技术领域
本发明涉及墙纸技术领域,尤其涉及到一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有PVC墙纸分为纸底PVC墙纸和无纺纸底PVC墙纸,在全球墙纸使用中普及率高达50%,市场用量大,但是其缺点是:产品成型结构单一,导致产品存在抗张强度和抗冲击强度较低、不耐碰撞、抗拉扯性能差、易老化等。在实际市场使用中容易碰到墙纸在施工完毕到交付给业主的过程中,因为搬运家具等用品或清洁时对贴好的墙纸表面因碰撞或冲击造成的损坏,导致经常需要反复维修,损耗极大。在交付业主完毕后的使用过程中,常因墙体爆灰产生裂缝或者墙体渗水导致发霉等问题,对墙纸造成极大的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸,所述PVC墙纸从下往上分别为无纺布基层、PET薄膜层和PVC涂层的结构,在所述无纺布基层和PET薄膜层之间还夹持着底胶层。
优选地,所述无纺布基层采用的克重为110g-130g,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为25-150um,所述PVC涂层的厚度为 25-50um。
一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法:(1)在所述无纺布基层上利用复合机器设备与所述PET薄膜层进行复合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、复合定型、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶采用面胶逗号刮刀计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,由于面胶的胶黏度大,固定物含量较高,涂布量大,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到复合材料;(2)将所述复合材料的所述PET薄膜层一侧通过涂布上胶的方式与所述PVC涂层结合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、刮刀整平、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶为面胶逗号刮刀计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到底材;(3)使用专用的墙纸印刷机将所述底材通过凹版印刷、压纹定型、烘干固化、滚涂阻燃剂后,得到PVC墙纸。
优选地,在步骤(1)中,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀。

优选地,所述PVC涂层中的原料配比包括:P450 28-33%、DINP 27-27.5%、碳酸钙21-23%、P-106参混树脂 8-13%、钛白粉 3-5%、D80 1.7-2.1%、发泡剂1.2-2%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、稳定剂 0.8-1.2%。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
如图1所示,本实施例所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸,所述PVC墙纸1从下往上分别为无纺布基层2、PET薄膜层3和PVC涂层4的结构,在所述无纺布基层2和PET薄膜层3之间还夹持着底胶层5,使其成为多层结构,其中所述无纺布基层2的原材料选择上也可使用同等强度的各种天然、矿物、合成和人造纤维;所述无纺布基层2与PET薄膜层3通过复合涂布上胶的方式结合,再与所述PVC涂层4通过复合涂布方式结合。
相比传统的PVC墙纸1,其产品结构是由纸底或无纺纸底经过涂布工艺与PVC结合,成型结构单一,导致横向与纵向的拉伸承受力低,其表面受到外力冲击时极易受到损坏。
本申请中的PVC墙纸1由于添加了所述PET薄膜层3作为所述无纺布基层2与PVC涂层4之间的夹层,得到了多层结构的成品,其中添加的所述PET薄膜层3具有优良的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、出色的绝缘性能、强韧性,抗张强度和抗冲击强度比一般PVC高,结合后制出的成品能达到耐碰撞、抗拉扯且无需添加剂即可具备防霉、阻燃的功能,有效提高产品的耐用性和实用性,产品环保,在实际使用过程中,可具有实用、环保和有效减低损坏的效果。

在实际测试中,普通PVC墙纸1的横纵向拉伸数据如表1所示,普通PVC墙纸1的纵向抗拉伸96N-144N,横向抗拉伸78N-86N;本申请PVC墙纸1的纵向抗拉伸385.5N,横向414.9N,在实际测试中,本申请的PVC墙纸1远比普通的PVC墙纸1的抗张强度要高,从而抗冲击强度也更高。
所述无纺布基层2采用的克重为加厚至110g-130g,一般加厚至120g,与普通的纸底与无纺纸底的克重为85-90g相比,加厚的所述无纺布基层2能够使产品更具有遮盖力,所述PET薄膜层3的厚度为25-150um,所述PVC涂层4的厚度为 25-50um。
如图2-6所示,一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法:
(1)在所述无纺布基层2上利用复合机器设备与所述PET薄膜层3进行复合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、复合定型、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶采用面胶逗号刮刀6计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,由于面胶的胶黏度大,固定物含量较高,上胶量大,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀6固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊7或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证上胶的均匀,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到复合材料;
(2)将所述复合材料的所述PET薄膜层3一侧通过涂布上胶的方式与所述PVC涂层4结合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、刮刀整平、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶为面胶逗号刮刀6计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,由于面胶的胶黏度大,固定物含量较高,涂布量大,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀6固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊7或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到底材;
(3)使用专用的墙纸印刷机将所述底材通过凹版印刷、压纹定型、烘干固化、滚涂阻燃剂后,得到PVC墙纸1。
上述步骤(1)中的所述底胶层5的基料按重量百分比包括:软化水 32-38%、丙烯酸丁脂 27-29%、HCUU氨基助剂 18-21%、苯乙烯 11-11.8%、丙烯酸1.5-2.3%、丙烯酸-2-羟丙脂1.5-2%、酚醚硫酸乳化剂1-1.5%、碳酸氢钠0.12-0.16%、烷基酚醚0.05-0.1%、1-丙烯氧基-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠乳化剂0.015-0.02%、过硫酸铵0.05-0.056%,其中优选地,软化水 36%、丙烯酸丁脂 28.5%、HCUU氨基助剂 19%、苯乙烯 11.5%、丙烯酸1.8%、丙烯酸-2-羟丙脂1.6%、酚醚硫酸乳化剂1.3%、碳酸氢钠0.15%、烷基酚醚0.08%、1-丙烯氧基-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠乳化剂0.018%、过硫酸铵0.052%,然后所述底胶层5为基料与水1:1混合,再充分搅拌调整胶水粘度至800-1000CPS而成。
所述底胶层5制成后的检测标准为游离甲醛≤1.0g/kg、苯≤0.20g/kg、甲苯+二甲苯≤10g/kg、总挥发有机物≤110g/L。
上述步骤(2)中的所述PVC涂层4中的原料配比包括:P450 28-33%、DINP 27-27.5%、碳酸钙 21-23%、P-106参混树脂 8-13%、钛白粉 3-5%、D80 1.7-2.1%、发泡剂1.2-2%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、稳定剂 0.8-1.2%,其中优选地,P450 30%、DINP 27.3%、碳酸钙 22%、P-106参混树脂 10%、钛白粉 4%、D80 2%、发泡剂1.7%、大豆油2%、稳定剂 1%。
上述步骤(3)中,还可以通过自动卸卷、满铺印刷、图案印刷1-N次、滚涂阻燃剂后,得到PVC墙纸1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸,其特征在于:所述无纺布基层采用的克重为110g-130g,所述PET薄膜层的厚度为25-150um,所述PVC涂层的厚度为 25-50um。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于:(1)在所述无纺布基层上利用复合机器设备与所述PET薄膜层进行复合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、复合定型、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶采用面胶逗号刮刀计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到复合材料;(2)将所述复合材料的所述PET薄膜层一侧通过涂布上胶的方式与所述PVC涂层结合,流程为自动卸卷、涂布上胶、刮刀整平、烘干冷却和自动收卷,其中所述涂布上胶为面胶逗号刮刀计量与底胶网纹辊相结合的复合涂布上胶方式,复合操作中的烘箱温度控制在85±5℃,整体运行速度在15-20m/min,得到底材;(3)使用专用的墙纸印刷机将所述底材通过凹版印刷、压纹定型、烘干固化、滚涂阻燃剂后,得到PVC墙纸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(1)中,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于:在步骤(2)中,进行面胶涂布时,逗号刮刀固定不转动,刮刀的缺角刃口正对着涂布辊或衬辊的切点,对通过的涂层进行刮削,保证涂布均匀。
6.根据权利要求3述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述底胶层的基料按重量百分比包括:软化水 32-38%、丙烯酸丁脂 27-29%、HCUU氨基助剂 18-21%、苯乙烯 11-11.8%、丙烯酸1.5-2.3%、丙烯酸-2-羟丙脂1.5-2%、酚醚硫酸乳化剂1-1.5%、碳酸氢钠0.12-0.16%、烷基酚醚0.05-0.1%、1-丙烯氧基-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠乳化剂0.015-0.02%、过硫酸铵0.05-0.056%,所述底胶层为基料与水1:1混合,再充分搅拌调整胶水粘度至800-1000CPS而成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐碰撞、抗拉扯且具备防霉、阻燃功能的PVC墙纸的制作方法,其特征在于:所述PVC涂层中的原料配比包括:P450 28-33%、DINP 27-27.5%、碳酸钙21-23%、P-106参混树脂 8-13%、钛白粉 3-5%、D80 1.7-2.1%、发泡剂1.2-2%、大豆油1.5-2.5%、稳定剂 0.8-1.2%。
