Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品混料机，包括混料箱，混料箱顶部设有盖体，盖体上设有第一入料口和第二入料口，混料箱内部设有三组搅拌组件，分别为第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件，混料箱底部设有出料仓，出料仓底端设有出料口，出料口一侧通过转轴连接盖板，混料箱下端固定在底部支架上，底部支架内侧放置有收料箱，底部支架上还安装有伸缩气缸，且伸缩气缸的端部与盖板外壁连接，本发明结构设计新颖，操作方便，能够实现对多种食品的均匀混料，混料效果好，而且能够控制出料速率，有效的提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域，具体为一种食品混料机。
背景技术
混料机是由一个水平旋转的容器和旋转的立式搅拌叶片等组成，成型料搅拌时，容器向左转，叶片向右转，由于逆流的作用，成型料各颗粒间运动方向交叉，互相接触的机会增多，逆流混料机对料的挤压力小，发热量低，搅拌效率高，混料较为均匀。
目前的食品混料机虽然能够实现对原料的混合，但是混合效率低，混料均匀性差，因此，有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品混料机，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种食品混料机, 包括混料箱，所述混料箱顶部设有盖体，所述盖体上设有第一入料口和第二入料口，所述混料箱内部设有三组搅拌组件，分别为第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件，所述混料箱底部设有出料仓，所述出料仓底端设有出料口，所述出料口一侧通过转轴连接盖板，所述混料箱下端固定在底部支架上，所述底部支架内侧放置有收料箱，所述底部支架上还安装有伸缩气缸，且所述伸缩气缸的端部与盖板外壁连接；
所述第一搅拌组件包括第一搅拌轴、第一搅拌叶和第一电机，所述第一搅拌叶倾斜焊接在第一搅拌轴外壁，所述第一搅拌轴与设置在盖体外壁上的第一电机连接，所述第一搅拌叶表面均布有多个通孔，所述第一搅拌叶与第一搅拌轴之间的夹角为30°-45°；
所述第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件结构完全一致，对对称设置在第一搅拌组件下方，包括第二搅拌轴、第二搅拌叶和螺旋叶片，所述第二搅拌轴连接设置在混料箱外壁上的第二电机，所述螺旋叶片设置在第二搅拌轴外壁，所述第二搅拌叶设置在第二搅拌轴端部；
所述第二搅拌叶包括轴套、第一叶片和第二叶片，所述第一叶片、第二叶片均设置两片，且对称设置在轴套两侧，所述第一叶片和第二叶片外端部焊接连接，且第一叶片和第二叶片之间形成V字形结构。
优选的，使用方法包括以下步骤：
A、将待混合的物料分别从第一入料口和第二入料口投入混料箱中；
B、之后开启第一电机、第二电机和第三电机，电机工作时分别带动旋转轴旋转；
C、第一搅拌组件上的第一搅拌叶对物料进行均匀搅拌；
D、第二搅拌组件上的第二搅拌叶和第三搅拌组件上的第三搅拌叶对物料再次充分搅拌混合；
E、最后通过伸缩气缸控制盖板的卡合大小来控制出料速率。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
（1）本发明结构设计新颖，操作方便，能够实现对多种食品的均匀混料，混料效果好，而且能够控制出料速率，有效的提高了工作效率。
（2）本发明采用的三组搅拌组件，能够实现对混料箱内的物料的充分均匀搅拌，降低了物料出现结块的可能性。
（3）本发明采用倾斜设置的搅拌叶，能够提高搅拌叶在搅拌过程中的稳定性，防止搅拌过程出现变形现象。
（4）本发明采用的第二搅拌叶稳定性好，与螺旋搅拌叶配合搅拌，进一步提高了搅拌均匀性。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种食品混料机, 包括混料箱1，所述混料箱1顶部设有盖体2，所述盖体2上设有第一入料口3和第二入料口4，所述混料箱1内部设有三组搅拌组件，分别为第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件，所述混料箱1底部设有出料仓5，所述出料仓5底端设有出料口6，所述出料口6一侧通过转轴7连接盖板8，所述混料箱1下端固定在底部支架9上，所述底部支架9内侧放置有收料箱10，所述底部支架9上还安装有伸缩气缸11，且所述伸缩气缸11的端部与盖板8外壁连接；本发明采用的三组搅拌组件，能够实现对混料箱内的物料的充分均匀搅拌，降低了物料出现结块的可能性。
所述第一搅拌组件包括第一搅拌轴12、第一搅拌叶13和第一电机14，所述第一搅拌叶13倾斜焊接在第一搅拌轴12外壁，所述第一搅拌轴12与设置在盖体2外壁上的第一电机14连接，所述第一搅拌叶13表面均布有多个通孔15，所述第一搅拌叶13与第一搅拌轴12之间的夹角为30°-45°，本发明采用倾斜设置的搅拌叶，能够提高搅拌叶在搅拌过程中的稳定性，防止搅拌过程出现变形现象；
所述第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件结构完全一致，且对称设置在第一搅拌组件下方，包括第二搅拌轴16、第二搅拌叶17和螺旋叶片18，所述第二搅拌轴16连接设置在混料箱1外壁上的第二电机19，所述螺旋叶片18设置在第二搅拌轴16外壁，所述第二搅拌叶17设置在第二搅拌轴16端部；
所述第二搅拌叶17包括轴套20、第一叶片21和第二叶片22，所述第一叶片21、第二叶片22均设置两片，且对称设置在轴套20两侧，所述第一叶片21和第二叶片22外端部焊接连接，且第一叶片21和第二叶片22之间形成V字形结构。本发明采用的第二搅拌叶稳定性好，与螺旋搅拌叶配合搅拌，进一步提高了搅拌均匀性。
工作原理：本发明的使用方法包括以下步骤：
A、将待混合的物料分别从第一入料口和第二入料口投入混料箱中；
B、之后开启第一电机、第二电机和第三电机，电机工作时分别带动旋转轴旋转；
C、第一搅拌组件上的第一搅拌叶对物料进行均匀搅拌；

1.一种食品混料机, 包括混料箱（1），其特征在于：所述混料箱（1）顶部设有盖体（2），所述盖体（2）上设有第一入料口（3）和第二入料口（4），所述混料箱（1）内部设有三组搅拌组件，分别为第一搅拌组件、第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件，所述混料箱（1）底部设有出料仓（5），所述出料仓（5）底端设有出料口（6），所述出料口（6）一侧通过转轴（7）连接盖板（8），所述混料箱（1）下端固定在底部支架（9）上，所述底部支架（9）内侧放置有收料箱（10），所述底部支架（9）上还安装有伸缩气缸（11），且所述伸缩气缸（11）的端部与盖板（8）外壁连接；
所述第一搅拌组件包括第一搅拌轴（12）、第一搅拌叶（13）和第一电机（14），所述第一搅拌叶（13）倾斜焊接在第一搅拌轴（12）外壁，所述第一搅拌轴（12）与设置在盖体（2）外壁上的第一电机（14）连接，所述第一搅拌叶（13）表面均布有多个通孔（15），所述第一搅拌叶（13）与第一搅拌轴（12）之间的夹角为30°-45°；
所述第二搅拌组件和第三搅拌组件结构完全一致，且对称设置在第一搅拌组件下方，包括第二搅拌轴（16）、第二搅拌叶（17）和螺旋叶片（18），所述第二搅拌轴（16）连接设置在混料箱（1）外壁上的第二电机（19），所述螺旋叶片（18）设置在第二搅拌轴（16）外壁，所述第二搅拌叶（17）设置在第二搅拌轴（16）端部；
所述第二搅拌叶（17）包括轴套（20）、第一叶片（21）和第二叶片（22），所述第一叶片（21）、第二叶片（22）均设置两片，且对称设置在轴套（20）两侧，所述第一叶片（21）和第二叶片（22）外端部焊接连接，且第一叶片（21）和第二叶片（22）之间形成V字形结构。
2.实现权利要求1所述的一种食品混料机的使用方法，其特征在于：使用方法包括以下步骤：
A、将待混合的物料分别从第一入料口和第二入料口投入混料箱中；
B、之后开启第一电机、第二电机和第三电机，电机工作时分别带动旋转轴旋转；
C、第一搅拌组件上的第一搅拌叶对物料进行均匀搅拌；
D、第二搅拌组件上的第二搅拌叶和第三搅拌组件上的第三搅拌叶对物料再次充分搅拌混合；
E、最后通过伸缩气缸控制盖板的卡合大小来控制出料速率。
