本发明属于陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种亮光青玉釉陶瓷容器的制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷制品由传统泥浆配方制成的胚体经 500℃以上的温度煅烧而成,有很多不足,制成的陶瓷制品致密度低,吸水率高,容易出现渗漏、变形、釉面不光洁、针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,且目前坯料大部分性能不适用于机械化流水线生产,导致质量较低、生产成本高。
近几年,随着市场大环境的变化,国内陶瓷企业在生产成本日益攀升及当今社会大力倡导低碳经济环境下生存发展非常艰难,而市场对陶瓷产品的颜色、强度、吸水率、规格尺寸要求越来越高。另外,随着人们生活水平和审美的提高,对陶瓷酒瓶的外观色泽有了更高的要求。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种釉面色泽质感独特,坯料性能稳定,成品质量好,整体环保安全的亮光青玉釉陶瓷容器的制备方法。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的一种亮光青玉釉陶瓷容器的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料制备及素烧:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:1:0.4-0.5配比,球磨3.5-5小时,搅拌过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,注浆成型;
素烧:烧成温度960℃,烧成时间5小时;
(2)上内釉及高温素烧:内釉波美度在32-35度;
高温素烧:烧成温度1180-1185℃,烧成时间5小时;
(3)釉料制备:将釉料:球:水按照质量比1:1.2:0.6-0.7配比,球磨40-42小时;
(4)上外釉:釉料浓度在64-68度,外釉浸釉时间3-4秒;
(5)釉烧:烧成温度1028-1035℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1-1.5小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1028-1035℃,保温15-20分钟,然后在30分钟内降至1000℃,再在25分钟内快速降至660℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至520℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(6)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
在步骤(1)中,所述坯料:按照重量份数计,它包括钾含量10%以上的长石20-25份、高岭土30-40份、石英10-20份、方解石2-5份、叶腊石10-15份、本坯废熟料粉10-15份。
在步骤(1)中,搅拌过筛吸铁是在不断连续搅拌中通过2万高斯吸铁机自动除去铁质;储存陈腐时间大于3天;注浆成型的泥浆浓度为59-61度,吸浆时间为25-30分钟,坯体厚度为4-4.5毫米,30分钟后脱模,脱模后两小时修坯。
在步骤(3)中,所述釉料:按照重量份数计,它包括长石10-12份、苏州土5-8份、方解石5-8份、白泥15-20份、碳酸锶3-5份、无铅硼熔块40-50份、氧化钕1-2份、稻草灰3-5份、锑锡灰1-2份。
本发明中,在坯料的制备过程中,球磨3.5-5小时,含水率28-32%,细度(万孔筛筛余)0.4-1.2%,比重:1.68-1.80g/ml,酸碱度:pH 值8-9,流动性:45-60s/100ml,陈腐时间:>3天,干燥强度:3.5-4.3MPa,总收缩率:15-16%。
本发明中,在釉料的制备过程中,球磨40-42小时,波美度64-68度,细度(万孔筛筛余)0.3-0.6%。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过坯料和釉料组分的合理选择和比例的精确控制,再通过严谨的加工工艺,烧成的陶瓷制品具有强度高、致密性高、吸水率低、尺寸精度高、耐腐蚀、抗渗漏、热稳定性好、不变形、不开裂、釉面平整光洁的优点,并且无针孔、薄釉、缩釉等缺陷,降低次品率,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,在釉烧过程中,结合本釉料配方,制定专用烧成曲线,其中稻草灰,在高温下为乳浊状态,起液相分离作用,使釉面具玉器质感,氧化钕,使釉面在光照下产生变色效果,本产品外观精美度,适用于高档陶瓷酒瓶等高档陶瓷制品。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种亮光青玉釉陶瓷容器的制备方法,它包括以下步骤,
(1)坯料制备及素烧:将坯料:球:水按照质量比1:1:0.45配比,球磨4小时,搅拌过筛吸铁,储存陈腐,注浆成型;
素烧:烧成温度960℃,烧成时间5小时;
(2)上内釉及高温素烧:内釉波美度在33度;
高温素烧:烧成温度1182℃,烧成时间5小时;
(3)釉料制备:将釉料:球:水按照质量比1:1.2:0.65配比,球磨41小时;
(4)上外釉:釉料浓度在65度,外釉浸釉时间3秒;
(5)釉烧:烧成温度1030℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1.2小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1030℃,保温16分钟,然后在30分钟内降至1000℃,再在25分钟内快速降至660℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至520℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(6)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
在步骤(1)中,所述坯料:按照重量份数计,它包括钾含量10%以上的长石22.3份、高岭土35.1份、石英14.4份、方解石3.2份、叶腊石14.7份、本坯废熟料粉12.6份。
在步骤(1)中,搅拌过筛吸铁是在不断连续搅拌中通过2万高斯吸铁机自动除去铁质;储存陈腐时间大于3天;注浆成型的泥浆浓度为60度,吸浆时间为27分钟,坯体厚度为4.1毫米,30分钟后脱模,脱模后两小时修坯。

高温素烧:烧成温度1184℃,烧成时间5小时;
(3)釉料制备:将釉料:球:水按照质量比1:1.2:0.67配比,球磨42小时;
(4)上外釉:釉料浓度在67度,外釉浸釉时间4秒;
(5)釉烧:烧成温度1032℃,烧成周期5小时,烧成曲线为:窑内温度在1.4小时内由窑温匀速升至780℃,再在1小时内匀速升至1032℃,保温18分钟,然后在30分钟内降至1000℃,再在25分钟内快速降至660℃,然后在1小时内慢速降至520℃,最后再自然冷却至室温;
(6)检验:检查外釉面是否存在针孔缩釉、釉泡等缺陷。
