Description

分开用针眼形成装置
技术领域
本发明涉及使切断微缝部与无切断部交替连续的分开用针眼予以自动形成的分开用针眼形成装置。
背景技术
作为对液体、粉体或粘稠物质等的内容物自动进行充填包装的现有的充填包装机,我们知道一种例如公开在日本国特许厅发行的实用新型公告1975年第10284号公报和发明专利公告1993年第36285号公报或发明专利公告1994年第62134号公报等上的结构:将连续输送的薄膜折叠,再将该薄膜折叠的两边重合进行纵向密封,然后将内容物充填在该纵向密封后的薄膜内,在对该薄膜横向密封后,利用切断机构将横向密封部分的中央部予以切断,再分别将包装袋分开送出。
在这种充填包装机中,对薄膜的中央部分也进行纵向密封,在横向,在并排设置的状态下送出放入内容物包装袋,具有在并排设置于其左右的成为放入内容物包装袋的边界区的纵向密封部分形成左右分开用针眼的针眼形成装置,这种结构较多。
现有的、如前所述的在输送物(互连包装袋)的规定位置形成针眼的分开用针眼形成装置,做成如下的结构:用仅具有切割机用圆形刀刃的带刀刃旋转体(带刀刃圆盘)和具有与该切割机用圆形刀刃抵接的支承周面的支承旋转体(支承滚筒)进行夹持,在该支承旋转体的支承周面上相对旋转方向以规定间隔地形成规定宽度的、形成无切断部用的凹部(槽部)。
即,通过双方的旋转体随着输送物的运送而转动,虽然切割用圆形刀刃压接在支承周面上而可对输送物的规定位置进行切断,但在凹部形成部分,由于切割机用圆形刀刃不与支承周面压接,故不能被切断。
因此,由于留有规定间隔地在支承周面上形成凹部,故该凹部的宽度部分便成为无切断部,该凹部间的支承周面宽度部分便成为切断微缝部,从而形成分开用针眼。
但是,若以在如前所述的左右互连的包装袋边界区的纵向密封部分形成针眼为例子进行说明,则例如在该纵向密封部分的硬度和厚度随着薄膜的材质和厚度的变化而不同的情况下,由于始终形成相同针眼,故存在着一会儿难以分开一会儿容易分开的情况。
也就是说,例如在因纵向密封部分较硬而难以断开的情况下,若欲进行调整使之容易分开,可将切断微缝部相对于无切断部的形成比设置得更大。
或者,例如相反,在因纵向密封部分较薄而容易断开的情况下,若欲进行调整使之较难分开,可将切断微缝部相对于无切断部的形成比设置得小。
但是,在现有技术中,在对这种针眼的断开难易程度进行调整的场合,要预先准备多个无切断用的凹部形成宽度和形成间距不相同的支承旋转体,以对该支承旋转体进行更换,由于这种更换作业不仅麻烦,而且必须将支承旋转体本身更换成不同的支承旋转体,所以,成本非常高,缺乏实用性。另外,即使进行这种更换,也只能进行另外准备好的限于更换用支承旋转体的固定性更换。
因此,在目前,切断微缝部与无切断部的形成比始终只能形成固定的针眼(不可逐个地对针眼的断开难易程度进行调整),例如在前述那样的充填包装机中,因薄膜材质的变化等而存在着一会儿难以分开一会儿容易分开的问题。
本发明目的就是对现有的分开用针眼形成装置找出上述问题并加以解决,从而提供一种操作简单且并不那么花费成本、对针眼的分开方式可迅速增减调整的实用性非常优异的新型分开用针眼形成装置。
发明的公开
本发明技术方案1的分开用针眼形成装置,其特点是,将具有切割机用圆形刀刃1的带刀刃旋转体2和具有与该切割机用圆形刀刃1抵接的支承周面3的支承旋转体4夹持状配设在被连续输送的输送物5的针眼形成位置6处,在所述支承旋转体4的支承周面3上相对旋转方向留有规定间隔设置的、不能与所述带刀刃旋转体2的切割机用圆形刀刃1抵接的形成无切断部用的凹部7,在所述针眼形成位置6形成使切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B交替连续的分开用针眼8,将所述支承旋转体4设置成相对所述带刀刃旋转体2沿旋转轴方向能自如地移动调整,并且所述支承旋转体4的形成无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成沿该支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向而有所不同,通过该支承旋转体4沿旋转轴方向的所述相对移动,可使形成所述无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度可变,以对所述切断微缝部8A与所述无切断部8B的形成比作可变调整。
另外,本发明技术方案2,在技术方案1所述的分开用针眼形成装置中,其特点是,所述支承旋转体4的形成无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成沿该支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向逐渐变大或逐渐变小,通过该支承旋转体4沿旋转轴方向的所述相对移动,可使形成所述无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度可变,以在规定的可变调整范围内对所述切断微缝部8A与所述无切断部8B的形成比作可变调整。
另外,在技术方案1或2中任一项所述的分开用针眼形成装置中,其特点是,在对连续输送的薄膜F进行纵向密封与横向密封并将内容物9充填在薄膜F内、将放入内容物9的包装袋5在横向设成多个并排设置状态并且在纵向包装成许多连续状态而成的充填包装机中,在所述横向并排设置的成为放入内容物9包装袋5的边界区的纵向密封部分6,配设所述带刀刃旋转体2与所述支承旋转体4,以形成所述分开用针眼8。
现结合附图简单说明认为较佳的本发明实施形态(如何实施发明)及其作用效果。
随着输送物5的连续输送,配设成对该输送物5在规定位置予以夹持的带刀刃旋转体2与支承旋转体4产生旋转。
该带刀刃旋转体2的切割机用圆形刀刃1通过与支承旋转体4的支承周面抵接而切割输送物5的规定位置,形成分开用针眼8的切断微缝部8A。
另外,在支承旋转体4的支承周面3的旋转方向,留有规定间隔地形成有形成无切断部用的凹部7,在该凹部7部分,由于切割机用圆形刀刃1不与支承周面3抵接,故不切割输送物5而形成无切断部8B。
因此,长度与该凹部7在旋转方向形成的间距相对应的切断微缝部8A和长度与该凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度相对应的无切断部8B交替形成,从而自动形成分开用针眼8。
然而,本发明的该凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度构成为沿支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向不同的宽度。
因此,通过例如相对带刀刃旋转体2沿旋转轴方向来移动调整支承旋转体4,就可调整变更形成无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度,同时可调整变更形成无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的间距。
所以在本发明中,只要相对带刀刃旋转体2移动调整支承旋转体4,就可调整切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B的形成比,也并不那么花费成本地可对该分开用针眼8的断开难易程度进行调整。

图1是概略说明本实施例的充填包装机的立体图,图2是概略说明本实施例的充填包装机的主视图,图3是说明本实施例主要部分的立体图,图4是说明本实施例主要部分的剖视图,图5是用来说明本实施例分开用针眼的断开难易程度的调整(对切断微缝部与无切断部的形成进行调整)的说明图,图6是表示本实施例形成无切断部用的凹部的各种实施形态例子的说明图。
实施发明的最佳形态
就本发明具体实施例结合附图进行说明。
在本实施例中,本发明适用于分开用针眼形成装置,它设置在图1、图2所示的如下那样的充填包装机上,在按横向设成并排设置状态且纵向按连包状态而被一个一个连续输送的放入内容物9包装袋5(输送物5)的中央的纵向密封部分6(针眼形成位置6)自动形成分开用针眼8。
如图1、图2所示,在机体10的侧部,装拆自如地配设将薄膜F卷绕成滚筒状的薄膜筒(フィルム原反)11,从该薄膜筒11引出的薄膜F,通过薄膜导向机构12而受到规定张力地向上方引出,通过设在机体10上部的折叠机构13而沿薄膜长度方向折成二折,并向下方导向引出。
在本实施例中,对于向下方引出、运送的二折薄膜F,通过纵向密封机构14的一对纵向加热密封滚轮14A,分别将纵向折叠边缘部和中间部及折叠端部之间(左右两缘部和中间部)进行纵向加热密封,接着,由配设在所述纵向密封机构14下方的第一横向密封机构15和第二横向密封机构16进行横向加热密封。此时,最初由第一横向密封机构15的一对横向加热密封滚轮15A在横向留有规定间隔地进行横向加热密封,由该横向加热密封部位首先形成左右并排设置地成为两个包装袋的有底筒状的底部,在该底部从充填机构17的充填喷嘴部17A充填内容物9,接着,在送出薄膜F后,由所述第一横向密封机构15的横向加热密封滚轮15A对成为薄膜F的袋口部的部位进行封口,形成放入内容物9的包装袋5,接着,在由第二横向密封机构16的横向加热密封滚轮16A再次对所述横向加热密封部位进行横向加热密封后,就可按横向设成并排设置状态且纵向为许多互连包状态将放入内容物9的包装袋5向下方一个一个连续运送。
在本实施例中,如前所述,在所述纵向密封机构14的下方二层状设置第一横向密封机构15与第二横向密封机构16,在该横向密封机构15、16的下方左右,在各侧边缘纵向密封部分分别配设形成切口N的开封用缺口形成装置P,再在该下方中央部,配设在左右并排设置状态的包装袋5的中央的纵向密封部分6形成分开用针眼8的分开用针眼形成装置Q,再在该下方,配设将上下的互连包状态的包装袋5的横向密封部分一个一个切断、通过所述分开用针眼8而将左右并排设置的放入内容物9包装袋5一个一个送出的切断机构18。
即,在本实施例中,通过所述相对的带刀刃旋转体2与支承旋转体4随着薄膜引出、运送(包装袋5的连续输送)而进行旋转,利用分开用针眼形成装置Q,在各包装袋5的中央的纵向密封部分6(针眼形成位置6)连续自动形成分开用针眼8。
对于成为本发明要点的形成本实施例分开用针眼8的分开用针眼形成装置Q,下面结合图3~图5作具体说明。
将在全周缘设置切割机用圆形刀刃1的带刀刃旋转体2和具有与该切割机用圆形刀刃1抵接的支承周面3的支承旋转体4夹持状态地配设在成为所述针眼形成位置6的中央的纵向密封部分6处。
并且,在该支承旋转体4的支承周面3上,相对旋转方向留有规定间隔地设置不能与所述带刀刃旋转体2的切割机用圆形刀刃1抵接的形成无切断部用的凹部7,在所述针眼形成位置6,自动形成使切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B交替连续的分开用针眼8。
另外,在本实施例中,相对所述带刀刃旋转体2在旋转轴方向移动调整自如地构成所述支承旋转体4。具体地说,沿轴支承的旋转轴19移动自如地构成支承旋转体4,且可由夹紧机构20夹紧固定在规定的移动位置上。
因此,在本实施例中,可放松夹紧机构20的夹紧螺栓20A,沿旋转轴19将支承旋转体4移动规定量,再夹紧、固定夹紧螺栓20A。另外,也可用相同的结构移动调整带刀刃旋转体2,来相对移动调整支承旋转体4。
另外,在本实施例中,所述支承旋转体4的形成无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成沿该支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向而成为不同宽度的形状。具体地说,形成如图示那样的水滴状或三角状或椭圆状等的槽而构成所述凹部7,该凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成向该支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向而逐渐变大或逐渐变小的形状。
因此,通过该支承旋转体4向旋转轴方向的相对带刀刃旋转体2的相对移动,可使形成所述无切断部用的凹部7在旋转方向形成的宽度可变,以对所述切断微缝部8A与所述无切断部8B的形成比在规定的可变调整范围内无级地进行可变调整。
另外,在本实施例中,在所述支承旋转体4的形成无切断部用的凹部7形成的宽度变小的旋转轴方向侧周面,设置在旋转方向未全部形成有这种形成无切断部用的凹部7的完全切断用的分开切断用支承周面3A。
因此,如前所述,通过沿旋转轴方向移动调整支承旋转体4,就可使逐渐通过带刀刃旋转体2的切割机用圆形刀刃1的旋转方向的形成所述无切断部用的凹部7形成的宽度逐渐变大,或者,若向反方向移动,就逐渐变小。
因此,若使该凹部7形成的宽度变小,则其间(凹部7之间)的支承周面3形成的宽度变大,切断微缝部8A变长,从而可对无切断部8B的较短的分开用针眼8无级地进行变更调整。
如此,只要相对带刀刃旋转体2移动调整支承旋转体4,就可对分开用针眼8的断开难易程度进行调整,而且在本实施例中,根据所述支承旋转体4相对带刀刃旋转体2的相对移动量的大小,就可无级地逐渐增减切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B的形成比。
当然,分开用针眼8对于该相对移动的断开难易程度的增减,可根据凹部7的形状作适当设计变更。
如此,在本实施例中,只要将以往的形成无切断部用的凹部7形成的宽度改进成沿旋转轴方向而变化,就可简单地并不那么花费成本地对分开用针眼8的断开难易程度进行调整。而所述支承旋转体4的相对移动量的这种断开难易程度的增减,只要对凹部7的形状设计和对形成间距进行设计即可。
另外,在本实施例中,凹部7在旋转方向形成的长度向旋转轴19的一方向逐渐变短,在该方向侧的周面,在整个周面成为支承周面3的部分,即把在旋转方向未全部形成凹部7的切断用支承周面3A设在支承旋转体4上。
因此,在不形成分开用针眼8而欲完全进行切断的情况下,如前所述,只要使支承旋转体4相对移动将带刀刃旋转体2的切割机用圆形刀刃1与该切断用支承周面3A抵接即可。
因此,在本实施例中,可简单地切换到形成分开用针眼8的场合和完全作分开切断的场合,并且在本实施例中,将相对切断微缝部8A的无切断部8B的形成比逐渐较小地调整,除了向可断开容易的一方调整断开难易程度外,通过进一步使支承旋转体4移动,还可调整成完全作分开切断的场合。
如此,由于可简单地调整断开难易程度,故可提供一种在例如本实施例的充填包装机中用户可根据需要调整断开难易程度、又可根据薄膜材质等的变更而逐渐调整的新型充填包装机。
另外,在本实施例中,是将形成所述无切断部用的凹部7设成如图6(A)所示那样的水滴形状,且在旋转方向形成的宽度构成沿支承旋转体4的旋转轴方向逐渐产生变化的形状,但也可如图6(B)所示那样将形成宽度变小的一侧设成尖锐,做成大致三角状,旋转方向的形状宽度做成沿旋转轴方向从规定宽度逐渐变小到大致接近0为止的形状,切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B的形成比无级状变化到大致接近0为止,再通过将支承旋转体4向旋转轴方向移动,从针眼形成到所述切断用支承周面3A,大致连续地切换到完全切断的场合。
另外,如图6(C)所示,即使不将形成无切断部用的凹部7的旋转方向的两边缘做成倾斜而仅将一方边缘做成倾斜,也可获得同样的作用、效果。
另外,如图6(D)所示,也可将在旋转方向形成的宽度做成沿旋转轴方向呈有级变化,切断微缝部8A与无切断部8B的形成比做成可有级调整的形状。
本发明从上述构成得知,只要对支承旋转体相对带刀刃旋转体作相对移动调整,就可调整切断微缝部与无切断部的形成比,从而成为可对分开用针眼的断开难易程度容易进行调整并且不那么花费成本的非常新型的分开用针眼形成装置。
另外,技术方案2所述的发明,可根据支承旋转体相对带刀刃旋转体的相对移动量而逐渐调整断开难易程度,从而成为还可实现无级调整的更优异的分开用针眼形成装置。
另外,技术方案3所述的发明,可提供获得上述作用效果、并且根据用户需要或薄膜材质等的变更而可逐个对分开用针眼的断开难易程度进行调整的非常优异的充填包装机。
工业上利用的可能性
本发明装置由于可如此简单地调整断开难易程度,故可提供一种既可根据用户的需要而调整断开难易程度、又可根据薄膜的材质等的变更而逐一调整断开难易程度的新型充填包装机。

Claims (3)

1.一种分开用针眼形成装置,其特征在于,将具有切割机用圆形刀刃的带刀刃旋转体和具有与该切割机用圆形刀刃抵接的支承周面的支承旋转体夹持状配设在被连续输送的输送物的针眼形成位置处,在所述支承旋转体的支承周面上相对旋转方向留有规定间隔地设置的、不能与所述带刀刃旋转体的切割机用圆形刀刃抵接的形成无切断部用的凹部,在所述针眼形成位置形成使切断微缝部与无切断部交替连续的分开用针眼,将所述支承旋转体设置成相对所述带刀刃旋转体沿旋转轴方向能自如地移动调整,并且所述支承旋转体的形成无切断部用的凹部在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成沿该支承旋转体的旋转轴方向而有所不同,通过该支承旋转体沿旋转轴方向的所述相对移动,可使形成所述无切断部用的凹部在旋转方向形成的宽度可变,以对所述切断微缝部与所述无切断部的形成比作可变调整。
2.如权利要求1所述的分开用针眼形成装置,其特征在于,所述支承旋转体的形成无切断部用的凹部在旋转方向形成的宽度,设定成沿该支承旋转体的旋转轴方向逐渐变大或逐渐变小,通过该支承旋转体沿旋转轴方向的所述相对移动,可使形成所述无切断部用的凹部沿旋转方向形成的宽度可变,以在规定的可变调整范围内对所述切断微缝部与所述无切断部的形成比作可变调整。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的分开用针眼形成装置,其特征在于,在对连续输送的薄膜进行纵向密封与横向密封并将内容物充填在薄膜内、将放入内容物的包装袋在横向设成多个并排设置状态并且在纵向包装成许多连续状态而成的充填包装机中,在所述横向并排设置的、成为放入内容物包装袋的边界区的纵向密封部分,配设所述带刀刃旋转体与所述支承旋转体,以形成所述分开用针眼。
