技术领域
本发明涉及药食同源类配方食品技术领域,具体涉及到一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来随着人们对身体健康的重视,人们越来越重视对保健品的使用,玛咖产品就是其中一种。玛咖属十字花科独行菜属1年生或2年生草本植物,原产于秘鲁海拔3500米以上的安第斯山区,是当地不可缺少的作物之一,玛咖适宜在高海拔、低纬度、高昼夜温差、微酸性砂壤、阳光充足的土地中生长,主要出产于南美洲安第斯山脉和中国云南丽江。叶子椭圆,根茎形似小圆萝卜,可食用,是一种纯天然食品,营养成份丰富。玛卡的下胚轴可能呈金色或者淡黄色、红色、紫色、蓝色、黑色或者绿色。淡黄色的根最常见,形状、味道也最好。玛卡富含高单位营养素,对人体有滋补强身的功用。玛咖的主要食用部位是玛咖根,玛咖根含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、矿物质、维生素等营养物质以及玛咖烯、玛咖酰胺等生物碱活性成分,传统上常用于增强精力、抗疲劳、改善性功能、提高生育力、治疗女性更年期综合症等用途。
近年来经世界各国科学研究者对玛咖药理药效、保健作用、特性机理和临床实验的研究和实践证实,玛咖对人体保健提高生活质量、对多种疑难疾患治疗、对延续生命延缓衰老等具有显著的功效,受到全世界的广泛认可,1992年玛咖被联合国粮农组织(FAO)作为营养补充剂向全世界推荐,同年被国际植物遗传资源研究所列为珍稀植物;2000年被国际登山组织联盟列为指定产品;2001年被美国太空总署列为指定太空粮食,同年被美国列入保健食品;2011年中华人民共和国卫生部第13号公告批准玛咖为新资源食品。随着植物药的开发和人民生活水平的提高,玛咖的营养保健功能受到极为广泛的关注,国内相应的研究也较为活跃。尤其在2011年中国卫生部引进玛咖作为一种新资源食品后,以玛咖为主要原料的食品在市场上迅速流行引起越来越多的关注。
专利文件《一种玛咖复合片及其制备方法》(CN105595334B)公开了一种玛咖复合片及其制备方法,本发明是以玛咖、淫羊藿、人参和龟甲为主要生产原料,采用亚临界水和生物酶解法的双阶段提取技术,同时得到高纯度的玛咖烯、玛咖酰胺、芥子油苷、黄酮类化合物、胆甾醇、皂甙和多糖等活性物质,有效提高了产品的附加值和资源的综合利用率本发明工艺简单、条件温和不需要使用到有机溶剂,安全、无毒;但本发明的方法步骤复杂,生产成本过高,同时生产出来的产品口感较差,不利于在市场推广。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片配方及其制备方法,本发明具有活性成分高、热敏性功效成份活性破坏小、生产便捷、口感好等特点。
本发明提供的一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,由以下重量份的各组分组成:玛咖30-45份,蛇鞭18-25份,人参10-15份,枸杞8-12份,仙茅5-8份,淮山18-21份,淫羊藿6-8份,鹿角3-8份,将军树2-5份,韭菜2-4份,壮阳果3-5份,红糖8-12份。
在本发明中,优选的,各组分的重量份为:玛咖38份,蛇鞭22份,人参13份,枸杞10份,仙茅6份,淮山19份,淫羊藿7份,鹿角5份,将军树3份,韭菜3份,壮阳果4份,红糖10份。
在本发明的组方中,
玛咖,纯天然药食二用原料,有“南美人参”之誉,具有提高免疫力的作用,增强前列腺的功能,含有碳水化合物59%、蛋白质11%、脂肪2.2%、植物固醇、钙、铁、锌、镁、铜、18种氨基酸与不饱和脂肪酸,含有丰富的营养成分。其中玛咖特有的玛咖酰胺(macamides)和玛咖烯(macaenes)是美国华裔植物学家ZhengB.L发现的两种独一无二的活性物质,被科学家誉为“天然活力营养素”、“荷尔蒙发动机”,这两种物质对平衡人体荷尔蒙分泌有显著作用,所以玛咖又被称为天然荷尔蒙发动机,食用过的人会有体力充沛、精神旺盛不会疲劳的感觉。
经科学实验证实动物界性交时间最长的是蛇,它的资本时间长达48小时,资本中卵细胞和精子细胞能将蛇这种基因完整遗传下一代,面不会出现末端丢失,就是因为蛇基因库中含有高单位的端粒酶在发挥作用,端粒酶的作用是修复染色体末端,重新将端粒加长,在已知的基因里,蛇鞭中商质量的端粒酶基因里是最接近所谓的“青春基因”,它也许使细胞长生不老。
蛇鞭,含有雄性激素和蛋白质等成分,含有补肾物质要比鹿鞭高出10%,比海狗肾、狗肾、牛鞭要高出30%,具有补肾壮阳、补血养精、温中安脏的功能,可以治疗阳痿、肾虚、耳鸣、慢性睾丸炎、妇女宫冷不孕、性冷淡等症。
人参,为多年生草本植物,产于中国东北、朝鲜、韩国、日本、俄罗斯东部。人参的别称为黄参、地精、神草、百草之王,是闻名遐迩的“东北三宝”之一,含多种皂甙,人参炔醇(Panaxynol)、β-榄香稀(Elem-ene)等挥发性成分,以及单糖(葡萄糖、果糖等)、双糖(蔗糖、麦芽糖等)、三聚糖、低分子肽、多种氨基酸(苏胺酸、β-氨基丁酸、β-氨基异丁酸)、延胡索酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、苹果酸、枸橼酸、酒石酸;还有软脂酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、胆碱、维生素B、C,果胶,β-谷甾醇及其葡萄糖甙,以及锰、砷等化合物,是“滋阴补生,扶正固本”之极品,适用于调整血压、恢复心脏功能、神经衰弱及身体虚弱等症,也有祛痰、健胃、利尿、兴奋等功效。
枸杞,是茄科、枸杞属植物,主要药用来源为枸杞子,其中宁夏枸杞是载入《2010年版中国药典》的品种,含有丰富的枸杞多糖、β-胡萝卜素、维生素E、硒及黄酮类等抗氧化物质,有较好的抗氧化作用,性味甘平,中医认为,它能够滋补肝肾、益精明目和养血、增强人们的免疫力。
仙茅,多年生草本。根茎延长,圆柱状,肉质,外皮褐色;根粗壮,肉质。主要含多种环木菠萝烷型三萜及其糖苷、甲基苯酚、仙茅苷A、仙茅苷B、地衣二醇葡萄糖苷、仙茅萜醇、石蒜碱、胡萝卜苷和氯代甲基苯酚的多糖苷类,具有镇静抗惊厥、抗炎、雄性激素样、提高免疫功能、适应原样、提高下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能、提高Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、抗菌、降血糖、抗癌等作用。
淮山,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎,具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。
淫羊藿,多年生草本植物,淫羊藿全草供药用。主治阳萎早泄,腰酸腿痛,四肢麻木,半身不遂,神经衰弱,健忘,耳鸣,目眩等症。
鹿角,具有温肾阳,强筋骨,行血消肿之功效。常用于肾阳不足,阳痿遗精,腰脊冷痛,阴疽疮疡,乳痈初起,瘀血肿痛等病症的治疗。
将军树,为桑科波萝蜜属植物白桂木ArtocarpushypargyreusHance的根。分布于广东及沿海岛屿、海南、福建、江西、湖南、云南东南部等地。具有祛风利湿,止痛之功效。常用于风湿关节痛,腰膝酸软,胃痛,黄疸。
韭菜,别名:丰本、草钟乳、起阳草、懒人菜、长生韭、壮阳草、扁菜等;属百合科多年生草本植物,叶、花葶和花均作蔬菜食用;种子等可入药,具有补肾,健胃,提神,止汗固涩等功效。在中医里,有人把韭菜称为“洗肠草”。
壮阳果,属藤蔓科植物,含有丰富的维生素A、维生素B、维生素C、钙、铁、钾等微量元素。蛋白质含量高达15—26%,碳水化合物6.4%,脂肪2%,纤维素1%,《本草纲目》中被列为补肾强腰、壮阳生精、安神定惊、滋补肾髓、镇痛的良药,适用于男女性功能衰退,具有延长性欲时间的作用,很多国家把其作为男性壮阳的补品,老人强肾补虚的“药品”,咖啡的添加剂和代用品,在人类保健和食疗领域地位显赫。
红糖,带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,甘蔗经榨汁,浓缩形成的带蜜糖,含有人体生长发育不可缺少的苹果酸、核黄素、胡萝卜素、烟酸和微量元素锰、锌、铬等各种元素,红糖性温、味甘、入脾,具有益气补血、健脾暖胃、缓中止痛、活血化淤的作用。
本发明根据中医药理论,精心选料,根据我国传统中医“君、臣、佐”中药配制的原理,对玛咖人参片进行了科学复方配伍,使各原料相辅相成,协同增效,比单一服用或两两服用更有针对性。从而使产品在功能功效上得到了大幅度的改善和提高,具有增强人体免疫功能、排出体内毒素、活血、净化人体血液,抗疲劳、补充体力、抗更年期、增加睡眠、促进生育、强化性机能。本发明能显著增强人体并克隆端粒酶蛋白在细胞中生成,它预示了制造抗癌药物方面的美好前景,因人体免疫细胞需要,端粒酶蛋白方可促进生长,本发明表明我们对端粒酶的了解更加深入,利用端粒酶实现具有延续细胞衰老促进人体健康长寿的目的。
本发明的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片制备方法为:
1)按配方称取玛咖,真空干燥,普通粉碎后制成粗粉,再利用冷冻气流进行超微粉碎,制得玛咖破壁粉;
2)采用二氧化碳临界提取法,提取步骤1)中玛咖破壁粉中多糖、氨基酸、玛咖稀、玛咖酰胺的有效营养成分,制得膏状玛咖提取物;
3)按配方称取蛇鞭、人参、枸杞、仙茅、淮山、淫羊藿、鹿角、将军树、韭菜和壮阳果,真空干燥,超微粉碎后得到辅料粉末;
4)将步骤3)辅料粉末加入到乙醇溶液中超声波提取,制取辅料提取液,将辅料提取液进行真空减压浓缩,制得辅料浓缩提取液;
5)将步骤4)得到的辅料浓缩提取液进行真空干燥,得到辅料提取物粉末;
6)将步骤2)得到的膏状玛咖提取物与步骤5)得到的辅料提取物粉末混合,过筛制粒,真空干燥后,压制成片剂,并进行灭菌处理;
7)按配方称取红糖,将步骤4)得到片剂在真空条件下包裹糖衣,得到复合玛咖精片,包装入库。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,在制备方法步骤7)中真空条件的压力为-0.08--0.12MPa,温度控制在40-55℃。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述玛咖破壁粉的颗粒度达到3000目以上。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备方法的二氧化碳临界提取法步骤为:先将玛咖破壁粉于碱化剂中浸泡,进入超临界二氧化碳萃取设备,以乙醇水溶液为夹带剂,在超临界状态下进行萃取,萃取技术参数为:CO2流量5-25L/h,萃取压力30-60Mpa,萃取温度30-55℃,萃取1.5-3h后,减压至10-25Mpa,温度降至15-45℃,将二氧化碳与提取物彻底分离,得到膏状玛咖提取物。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备方法的真空减压浓缩过程中温度控制在35-45℃,压力控制在-0.1--0.12MPa。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备方法的超声波提取共3次,提取温度40-60℃,超声功率200-300W/cm2。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备方法中辅料浓缩提取液的乙醇的体积百分含量为8%。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,在制备方法中所述乙醇溶液的体积百分含量为60%,乙醇溶液的重量为辅料粉末重量的6倍。
在本发明的一种实施方式中,所述制备方法中灭菌处理的方法为紫外线照射15-30min。
本发明制备方法中的整个制备过程温度均控制在60℃以下,工艺简单,制备条件温和,有效减少了对药物热敏活性成分的破坏,提高了复合玛咖精片的品质,较多的保留了微量营养活性成分,相比于传统工艺的药物活性得到了显著提高;常规制作片剂过程中,进行糖衣包裹,需要利用高温将糖融化成糖浆,而本发明在真空条件下进行糖衣包裹,降低了红糖的熔点,避免了高温对药物热敏活性成分的破坏,同时也减少了药物成分的氧化反应,提高了复合玛咖精片的品质。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明复合玛咖精片配方合理、口感佳、服用方便。经药理试验证实,通过将上述的原料合理配伍达到共同协同作用,具有增强人体免疫功能、排出体内毒素、活血、净化人体血液,抗疲痨、补充体力、抗更年期、增加睡眠、促进生育、强化性机能的功效。
2、本发明采用冷冻气流进行超微粉碎,得到玛咖破壁粉,低温状态,有效保持了玛咖中营养物质的活性,同时玛咖破壁粉的颗粒度小于玛咖细胞大小,有利于后续玛咖中多糖、氨基酸、玛咖稀、玛咖酰胺的有效营养成分的提纯。
3、本发明制备方法提取效率高,超声波能促使玛咖细胞组织破壁或变形,使有效成分提取更充分,提取率比传统工艺显著提高;粉碎后使用超声波强化提取即可获得最佳提取率,提取时间较传统方法大大缩短,药材原材料处理量大,提取效率大大提高。
4、本发明采用超临界二氧化碳提取玛咖中的有效营养成分,可以根据需要萃取处玛咖中的多糖、氨基酸、玛咖稀、玛咖酰胺等有效营养成分,降低玛咖酰胺和玛咖烯的流失与挥发,提高玛咖提取物的功效成分被充分吸收。
5、本发明制备过程中温度控制在60℃以下,尤其是糖衣包裹过程使用真空条件,降低了糖浆温度,对遇热不稳定、易水解或氧化的玛咖烯、玛咖酰胺、芥子油有效成分具有保护作用,有效成分不易分解,进一步保证产品中有效活性物质的含量,本发明生产步骤简单,生产成本低,有利于大规模工业化生产。

5)将步骤4)得到的辅料浓缩提取液进行真空干燥,得到辅料提取物粉末;
6)将步骤2)得到的膏状玛咖提取物与步骤5)得到的辅料提取物粉末混合,过筛制粒,真空干燥后,压制成片剂,并进行灭菌处理;
7)按配方称取红糖,将步骤4)得到片剂在真空条件下包裹糖衣,得到复合玛咖精片,包装入库。
优选的,在制备方法步骤7)中真空条件的压力为-0.08--0.12MPa,温度控制在40-55℃。

一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,由以下重量份的各组分组成:玛咖38份,蛇鞭22份,人参13份,枸杞10份,仙茅6份,淮山19份,淫羊藿7份,鹿角5份,将军树3份,韭菜3份,壮阳果4份,红糖10份。
一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取玛咖,真空干燥,普通粉碎后制成颗粒度为80-100目的粗粉,再利用冷冻气流进行超微粉碎,制得玛咖破壁粉,所述玛咖破壁粉颗粒度达到3000目以上;

3)按配方称取蛇鞭、人参、枸杞、仙茅、淮山、淫羊藿、鹿角、将军树、韭菜和壮阳果,采用真空干燥进行干燥,超微粉碎后得到800-1000目的辅料粉末;
4)将步骤3)得到的辅料粉末加入到体积百分含量为60%的乙醇溶液中超声波提取,提取三次制取辅料提取液,提取温度40-60℃,超声功率200-300W/cm2,将辅料提取液进行真空减压浓缩,温度控制在35-45℃,压力控制在-0.1--0.12MPa,制得辅料浓缩提取液,所述乙醇溶液的重量为辅料粉末重量的6倍,所述辅料浓缩提取液的乙醇的体积百分含量为8%;
5)将步骤4)得到的辅料浓缩提取液进行真空干燥,得到辅料提取物粉末;
6)将步骤2)得到的膏状玛咖提取物与步骤5)得到的辅料提取物粉末混合,过16-20目筛制粒,真空干燥后,压制成片剂,并在紫外线下照射15-30min进行灭菌处理;
7)按配方称取红糖,将步骤4)得到片剂在真空条件下包裹糖衣,所述真空条件的压力为-0.08--0.12MPa,温度控制在40-60℃,冷却成型得到复合玛咖精片,包装入库。
本实施例制得的复合玛咖精片应符合下述标准要求:
实施例2
一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,由以下重量份的各组分组成:玛咖45份,蛇鞭25份,人参15份,枸杞12份,仙茅8份,淮山21份,淫羊藿8份,鹿角8份,将军树5份,韭菜4份,壮阳果5份,红糖12份。
一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片的制备方法包括以下步骤:
4)按配方称取玛咖,真空干燥,普通粉碎后制成颗粒度为80-100目的粗粉,再利用冷冻气流进行超微粉碎,制得玛咖破壁粉,所述玛咖破壁粉颗粒度达到3000目以上;
2)采用二氧化碳临界提取法,提取步骤1)中玛咖破壁粉中多糖、氨基酸、玛咖稀、玛咖酰胺的有效营养成分,先将玛咖破壁粉于碱化剂氨水中浸泡12-24h,进入超临界二氧化碳萃取设备,以乙醇体积含量为60%的乙醇水溶液为夹带剂,在超临界状态下进行萃取,萃取技术参数为:CO2流量5-25L/h,萃取压力30-60Mpa,萃取温度30-55℃,萃取1.5-3h后,减压至10-25Mpa,温度降至15-45℃,将二氧化碳与提取物彻底分离,得到膏状玛咖提取物;

4)将步骤3)得到的辅料粉末加入到体积百分含量为60%的乙醇溶液中超声波提取,提取三次制取辅料提取液,提取温度40-60℃,超声功率200-300W/cm2,将辅料提取液进行真空减压浓缩,温度控制在35-45℃,压力控制在-0.1--0.12MPa,制得辅料浓缩提取液,所述乙醇溶液的重量为辅料粉末重量的6倍,所述辅料浓缩提取液的乙醇的体积百分含量为8%;
5)将步骤4)得到的辅料浓缩提取液进行真空干燥,得到辅料提取物粉末;
6)将步骤2)得到的膏状玛咖提取物与步骤5)得到的辅料提取物粉末混合,过16-20目筛制粒,真空干燥后,压制成片剂,并在紫外线下照射15-30min进行灭菌处理;
7)按配方称取红糖,将步骤4)得到片剂在真空条件下包裹糖衣,所述真空条件的压力为-0.08--0.12MPa,温度控制在40-60℃,冷却成型得到复合玛咖精片,包装入库。
本实施例制得的复合玛咖精片应符合下述标准要求:

邱某,女,38岁,企业财务人员,长期感到疲卷,精神状态差,服用本发明实施例1所制得的复合玛咖精片,每日两次,每次1.5克,一个月后,精神明显好转,两个月后,体力充沛,精力旺盛。
应用例2
杨某,男,42岁,国有企业高管,体质较弱,常出虚汗,易感冒,服用本发明实施例2所制得的复合玛咖精片,每日两次,每次2克,半年来一直没有再感冒,并且出虚汗得到较大改善。
应用例3
唐某,女,46岁,私营企业主,内分泌失调,失眠多梦,脸色发黄,服用本发明实施例3所制得的复合玛咖精片,每日两次,每次2克,一个月后,内分泌恢复正常,脸色红润,黄褐班也明显减少。
应用例4
阮某,女,38岁,教师,内分泌失调,性冷淡,面黄肌瘦,结婚10无生育,服用本发明复合玛咖精片,每日三次,每次3克,三个月体质健康,服务半年后,现怀孕并产下一对双胞胎。
现有片剂一般都添加有崩解剂(如羧甲基淀粉钠)、润滑剂(如硬脂酸镁)等,本发明与之相比,辅料均采用中药组分,根据中医药理论,精心选料,根据我国传统中医“君、臣、佐”中药配制的原理,对玛咖人参片进行了科学复方配伍,使各原料相辅相成,协同增效,消除了辅料对人体的危害,针对性对人体进行调节,改善人体亚健康状态,使人身心健康。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于所述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是所述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

Claims (10)
1.一种固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,由以下重量份的各组分组成:玛咖30-45份,蛇鞭18-25份,人参10-15份,枸杞8-12份,仙茅5-8份,淮山18-21份,淫羊藿6-8份,鹿角3-8份,将军树2-5份,韭菜2-4份,壮阳果3-5份,红糖8-12份,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取玛咖,真空干燥,普通粉碎后制成粗粉,再利用冷冻气流进行超微粉碎,制得玛咖破壁粉;
2)采用二氧化碳临界提取法,提取步骤1)中玛咖破壁粉中多糖、氨基酸、玛咖稀、玛咖酰胺的有效营养成分,制得膏状玛咖提取物;
3)按配方称取蛇鞭、人参、枸杞、仙茅、淮山、淫羊藿、鹿角、将军树、韭菜和壮阳果,真空干燥,超微粉碎后得到辅料粉末;
4)将步骤3)辅料粉末加入到乙醇溶液中超声波提取,制取辅料提取液,将辅料提取液进行真空减压浓缩,制得辅料浓缩提取液;
5)将步骤4)得到的辅料浓缩提取液进行真空干燥,得到辅料提取物粉末;
6)将步骤2)得到的膏状玛咖提取物与步骤5)得到的辅料提取物粉末混合,过筛制粒,真空干燥后,压制成片剂,并进行灭菌处理;
7)按配方称取红糖,将步骤4)得到片剂在真空条件下包裹糖衣,得到复合玛咖精片,包装入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,在制备方法步骤7)中真空条件的压力为-0.08--0.12MPa,温度控制在40-55℃。
3.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,各组分的重量份为:玛咖38份,蛇鞭22份,人参13份,枸杞10份,仙茅6份,淮山19份,淫羊藿7份,鹿角5份,将军树3份,韭菜3份,壮阳果4份,红糖10份。
4.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述玛咖破壁粉的颗粒度达到3000目以上。
5.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法的二氧化碳临界提取法步骤为:先将玛咖破壁粉于碱化剂中浸泡,进入超临界二氧化碳萃取设备,以乙醇水溶液为夹带剂,在超临界状态下进行萃取,萃取技术参数为:CO2流量5-25L/h,萃取压力30-60Mpa,萃取温度30-55℃,萃取1.5-3h后,减压至10-25Mpa,温度降至15-45℃,将二氧化碳与提取物彻底分离,得到膏状玛咖提取物。
6.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法的真空减压浓缩过程中温度控制在35-45℃,压力控制在-0.1--0.12MPa。
7.如权利要求1所述的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法的超声波提取共3次,提取温度40-60℃,超声功率200-300W/cm2。
8.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法中辅料浓缩提取液的乙醇的体积百分含量为8%。
9.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法中乙醇溶液的体积百分含量为60%,乙醇溶液的重量为辅料粉末重量的6倍。
10.如权利要求1所述的固肾强腰的复合玛咖精片,其特征在于,所述制备方法步骤6)中灭菌处理的方法为紫外线照射15-30min。
