Abstract
本发明涉及一种锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法,具体的步骤如下:步骤1预定型;步骤2染锦纶粘胶;步骤3清洗;步骤4固色;步骤5洗水;步骤6脱水烘干。与现有技术相比,本发明使用一浴染色,可以同时对织物中的锦纶、粘胶和氨纶纤维进行染色,无需对面料进行复杂的前处理,特别是将去油工艺设置到染色工艺中。本发明通过使用新型染化料,染色时严格控制升温、降温速率1℃/min,有效提高染色的着色效果;染色后织物无色花、色斑等瑕疵,对染色较困难的织物黑色染色,实现了上色率高,色牢度好。吨布节约成本1291元,工艺时间减少5小时,提高生产效率50%。

技术领域
本发明属于面料染色技术领域,具体涉及一种锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法。
背景技术
在面料的染整领域中,性能差异较大的混纺面料的上色问题一直是相关技术人员关注的重点。锦纶纤维具有强度高,耐磨性,回弹性好,有热定型特性,能保持住加热时形成的弯曲变形,并且质地轻薄,所以它是运动衣、游泳衣、健美服、羽绒服、登山服衣料的最佳选择。粘胶纤维具有手感柔软光泽好,粘胶纤维像棉纤维一样柔软,丝纤维一样光滑。吸湿性、透气性良好,粘胶纤维的基本化学成份与棉纤维相同,因此,它的一些性能和棉纤维接近,不同的是它的吸湿性与透气性比棉纤维好,并且染色性能好,由于粘胶纤维吸湿性较强,所以粘胶纤维比棉纤维更容易上色,色彩纯正、艳丽,色谱也最齐全。但粘胶纤维最大的缺点是湿强力差,织物易折皱且不易恢复。两种纤维混纺即柔软、吸湿、透气,又有良好强力,但这两种纤维的性能差别大,染整加工传统工艺需要:去油、染棉、皂洗、染锦纶、清洗,各项能耗很大,随着环保压力的加大,各项生产成本不断加大。
目前几乎没有一种直接混纺染料,能够同浴一步染匀锦纶和粘胶两种纤维。传统方法是采用“两浴法”,先染粘胶纤维,排液后再染锦纶纤维,项能耗很大,随着环保压力的加大,各项生产成本不断加大。
现有技术中,为解决直接反应性染料对锦纶的染色缺陷,中国专利CN201711323757.4采用一种活性染料与酸性染料的组合物对粘胶/锦纶两种纤维进行同浴染色的方案,对于锦纶占比达70%的42s锦包粘罗马布的染色操作,实现了40℃、95℃低温染色,两种纤维着色的均匀度、水洗牢度都比较好,色相也比较一致,可以替代传统“两浴法”。不过该染色方法需使用纯碱,使布面pH值接近10,不利于含有氨纶的混纺面料的染色。并且该工艺适用针织罗马布、异面梭织布等纺织品,这些纺织品的孔洞大,易上色,因此该工艺并不足以应对含有氨纶的三种纤维的混纺面料的染色难度大的现状。
因此,为了克服现有技术中的上述问题,需要一种新的锦纶、粘胶和氨纶纤维交织混纺面料的染整工艺,以减少各种染料和助剂用量、污水排放量,提高染整设备及染色用量利用率,改善染整工艺的能耗时长,降低成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法,具体的步骤如下:
步骤1预定型
将拉幅定型机升温至195℃±2,布速控制在20米/分进行预定型;
步骤2染锦纶粘胶
向染缸中加40℃±2的冷水并且控制浴比范围为1:4-5;依次向染缸中加入去油剂,10-20分钟之后加酸性染料、新型活性染料、元明粉、染色剂,以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃进行染色50min,然后加入冰醋酸调节pH值4-4.5,最后以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,并保温50min;
步骤3清洗
步骤2之后,用降温水按照1℃/min的速度降至60℃,排液,60℃的水清洗一次,排液之后加入清洗剂和60℃的水,再将温度升高至70℃并保温20min;
步骤4固色
用降温水降温至60℃,排液,用60℃水清洗一次,排液,之后加入酸性固色剂,温度直升至75℃,30min;
步骤5洗水
用降温水按照1℃/min的速度降至60℃,排液,60℃的水清洗一次,排液;
步骤6脱水烘干。
在上述方案的基础上,步骤(2)中的酸性染料、新型活性染料、元明粉和染色剂的添加速度均为15分钟加完。
与现有技术相比,本发明使用一浴染色,可以同时对织物中的锦纶、粘胶和氨纶纤维进行染色,无需对面料进行复杂的前处理,特别是将去油工艺设置到染色工艺中。本发明通过使用新型染化料,染色时严格控制升温、降温速率1℃/min,有效提高染色的着色效果;由于控制染色温度较低,染色过程中水、蒸汽的使用量显著降低,染色时间也大大降低,保持了氨纶纤维的性能,同时减少了染料和匀染剂的使用。染色后织物无色花、色斑等瑕疵,对染色较困难的织物黑色染色,实现了上色率高,色牢度好。吨布节约成本1291元,工艺时间减少5小时,提高生产效率50%。

下面实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;下述实施例中所用的试剂、材料、仪器等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
本实施例采用的织物为锦纶/黏胶/氨纶(55/40/5)混纺织物,使用传统染色工艺(两浴法,如1所示)及本发明的方法对其进行染色。
(1)传统方法(两浴法)
染色材料组分为:
活性染料黑FNN 3%;硫酸钠70g/L;碳酸钠20g/L;冰醋酸1g/L;皂洗剂1g/L;
酸性染料黑SS-R 3%;酸性匀染剂0.5g/L;冰醋酸1g/L;清洗剂1.5g/L;酸性固色剂3g/L。

(2)本发明染色工艺:
染色材料为:
酸性染料黑SS-R 3%;新型活性染料M 3%;染色剂2g/L;元明粉90g/L;冰醋酸2g/L;清洗剂1.5g/L,酸性固色剂3g/L。

工艺步骤为:
步骤1预定型

(3)成品检验:
对织物的外观质量和内在质量指标进行检验。
使用比色卡比较采用传统染色工艺和本发明的工艺方法染色的面料,判定两者色差级别,完成两者上色率测试。
依照耐皂洗牢度GB/T3921-2008标准,测试两种面料的水洗牢度。
如图2所示,本发明采用染色工艺染色的面料比传统工艺染色面料的颜色深,色差4-5级,由此可见采用新工艺所得面料比传统工艺上色率高。
如图3所示,本发明的染色工艺对混纺面料染色后的牢度,与传统工艺所产生的牢度对比结果,两种工艺所染的相同面料耐皂洗基本相同。
实施例2
本实施例采用的面料为50%的尼龙1路+45%的粘胶混纺1路+20DPU汗布,颜色代号DL-1黑,面料克重160g/m2;
染色材料组分为:
酸性染料黑SS-R 1.5%、酸性红N-3G 0.2%、新型活性黑M 3.3%、新型活性红M0.2%、新型活性黄M 0.5%、染色剂2g/L、元明粉90g/L、冰醋酸2g/L、清洗剂2g/L、酸性固色剂3g/L。

用降温水降温至60℃,排液,用60℃水清洗一次,排液,之后加入酸性固色剂,温度直升至75℃,30min;
步骤5洗水
用降温水按照1℃/min的速度降至60℃,排液,60℃的水清洗一次,排液;
步骤6脱水烘干。
如图4和图5所示,经上述工艺染色的面料,面料完好,无色花、色斑等瑕疵,色相一致,染色面料颜色固色率高,皂洗牢度效果优异。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:
(1)水节约:原工艺需水15道,新工艺需水8道,减少7道水,按1:10浴比计算,共70吨,进水出水按5.5元/吨进算,水成本节省385元。
(2)蒸汽节约:40度升到60度保温5分钟需蒸汽两次0.4吨;40度升到60度保温20分钟需蒸汽0.3吨;40度升到90度保温20分钟需蒸汽0.8吨;蒸汽按200元/吨计算,蒸汽成本可降低300元。
(3)时间节约:原工艺时间约12小时,现工艺时间约6小时,减少工艺时间6小时,提高生产效率50%。
(4)电节约:以一吨的染缸计算,新工艺可减少工艺时间6小时,整个染缸的电机为40千瓦/时,电价按0.9元/度计算,用电成本可降低216元。
(5)染化料节约:390元。新工艺与原工艺所用不同染料助剂
原工艺=590元
碳酸钠(2元/kg×200kg=400元);皂洗剂(9元/kg×10kg=90元);酸性匀染剂(20元/kg×5kg=100元);
新工艺=200元
染色剂(10元/kg×20kg=200元)
综合:吨布节约成本1291元,工艺时间减少5小时,提高生产效率50%。

Claims (3)
1.一种锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法,其特征在于,具体的步骤如下:
步骤1 预定型
将拉幅定型机升温至195℃±2,布速控制在20米/分进行预定型;
步骤2 染锦纶粘胶
向染缸中加40℃±2的冷水并且控制浴比范围为1:4-5;依次向染缸中加入去油剂,10-20分钟之后加酸性染料、新型活性染料、元明粉、染色剂,以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃进行染色50min,然后加入冰醋酸调节pH值4-4.5,最后以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,并保温50min;
步骤3 清洗
步骤2之后,用降温水按照1℃/min的速度降至60℃,排液,60℃的水清洗一次,排液之后加入清洗剂和60℃的水,再将温度升高至70℃并保温20min;
步骤4 固色
用降温水降温至60℃,排液,用60℃水清洗一次,排液,之后加入酸性固色剂,温度直升至75℃,30min;
步骤5 洗水
用降温水按照1℃/min的速度降至60℃,排液,60℃的水清洗一次,排液;
步骤6 脱水烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法,其特征在于,
步骤(2)中的酸性染料、新型活性染料、元明粉和染色剂的添加速度均为15分钟加完。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶与粘胶混纺面料的染整方法,其特征在于,
酸性染料及新型活性染料的用量根据染色的颜色及深浅度确定。
