Abstract

本发明公开了一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,包括制备转移印花纸和热压印花固色清洗等步骤。该精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺采用羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素组合作为糊料的增稠剂,提高染料从糊料中释放并向纤维转移扩散的程度,汽蒸固色得到的精纺毛织物洗后仍具有较高的色深,色牢度良好,染料透过织物而造成轧辊沾色的几率降低。

一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及羊毛精炼技术领域,具体涉及一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺。
背景技术
升华转移印花充分利用了分散染料可以升华的特点,但由于分散染料含有的极性基团少,相对分子质量小,使得分散染料与天然纤维间的相互作用力小,因而染色牢度特别是湿牢度上。改进的方向主要有两种,一种是将染料接以活性基团,通过活性基团与纤维发生共价键的结合来提高色牢度;另一种是引入极性的基团或增大染料的分子量,通过增加染料与纤维间的静电力、偶极力或范德华力来提高染色牢度。
精纺毛织物的染色中,羊毛表面的鳞片层首选需要经过处理,但是印花色牢度表现较差,对薄型织物转印时,压力过大则会使染料透过织物而造成轧辊沾色的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,所得印花织物的图案色牢度良好,对于轻薄的精纺毛织物,染料透过织物而造成轧辊沾色的几率降低。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将羧甲基纤维素钠、高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素、尿素、双氰胺和介孔二氧化硅搅拌下加入去离子水中,室温下持续搅拌30~50min后置于冰箱中充分溶胀,得到印花糊料,将印花糊料涂布到纸张表面,焙烘,得到空白的转移印花纸,再将活性染料墨水通过喷墨打印机喷射至转移印花纸上形成花型图案;
S2:将S1所得具有图案的印花纸与精纺毛织物在115~135℃下热压贴合,然后将印花纸和精纺毛织物转入汽蒸设备中,130~150℃下汽蒸5~15min,最后将具有图案的精纺毛织物充分清洗晾干。
优选的技术方案为,压力为2~6Mpa,轧辊转速为7~10r/min,热压1~2次。
优选的技术方案为,羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量之比为3:(0.7~1.1),印花糊料中羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量百分比之和为3~4.5%。
优选的技术方案为,S2中具有图案的精纺毛织物的清洗工艺为:先在冷水中冲洗4~10min,再在 90~95℃的皂液中洗涤5~10min。
优选的技术方案为,印花糊料中尿素的重量百分比为4~5%、双氰胺的重量百分比为2.5~3.1%,介孔二氧化硅的重量百分比为0.4~0.55%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺采用羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素组合作为糊料的增稠剂,提高染料从糊料中释放并向纤维转移扩散的程度,汽蒸固色得到的精纺毛织物洗后仍具有较高的色深,色牢度良好,染料透过织物而造成轧辊沾色的几率降低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺包括以下步骤:
S1:将羧甲基纤维素钠、高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素、尿素、双氰胺和介孔二氧化硅搅拌下加入去离子水中,室温下持续搅拌30min后置于冰箱中充分溶胀,得到印花糊料,将印花糊料涂布到纸张表面,焙烘,得到空白的转移印花纸,再将活性染料墨水通过喷墨打印机喷射至转移印花纸上形成花型图案;
S2:将S1所得具有图案的印花纸与精纺毛织物在135℃下热压贴合,然后将印花纸和精纺毛织物转入汽蒸设备中,130℃下汽蒸15min,最后将具有图案的精纺毛织物充分清洗晾干。
压力为2Mpa,轧辊转速为10r/min,热压1次。
羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量之比为3:1.1,印花糊料中羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量百分比之和为3%。
S2中具有图案的精纺毛织物的清洗工艺为:先在冷水中冲洗 10min,再在 90℃的皂液中洗涤10min。
印花糊料中尿素的重量百分比为4%、双氰胺的重量百分比为3.1%,介孔二氧化硅的重量百分比为0.4%。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于:
S1:室温下持续搅拌50min后置于冰箱中充分溶胀,得到印花糊料;
S2:将S1所得具有图案的印花纸与精纺毛织物在115℃下热压贴合,然后将印花纸和精纺毛织物转入汽蒸设备中, 150℃下汽蒸5min,最后将具有图案的精纺毛织物充分清洗晾干。
压力为6Mpa,轧辊转速为7r/min,热压2次。
羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量之比为3:0.7,印花糊料中羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量百分比之和为4.5%。
S2中具有图案的精纺毛织物的清洗工艺为:先在冷水中冲洗 4min,再在 95℃的皂液中洗涤5min。
印花糊料中尿素的重量百分比为5%、双氰胺的重量百分比为2.5%,介孔二氧化硅的重量百分比为0.55%。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于,
S1:室温下持续搅拌40min后置于冰箱中充分溶胀,得到印花糊料;
S2:将S1所得具有图案的印花纸与精纺毛织物在125℃下热压贴合,然后将印花纸和精纺毛织物转入汽蒸设备中,140℃下汽蒸10min,最后将具有图案的精纺毛织物充分清洗晾干。
压力为4Mpa,轧辊转速为8r/min。
羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量之比为3:0.9,印花糊料中羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量百分比之和为4%。
S2中具有图案的精纺毛织物的清洗工艺为:先在冷水中冲洗 7min,再在 93℃的皂液中洗涤7min。
印花糊料中尿素的重量百分比为4.5%、双氰胺的重量百分比为2.8%,介孔二氧化硅的重量百分比为0.48%。
实施例1-3所得面料固色率良好,尿素和双氰胺均可显著升棉织物的反面色深和染料渗透率,汽蒸温度过低对面料的正面色深有不利影响,转移印花的废液COD值较低,但含有的染料量较高。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将羧甲基纤维素钠、高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素、尿素、双氰胺和介孔二氧化硅搅拌下加入去离子水中,室温下持续搅拌30~50min后置于冰箱中充分溶胀,得到印花糊料,将印花糊料涂布到纸张表面,焙烘,得到空白的转移印花纸,再将活性染料墨水通过喷墨打印机喷射至转移印花纸上形成花型图案;
S2:将S1所得具有图案的印花纸与精纺毛织物在115~135℃下热压贴合,然后将印花纸和精纺毛织物转入汽蒸设备中,130~150℃下汽蒸5~15min,最后将具有图案的精纺毛织物充分清洗晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,压力为2~6Mpa,轧辊转速为7~10r/min,热压1~2次。
3.根据权利要求1所述的精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量之比为3:(0.7~1.1),印花糊料中羧甲基纤维素钠和高取代低粘度羟丙基纤维素的重量百分比之和为3~4.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,S2中具有图案的精纺毛织物的清洗工艺为:先在冷水中冲洗 4~10min,再在 90~95℃的皂液中洗涤5~10min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的精纺毛织物的转移印花工艺,其特征在于,印花糊料中尿素的重量百分比为4~5%、双氰胺的重量百分比为2.5~3.1%,介孔二氧化硅的重量百分比为0.4~0.55%。
