温度控制在80-120℃,复合速度在35-40m/min,上胶胶辊压力在4-5kg/㎡之间,复合胶轮压力在3-4kg/㎡之间,收卷张力在39.2~49N之间;
(8)分卷分切。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层的配方由PVC-450 :200kg,PVC-440:100kg,PVC-330:60kg,DONP: 140kg,滑石粉:300kg,降粘剂:60kg,钛白粉:25kg,AC发泡剂:3kg,默利A-6:8kg,环氧大豆油:40kg,增白剂:300g,阻燃剂:10kg,依次放入搅拌器搅拌混合40-60分钟而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层温度控制在135-145℃之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种集成墙面3D套印装饰膜生产工艺,其特征在于:所述涂层的温度区按车速的方向分为A、B、C、D、E五个区,其中A区温度为135℃,B区温度为140℃,C区温度为140℃,D区温度为145℃,E区温度为135℃,所述涂层车速为40-50m/min。
