背景技术:
随着人们生活水平的提高、生活节奏和生活方式的改变,日常膳食不可避免的趋向高盐、高糖,高脂,高蛋白,由盐、鱼、肉、海鲜、饮酒、少运动而带来的现代文明病富贵病“四高”症高血压、高血糖、高血脂、高尿酸(HUA)日趋严重,其中尿酸值升高的人群越来越年轻化。痛风常伴腹型肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、2型糖尿病及心血管病等表现。
痛风(gout)是由单钠尿酸盐(MSU)沉积所致的晶体相关性关节病,与嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄减少所致的高尿酸血症直接相关,当高尿酸血症持续存在时,会以单尿酸结晶沉积在关节或软组织上,促发急性关节的疼痛,一般表现为单关节不对称性的急性红、肿、热、痛,时候也会有自然的缓解,持续的高尿酸血症还可能会形成痛风石,另外还有可能影响到内脏,引起痛风性肾病、冠心病、高血糖、高血脂、脂肪肝等,高尿酸引起的痛风性急性关节炎反复发作、痛风石沉积痛风石性慢性关节炎和关节畸形,常累及肾脏引起慢性间质性肾炎和尿酸肾结石形成。目前,中西医均有许多药物和方法对治疗高尿酸有一定的效果,但也有不足之处,具体如下:西医治疗的方法通常是服用西药,有些是抗炎、止痛类药、有些药物或通过抑制黄嘌呤酶、或通过抑制尿酸在肾小管的重吸收,它们对身体副作用很大,特别是对肾的副作用很大,且治表不治根,无法根治,产生胃肠道刺激(恶心、呕吐)、消化性溃疡或穿孔等副作用。中医采用中药治疗高尿酸或痛风,采用清热利湿为主,结合个体发病特点,或佐以健脾益气,或佐以化痰活血,使痰湿热瘀之内生浊邪得化,气血通调,而病症痊愈,或杜绝其发作。故其治疗的原理更类似于西医改善嘌呤代谢的方法,并可同样改善脂肪代谢、糖代谢和能量代谢,在应用中有一定的功效,但由于痛风治疗的长期性,上班族的患者更愿意选择具有上述治疗作用的中成药,如痛风定胶囊和四妙丸,需中长期使用,不能作为单纯的止痛药或降尿酸药时用时停,在急性痛风发作期仍需配合消炎止痛类西药同时运用,有对身体副作用很大的缺点。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处,而提供一种降尿酸肽固体饮料。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种降尿酸肽固体饮料的制备方法及其用途。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精,大豆肽粉,芹菜籽提取物,茯苓粉,海洋鱼低聚肽,低聚异麦芽糖,菊粉,维生素C,碳酸镁,烟酸,乳酸亚铁,葡萄糖酸锌,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,叶酸。

本发明的另一个发明目的所采用的技术方案为:一种降尿酸肽固体饮料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照固体饮料各组份的含量进行称重,称重后将所有组份均加入搅拌罐中搅拌10-30min,搅拌速度10-35rpm/s;
步骤二:干燥杀菌后使产品成型,将成型后的产品分装成小包装。
上述中的降尿酸肽固体饮料在制备降尿酸的食品或保健品中的用途。
麦芽糊精的甜度低,易消化,低热,含有大量的多糖类,极易被人体吸收,提供机体新陈代谢的能量,在本发明中麦芽糊精除了易吸收及低热外,还起到加速并促进该固体饮料中的其他成分溶解在热水中,提高固体饮料的冲调性,同时,麦芽糊精能促进机体对营养物质吸收和加速废料物质的代谢。
大豆肽粉是以大豆粕或大豆蛋白等为主要原料,用酶解或微生物发酵法生产,其是由2-6个氨基酸组成的混合肽。大豆肽粉中含有人体所必需的9种氨基酸,9种氨基酸参与机体内多种活用酶的合成,促进该固体饮料中的多种活性物质及营养物质的吸收利用,而且对活性物质和营养物质的吸收不受身体状况差异的影响。大豆肽粉在本发明中的作用机理是:大豆肽粉含有多种生物活性肽,易被人体消化吸收,同时通过蛋白质的改性作用消除了身体对营养物质的抑制因子,促进营养物质的消化吸收和利用,此外,在本发明中,大豆肽粉能通过刺激甲状腺素分泌,促使胆汁酸化,使胆固醇排出体外而达到降低胆固醇的作用,通过抑制嘌呤的合成与加速嘌呤排泄而实现降低尿酸的作用,同时,还能抑制血管紧张素转换酶的活性,防止血管末梢收缩并能引起皮下脂肪的减少,抑制自由基的过氧化作用,加速受损细胞修复,保持机体活力,减少色素沉着的发生,增强机体免疫力,维护正常细胞代谢,延缓细胞衰老,实现抗氧化、降血压、降低胆固醇、降血脂、降血糖、抗疲劳、增强免疫和激素调节、抗菌、抗病毒、预防肥胖等作用。
芹菜籽提取物(固体)是以伞形花科草本植物芹菜籽为原料,萃取芹菜籽油,喷雾干燥制取芹菜籽油微胶囊产品,芹菜是日常食用的蔬菜。芹菜籽提取物含有多种药理活性成分,黄酮类芹菜甙、芹菜素、多酚类、挥发油、佛手柑内酯、生物碱、有机酸等物质。本发明中的芹菜籽提取物与大豆肽粉相互配合,实现抑制体内自由基氧化作用,清除自由基,实现增强体质并预防衰老,预防肿瘤,降低肿瘤发病率,具有散气、消肿、利尿、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等功效。同时芹菜籽提取物与该固体饮料中的其他成分相互配合,实现增强体质,修复受损内脏,降四高等功效。
菊粉是以菊苣或菊芋(别名洋姜、鬼子姜)等为原料,经粉碎、提取等而成,菊粉是植物中储备性多糖。作用机理:菊粉有膳食纤维的功效,不能被消化系统吸收,其热量低、水溶性、促进肠道收缩并能增强肠道双歧杆菌增殖,菊粉到达肠道后首先被双歧杆菌利用生成醋酸盐和乳酸盐,降低大肠的PH值,从而抑制了病原菌的生长并促进益生菌的增殖,益生菌增殖后能够促进该固体饮料中的营养物质、有益物质以及食物中的营养物质和矿物质的消化吸收。菊粉与其他成分协同作用可以起到促进肠道消化吸收营养物质并抑制嘌呤的合成因子,加速嘌呤代谢,从而起到降尿酸、恢复肠胃功能、对防治大肠癌有特效、增强矿物质钙质吸收等功能。

一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精20份,大豆肽粉20份,芹菜籽提取物8份,茯苓粉8份,海洋鱼低聚肽5份,低聚异麦芽糖5份,菊粉5份,维生素C0.0006份,碳酸镁0.0006份,烟酸0.0006份,乳酸亚铁0.0006份,葡萄糖酸锌0.0006份,维生素B1 0.0006份,维生素B2 0.0006份,维生素B6 0.0006份,叶酸0.0006份。
实施例三:

实施例四:
一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精24份,大豆肽粉24份,芹菜籽提取物6份,茯苓粉6份,海洋鱼低聚肽6份,低聚异麦芽糖6份,菊粉7份,维生素0.1份,碳酸镁0.1份,烟酸0.1份,乳酸亚铁0.1份,葡萄糖酸锌0.01份,维生素B1 0.2份,维生素B2 0.1份,维生素B6 0.03份,叶酸0.07份。
实施例一至实施例四中的固体饮料采用以下制备方法制备:该制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照固体饮料各组份的含量进行称重,称重后将所有组份均加入搅拌罐中搅拌10-30min,搅拌速度10-35rpm/s;优选的搅拌时间为30min,搅拌速度为25rpm/s;
步骤二:干燥杀菌后使产品成型,将成型后的产品分装成小包装,每袋质量相等,每小包5g。本发明中的产品的成型方法采用常规的成型方法,具体为:该固体饮料可以制成粉末状,干燥杀菌后产品即为粉末状,可以直接将产品分装成小袋包装,每袋1-10g,优选为每袋5g。该固体饮料也可以制成颗粒状,具体为:干燥杀菌后,可以采用干法制粒机进行干压,再将所得条块通过摇摆式颗粒机制成颗粒,再将颗粒状的产品分装成小袋包装。此外,产品制粒过程也可以采用常规的湿法制粒过程。该固体饮料也可以制成冲剂,在干燥杀菌后将粉末状产品溶解在灭菌后的水中制成冲剂,水的用量为10-50ml,制成冲剂后可以采用瓶装、袋装或者常用的冲剂包装材料进行包装。该固体饮料也可以制成片状,在干燥杀菌后通过挤压成片状产品。根据产品销售和使用需要,也可以将本产品制成其他常用的形态。
实施例一至实施例四中的降尿酸肽固体饮料可以用于制备降尿酸的食品或保健品。本配方中的固体饮料采用食物的方式,一天冲饮3包,每包5克,可以为身体提供有效的小分子肽,同时在降尿酸和减轻痛风症状有明显的作用。本发明固体饮料中的麦芽糊精与菊粉可以替换为淡竹叶粉0.1-0.5份,决明子提取物1-2份,柠檬粉3-5份,黄精粉5-10份,玉米须粉5-10份,山楂粉1-2份,玛咖粉15-17份,香蕉粉10-15份,荷叶粉2-4份,紫苏粉7-10份,淮山粉5-7份。替换后的固体饮料的风味更佳、口感更好,且在保持降尿酸的基础上为身体提供更充足的营养,增强体质,修复受损细胞,利尿加速嘌呤的代谢和排泄。
对照例一:
一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精25份,大豆肽粉25份,芹菜籽提取物5份,茯苓粉5份,海洋鱼低聚肽8份,低聚异麦芽糖8份,菊粉8份。
对照例二:
一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:茯苓粉5份,海洋鱼低聚肽8份,低聚异麦芽糖8份,菊粉8份,维生素C 0.001份,碳酸镁0.001份,烟酸0.001份,乳酸亚铁0.001份,葡萄糖酸锌0.001份,维生素B1 0.001份,维生素B2 0.001份,维生素B6 0.001份,叶酸0.001份。
对照例三:
一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精25份,大豆肽粉25份,芹菜籽提取物5份,维生素C 0.001份,碳酸镁0.001份,烟酸0.001份,乳酸亚铁0.001份,葡萄糖酸锌0.001份,维生素B1 0.001份,维生素B2 0.001份,维生素B6 0.001份,叶酸0.001份。
使用效果实验:
(1)动物试验:
选取SD大鼠,从大鼠中随机选取10只大鼠作为正常组,剩余的大鼠用来建模,造模组大鼠每天灌胃氧嗪酸钾(2g.kg-1),正常组大鼠每天灌胃给予等体积的溶媒;连续7天后,注射麻醉,眼眶后静脉取血,离心取上层血清测定尿酸含量,将建模成功的大鼠随机分成模型组、实施例一组、实施例二组、实施例三组、实施例四组、对照1组、对照2组、对照3组。每组有10只大鼠;正常组与模型组均给予等体积的生理盐水,实施例一组使用本发明中实施例一中的用饮用水冲泡的固体饮料;实施例二组使用实施例二中的固体饮料;实施例三组使用实施例三中的固体饮料;实施例四组使用实施例四中的固体饮料;对照1组使用本发明中对照例一中的用饮用水冲泡的固体饮料;对照2组使用对照例二中的固体饮料;对照3组使用对照例三中的固体饮料。
实验组和对照组的给药剂量为1g.kg-1.d-1。每组均喂养三个月,各组动物均于第0周和第12周的周日上午8:00取血,测定血清中尿酸含量。
具体结果见下表:
从上表中,可以看出本发明中的实施例一在降低血尿酸含量方面的效果最佳,本发明中的各个组份不是单一起作用,是通过各个组份之间的相互协同作用,才能在降尿酸方面取得具有显著的作用。本发明中的固体饮料无毒无副作用,由于是食源性,可以长期食用而不会产生耐药性,通过长期使用可以起到降尿酸的作用,并提高身体本身的抵抗力,通过身体本身的抵抗力来调节嘌呤代谢紊乱和嘌呤排泄紊乱等问题,从根本上预防痛风的发生。
(2)临床试验:
案例一:
大连市于先生,不到30岁,服用之前尿酸值560umol/L,服用一个月后,尿酸值降到410,回到正常值,人也感觉比之前有精气神。
案例二:
广州番禺区某小区李老师,男,服用之前尿酸值510umol/L,服用一个月后,尿酸值降到390,回到正常值,人也感觉比之前有精气神。
案例三:
家住佛山在南沙某公司入职的员工钟某,50多岁,男,服用之前尿酸值410umol/L,有痛风症状,服用一个月后,尿酸值降到310,人也感觉比之前有精气神。
综上所述,本发明在降尿酸方面具有显著的成效,服用一个月左右即可使血液中尿酸含量恢复正常,长期服用身体的抵抗力及精气神均得到很大的提高。

1.一种降尿酸肽固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精,大豆肽粉,芹菜籽提取物,茯苓粉,海洋鱼低聚肽,低聚异麦芽糖,菊粉,维生素C,碳酸镁,烟酸,乳酸亚铁,葡萄糖酸锌,维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6,叶酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降尿酸肽固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精20-25份,大豆肽粉20-25份,芹菜籽提取物5-8份,茯苓粉5-8份,海洋鱼低聚肽5-8份,低聚异麦芽糖5-8份,菊粉5-8份,维生素C 0.0006-0.225份,碳酸镁0.0006-0.225份,烟酸0.0006-0.225份,乳酸亚铁0.0006-0.225份,葡萄糖酸锌0.0006-0.225份,维生素B10.0006-0.225份,维生素B2 0.0006-0.225份,维生素B6 0.0006-0.225份,叶酸0.0006-0.225份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的降尿酸肽固体饮料,其特征在于:所述的固体饮料的组份为:麦芽糊精22-25份,大豆肽粉23-25份,芹菜籽提取物5-6份,茯苓粉5-6份,海洋鱼低聚肽7-8份,低聚异麦芽糖7-8份,菊粉7-8份,维生素C 0.001-0.12份,碳酸镁0.001-0.12份,烟酸0.001-0.12份,乳酸亚铁0.001-0.12份,葡萄糖酸锌0.001-0.12份,维生素B1 0.001-0.12份,维生素B2 0.001-0.12份,维生素B6 0.001-0.12份,叶酸0.001-0.12份。

5.一种降尿酸肽固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:按照固体饮料各组份的含量进行称重,称重后将所有组份均加入搅拌罐中搅拌10-30min,搅拌速度10-35rpm/s;
步骤二:干燥杀菌后使产品成型,将成型后的产品分装成小包装。
6.一种如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的降尿酸肽固体饮料在制备降尿酸的食品或保健品中的用途。
