Abstract

钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,包括呈直线布置的塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池和脱模装置以及布置于前述装置正上方的芯模吊运装置。该成型线将各个主要设备呈直线布置,采用该成型线可并列布置多种型号的成型线,有效避免了现有成型线中各设备布局混乱,厂房空间空置率高,空间利用率低,材料和成品对方杂乱,不便于运输的缺陷,具有突出的实用性。

钢塑复合短管件成型流水线
技术领域
本发明涉及一种关于钢塑复合管短管件成型的流水线,该成型流水线呈条状布置,布局简单合理,可并排布置多组,大规模布置时优点尤其明显,属于钢塑复合短管件成型技术领域。
背景技术
钢塑复合短管件通常是采用先在芯模上绕制钢丝,然后在通过注塑塑胶成型,现有短管件成型线各个设备布局混乱,存在厂房内空间空置率较高,空间利用率低,原材料和成品对方杂乱,不便于运输的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明针对现有钢塑复合短管件成型线的上述缺陷,提供了一种新的钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,该成型线将各个主要设备呈直线布置,采用该成型线可并列布置多种型号的成型线,有效避免了现有成型线中各设备布局混乱,厂房空间空置率高,空间利用率低,原材料和成品对方杂乱,不便于运输的缺陷,具有突出的实用性。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,包括呈直线顺次布置的塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池和脱模装置以及布置于前述各设备正上方的芯模吊运装置,塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置由上料装置、搅拌罐、加热熔融装置和出料装置组成,成型箱内设置有定模和动模,定模固定在成型箱内靠近出料装置那一侧的内壁,出料装置的出料口与定模的进料口接通,动模通过压紧装置安置在成型箱内的滑杆上,压紧装置由压缩气缸和固定于压缩气缸伸缩杆端部的安置块组成,动模固定在安置块上,安置块上安置有小气缸,小气缸的伸缩杆端部设置有芯模托架,芯模托架的芯模托举部位于动模与定模之间的位置;当芯模托架上未放置芯模时,小气缸外推,将芯模托举部伸出动模成型凹槽外部,便于放置芯模,当芯模安置完毕后,芯模托架带动芯模回缩至动模成型凹槽的内部,此时压紧气缸将动模向定模的方向推,当动模与定模拼接完毕后,出料装置向模具内注射塑胶,待塑胶冷却成型后,动模与定模分开,芯模吊运装置将未脱模的芯模吊运至冷水池内进行冷却,冷却完成后,再由芯模吊运装置将其运送至脱模装置上进行脱模,脱模完毕后的芯模再由芯模吊运装置将其吊运至钢丝绕制操作台。
优选的,芯模吊运装置的运输滑轨也呈直线布置,运输滑轨与塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池和脱模装置是连接直线相平行。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所提供的钢塑复合管短管件成型的流水线将各个主要设备呈直线布置,采用该成型线可并列布置多种型号的成型线,有效避免了现有成型线中各设备布局混乱,厂房空间空置率高,空间利用率低,原材料和成品对方杂乱,不便于运输的缺陷,具有突出的实用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明和具体实施例方式对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
结合图1,钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,包括呈直线顺次布置的塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池10和脱模装置11以及布置于前述各设备正上方的芯模吊运装置,塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4由上料装置、搅拌罐、加热熔融装置和出料装置5组成,成型箱内设置有定模6和动模7,定模6固定在成型箱内靠近出料装置5那一侧的内壁,出料装置5的出料口与定模6的进料口接通,动模7通过压紧装置安置在成型箱内的滑杆上,压紧装置由压缩气缸9和固定于压缩气缸9伸缩杆端部的安置块组成,动模7固定在安置块上,安置块上安置有小气缸8,小气缸8的伸缩杆端部设置有芯模托架,芯模托架的芯模托举部位于动模7与定模6之间的位置;当芯模托架上未放置芯模时,小气缸8外推,将芯模托举部伸出动模7成型凹槽外部,便于放置芯模,当芯模安置完毕后,芯模托架带动芯模回缩至动模成型凹槽的内部,此时压紧气缸9将动模7向定模6的方向推,当动模7与定模6拼接完毕后,出料装置5向模具内注射塑胶,待塑胶冷却成型后,动模7与定模6分开,芯模吊运装置将未脱模的芯模吊运至冷水池10内进行冷却,冷却完成后,再由芯模吊运装置将其运送至脱模装置11上进行脱模,脱模完毕后的芯模再由芯模吊运装置将其吊运至钢丝绕制操作台。
作为优选的技术方案,芯模吊运装置的运输滑轨1也呈直线布置,运输滑轨1与塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池10和脱模装置11是连接直线相平行。
实施例1:
如图1所示:钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,包括呈直线顺次布置的塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池10和脱模装置11以及布置于前述各设备正上方的芯模吊运装置,芯模吊运装置的运输滑轨1也呈直线布置,运输滑轨1与塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池10和脱模装置11是连接直线相平行。塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置4由上料装置、搅拌罐、加热熔融装置和出料装置5组成,成型箱内设置有定模6和动模7,定模6固定在成型箱内靠近出料装置5那一侧的内壁,出料装置5的出料口与定模6的进料口接通,动模7通过压紧装置安置在成型箱内的滑杆上,压紧装置由压缩气缸9和固定于压缩气缸9伸缩杆端部的安置块组成,动模7固定在安置块上,安置块上安置有小气缸8,小气缸8的伸缩杆端部设置有芯模托架,芯模托架的芯模托举部位于动模7与定模6之间的位置;当芯模托架上未放置芯模时,小气缸8外推,将芯模托举部伸出动模7成型凹槽外部,便于放置芯模,当芯模安置完毕后,芯模托架带动芯模回缩至动模成型凹槽的内部,此时压紧气缸9将动模7向定模6的方向推,当动模7与定模6拼接完毕后,出料装置5向模具内注射塑胶,待塑胶冷却成型后,动模7与定模6分开,芯模吊运装置将未脱模的芯模吊运至冷水池10内进行冷却,冷却完成后,再由芯模吊运装置将其运送至脱模装置11上进行脱模,脱模完毕后的芯模再由芯模吊运装置将其吊运至钢丝绕制操作台。

1.钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,其特征在于:包括呈直线顺次布置的塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置(4)、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池(10)和脱模装置(11)以及布置于前述各设备正上方的芯模吊运装置,所述塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置(4)由上料装置、搅拌罐、加热熔融装置和出料装置(5)组成,所述的成型箱内设置有定模(6)和动模(7),所述的定模(6)固定在成型箱内靠近出料装置(5)那一侧的内壁,所述出料装置(5)的出料口与定模(6)的进料口接通,所述的动模(7)通过压紧装置安置在成型箱内的滑杆上,所述的压紧装置由压缩气缸(9)和固定于压缩气缸(9)伸缩杆端部的安置块组成,所述的动模(7)固定在安置块上,所述的安置块上安置有小气缸(8),所述小气缸(8)的伸缩杆端部设置有芯模托架,所述芯模托架的芯模托举部位于动模(7)与定模(6)之间的位置;当芯模托架上未放置芯模时,小气缸(8)外推,将芯模托举部伸出动模(7)成型凹槽外部,便于放置芯模,当芯模安置完毕后,芯模托架带动芯模回缩至动模成型凹槽的内部,此时压紧气缸(9)将动模(7)向定模(6)的方向推,当动模(7)与定模(6)拼接完毕后,出料装置(5)向模具内注射塑胶,待塑胶冷却成型后,动模(7)与定模(6)分开,芯模吊运装置将未脱模的芯模吊运至冷水池(10)内进行冷却,冷却完成后,再由芯模吊运装置将其运送至脱模装置(11)上进行脱模,脱模完毕后的芯模再由芯模吊运装置将其吊运至钢丝绕制操作台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢塑复合短管件成型流水线,其特征在于:所述芯模吊运装置的运输滑轨(1)也呈直线布置,所述的运输滑轨(1)与塑胶搅拌加热熔融装置(4)、钢丝绕制操作台、成型箱、冷却池(10)和脱模装置(11)是连接直线相平行。
