An advertisement putting effect monitoring system is characterized in that: the system is used for supporting the monitoring method of any one of claims 1 to 3, and comprises a server side and more than one advertising terminal, wherein the more than one advertising terminal is connected with the server side through a network; the system also comprises a picture information processing unit;
a video area and an advertisement playing area are arranged on a display screen of the advertisement terminal;
the server is used for pushing advertisements to the advertisement terminal, and each advertisement is provided with an advertisement identification mark;
the picture information processing unit is responsible for receiving screen capture information, storing and analyzing terminal screen captures sent by the advertising terminal;
the picture information processing unit is arranged at an advertisement terminal or the picture information processing unit is arranged at a server terminal.

the image information processing unit processes and analyzes the terminal screen-captured image, extracts the two-dimensional code identification feature, the advertisement feature and the face feature in the terminal screen-captured image, and the server side is further used for receiving statistical information after the image information processing unit processes the screen-captured image.
