本发明主要公开了一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用乙醇在不同温度下,分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到这四种原料的提取液;提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到浓缩液;将四种浓缩液分别醇沉,去糖类、蛋白质等沉淀,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;将这些干膏粉碎过筛,得到相应的干膏粉按一定的质量比混合;将膏粉中加入医用酒精溶解;边搅拌,边将溶解液加入到β‑环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。本发明原料丰富,工艺简单,成本低,所获得的产品的效果显著、稳定性好,而且生物利用率高,易于储存。是一种理想的提高睡眠质量保健品配制方法。

人的生命其实是有三分之一的时间都是在睡眠中度过的,可以说睡眠的质量决定着一个人的生命质量,对于一个人来说如果睡眠质量有问题的话,那么就会引起一系列的亚健康的问题,因此对于现在人来说良好的睡眠质量是很重要的,对于一些睡眠质量有问题的人来说,提高睡眠质量其实也就是提高生命的质量。一般来说,睡眠可以起到消除疲劳、保护大脑、增强免疫、促进发育和美容的作用。失眠会引起人的疲劳感、不安、全身不适、无精打采、反应迟缓、头痛、注意力不能集中,它的最大影响是精神方面的,严重一点会导致精神分裂和抑郁症、焦虑症、植物神经功能紊乱等功能性疾病,以及各个系统疾病,如心血管系统、消化系统等等。据统计,中国十个人中有四个人存在睡眠问题。全球有30%的人群有睡眠困难。
亚麻籽含油量高,营养丰富,可以入药,亚麻籽一般为棕褐色或浅黄色,形状为平椭圆形,长约3 mm~7 mm,宽约1.5 mm~3 mm,厚约1 mm~1.5 mm,栽培种千粒重约3.5 g~11g。亚麻籽的营养成分主要包含丰富的ɑ-亚麻酸为主的油脂和蛋白质,以及较多的矿物质、木酚素、亚麻籽胶、维生素等;ɑ-亚麻酸人体不能自身合成,神经系统重要的必需脂肪酸。ɑ-亚麻酸在人体内被肠道吸收后,可通过肝脏进入血液进而运输到身体各部位,直接参与细胞膜的构成,一部分可以通过酶促反应转化为二十碳五烯酸(EPA) 和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)。这3种不饱和脂肪酸均为对人体非常重要的ω-脂肪酸家族成员。富含ω-脂肪酸的亚麻籽具备针对强神健脑,提高睡眠质量、增加自身免疫、有利于生长发育、开发脑部细胞。

白豆蔻是为姜科豆蔻属植物白豆蔻(又名泰国原豆蔻、白豆蔻,Amomum kravanhPierre ex Gagnep 或爪哇白豆蔻(又名印尼小白蔻,Amomum compactum Soland exMaton)的成熟且干燥的果实。我国的海南、云南、广东和广西已经引种栽培成功,尤其是爪哇白豆蔻,在我国引种区的生长发育、品质和产量等都表现较好。白豆蔻作为传统的药食两用植物,已经广泛应用在食品、医药等领域,在中医药领域应用尤其广泛。白豆蔻具有味辛、性温、理气宽中、开胃消食、化湿止呕的功能。白豆蔻精油中含量最高的化学成分是桉油精,通过动物实验证明桉油精能增强戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间,表明桉油精是一种可行的作用于中枢神经系统的抑制剂。
芫根Brassica rapa L.,又称为芜菁、蔓菁,为十字花科( Cruciferae) 芸薹属(Brassica) 草本植物,是产自青藏高原的一种食、药、饲三用植物,距今已有千余年的种植历史。芫根生长于海拔3500 m 以上的高原地区,外形似圆形萝卜,个体较小味道甘甜,富含蛋白质、粗纤维、钙、磷、铁和维生素等20 多种人体所需影响成分。《甘露本草明镜》、《新编藏医学》等众多藏医学典籍记载,芫根具有清热解毒、滋补、增强免疫力、抗突变、抗辐射、抗疲劳、延缓衰老和抗缺氧等功效。
专利胡椒提取物在制备镇静催眠类药物或保健食品中的应用(CN201210449356.4)中主权胡椒提取物可以用于开发镇静催眠类的中药及天然药物,也可以用于开发具有促进睡眠功效的保健食品;专利一种改善睡眠质量茶及其制备方法(CN201410281663.5)中有亚麻籽为一主要药材;专利一种养生蜂蜜固体饮料及其制备方法(CN201510640144.8)中利用芫根丰富营养同时起到温胃养胃、滋阴润肺、清心安神的作用,还配有其它药,显著提高睡眠质量,对失眠诸症起较好的疗效。但这些专利都与此专利配方工艺都不同。检索过程未发现有专利亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根四种药食两用材料来提高睡眠质量的保健品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供配制工艺简单、原材料健康绿色天然、成本低廉的一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为50%~95%的乙醇液按1:15~1:40的料液质量比在30~50℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用80%~95%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在25~45℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
⑹将按以下量取这四种粉末:亚麻籽1-5g、胡椒2-5g、白豆蔻3-8g和芫根4-10g,混合;
⑺将所述按一定比例混合的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉中加入60-80%的医用酒精溶解;
(8) 将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉溶解液,搅拌加入4倍水的β-环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎,得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明原料充足,价格低廉;亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根四种药食两用食物即既可以作为可口的食品或食品添加剂食用,又能够当做药材治病的食物,而且用亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根制作可提高睡眠质量的保健品的原料可以生产高质量饲料,因此,大大提高了原材料的利用率。
2、由于本发明采用乙醇为溶剂,因此,安全可靠、易于工业化生产。
3、由于本发明采用醇提后用β-环糊精包合,因此,使得所获得的产品稳定性好,而且生物利用率高,易于储存。
4、本发明工艺简单,且能降低产品辛辣味的刺激性。
5、本发明所获得的产品与目前的其他单一味食物来提高睡眠质量相比,效果明显,与安眠类药物相比不会产生依赖性等副作用,使用安全性高,资源丰富。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过 40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为50%的乙醇液按1:15的料液质量比在30℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用95%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在25℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
⑹将按以下量取这四种粉末:亚麻籽1g、胡椒2g、白豆蔻3g和芫根4g,混合;
⑺将所述按一定比例混合的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉中加入60%的医用酒精溶解;
(8)将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉溶解液,搅拌加入4倍水的β-环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎,得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。
实施例2一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过 40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为65%的乙醇液按1:20的料液质量比在40℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用85%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在30℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
⑹将按以下量取这四种粉末:亚麻籽2g、胡椒3g、白豆蔻3g和芫根5g,混合;
⑺将所述按一定比例混合的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉中加入65%的医用酒精溶解;
(8) 将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉溶解液,搅拌加入4倍水的β-环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎,得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。
实施例3一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过 40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为80%的乙醇液按1:30的料液质量比在45℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用90%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在40℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
⑹将按以下量取这四种粉末:亚麻籽3g、胡椒3g、白豆蔻5g和芫根6g混合;
⑺将所述按一定比例混合的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉中加入70%的医用酒精溶解;
(8) 将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉溶解液,搅拌加入4倍水的β-环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎,得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。
实施例4一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过 40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为95%的乙醇液按1:40的料液质量比在50℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用95%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在45℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
⑹将按以下量取这四种粉末:亚麻籽5g、胡椒4g、白豆蔻8g和芫根6g混合;
⑺将所述按一定比例混合的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉中加入80%的医用酒精溶解;
(8) 将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根干膏粉溶解液,搅拌加入4倍水的β-环糊精混合液中,干燥后粉碎,得到提高睡眠质量的保健品。
Claims (1)
1.一种提高睡眠质量保健品的配制工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
⑴将洁净、干燥的亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉碎后过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末;
⑵将所述亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根粉末用质量浓度为50%~95%的乙醇液按1:15~1:40的料液质量比在30~50℃的温度下分别回流提取三次,合并提取液,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的提取液;
⑶将所述提取液经减压浓缩后,分别得到按生药计1g/mL的浓缩液;
⑷将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根浓缩液分别用80%~95%乙醇醇沉,去沉淀,在25~45℃的温度下分别干燥,分别得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏;
⑸将亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉碎,过40目筛,得到亚麻籽、胡椒、白豆蔻和芫根的干膏粉;
