本发明涉及一种水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12‑20份水性聚氨酯、30‑40份淀粉、40‑60份水,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。该水性聚氨酯浆料易于退浆,生物降解速度快且没有环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性聚氨酯浆料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
经纱上浆是织造的关键步骤之一,上浆效果的好坏直接决定了织造效率与织物质量,影响上浆效果的主要因素是浆料的上浆性能。随着人们对节能、环保意识的逐渐增强,对浆料的上浆性能提出了更高的要求。淀粉类水性聚氨酯浆料是一种再生资源,具有来源广泛、价格低廉及环境友好等特点,是目前广泛使用的浆纱材料。但现有的淀粉类水性聚氨酯浆料中往往会添加聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯醇纺织浆料具有优异的浆膜性能和良好的粘附性能,但聚乙烯醇属于高难度生物降解的有机物,存在退浆性能差和环境保护的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种易于退浆,生物降解速度快,没有环境污染的水性聚氨酯浆料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、40-60份水,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明没有使用聚乙烯醇,而是采用水性聚氨酯,水性聚氨酯能够溶解或者分散到水中,对合成纤维具有较好的黏合强度,与亲水性纤维具有很好的粘着性能。其中二羟甲基丙酸可以提高浆膜的断裂强度、吸水性能,而聚丙二元醇可以提高分子链的柔韧性和耐磨性,与淀粉混合后,具有很好的上浆性能,也易于退浆,生物降解速度快,没有环境污染。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。丙酮可以在保证水性聚氨酯浆料的上浆性能基础上,最大化的降低水性聚氨酯浆料的黏度。
具体实施方式
本实施例的水性聚氨酯浆料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、40-60份水,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
为了在保证水性聚氨酯浆料的上浆性能基础上,最大化的降低水性聚氨酯浆料的黏度,本实施例中还可以添加0.8-1.2份丙酮。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等形成的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种水性聚氨酯浆料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-20份水性聚氨酯、30-40份淀粉、40-60份水,所述水性聚氨酯是由甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸组成的混合物,所述甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚丙二元醇和二羟甲基丙酸的质量比为10:3:3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性聚氨酯浆料,其特征在于:还包括0.8-1.2份丙酮。
