背景技术
市场上所用的圆形硅胶垫片的加工均是通过人工将硅胶垫片层在底座上固定好,通过切割装置进行手动切割,这种切割方式对硅胶垫的尺寸存在较大的误差,同时使硅胶垫片的加工效率低,操作人员工作强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种圆形硅胶垫片的切料装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种圆形硅胶垫片的切料装置,包括电机一、螺杆一、T型槽一、L型压杆、螺母座一、L型支撑板、电机二、U型支撑架、T型槽二、螺母座二、螺杆二、液压缸、电机三、压块、工作台、螺杆三、螺母座三、切刀和底座,所述底座的两侧台面上固定设置有倒置的L型支撑板,且在L型支撑板的竖直板的竖直方向上开设有T型槽一,且在L型支撑板的水平板正下方底座上通过电机安装座固定设置有电机一,电机一的输出端通过联轴器设置有螺杆一,螺杆一的另一端固定连接在L型支撑板的水平板底面轴承上,且在螺杆一上通过螺纹连接设有螺母座一,螺母座一的一侧固定设置有T型块,螺母座一通过一侧的T型块滑动连接在L型支撑板竖直板的T型槽一内,所述U型支撑架两侧的竖直架固定设置在底座两侧的螺母座一上,且在U型支撑架水平架底面的水平方向上开设有T型槽二,U型支撑架内部一端的竖直架上通过电机安装座固定设置有电机二,电机二的输出端通过联轴器设置有螺杆二,螺杆二的另一端设置在U型支撑架内部另一端的竖直架上,且在螺杆二上通过螺纹连接设置有螺母座二,螺母座二的顶面上设有T型块,螺母座二通过顶面的T型块滑动连接在U型支撑架水平架的T型槽二上,所述螺母座二的底面上设置有连接盘一,液压缸固定设置在连接盘上,液压缸的活塞杆焊接设置有连接盘二,电机三通过电机安装座固定设置有连接盘二上,电机三的输出端固定设置有工作台,所述工作台为条形结构,且在工作台底面的两端竖直设置有竖板,且在工作台两端的竖板上设置有螺杆三,且螺杆三沿竖直方向轴线两端的螺纹旋向相反,且在螺杆三的两端固定设置有螺母座三,螺母座三的底面上设置有切刀。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述底座两侧的L型支撑板关于底座在竖直方向上的轴线对称,且L型支撑板的结构完全一致。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述螺杆三的一端贯穿工作台一端的竖板,且位于工作台一端竖板外部的螺杆三上开设有通孔。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述U型支撑架两端的竖直架底面上固定设置有L型压杆,L型压杆的底面上固定设置有压块。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,构造新颖,设计合理,通过拧动螺杆三调节螺杆三两端螺母座三的位置,从而对螺杆三两端切刀的位置进行调整,当切刀位置调整好后,通过电机一驱动螺母座一在螺杆一上移动,从而对U型支撑架的竖直位置进行调整,使U型支撑架两端底面的L型压杆对底座上的硅胶垫进行压紧,通过液压杆驱动活塞杆推动连接盘二,使切刀与底座上的硅胶垫进行接触,通过电机三驱动工作台进行转动,从而实现切刀对硅胶垫进行圆形垫片的切割,并通过电机二驱动螺母座二在螺杆二上移动,从而实现切刀水平方向位置的调整,使圆形硅胶垫片的切割效率更快,精度更高,降低操作人员的工作强度。

本发明的工作原理是:通过拧动螺杆三16调节螺杆三16两端螺母座三17的位置,从而对螺杆三16两端切刀18的位置进行调整,当切刀18位置调整好后,通过电机一1驱动螺母座一5在螺杆一2上移动,从而对U型支撑架8的竖直位置进行调整,使U型支撑架8两端底面的L型压杆4对底座19上的硅胶垫进行压紧,通过液压杆12驱动活塞杆推动连接盘二,使切刀18与底座19上的硅胶垫进行接触,通过电机三13驱动工作台15进行转动,从而实现切刀18对硅胶垫进行圆形垫片的切割,并通过电机二7驱动螺母座二10在螺杆二11上移动,从而实现切刀18水平方向位置的调整。
