Abstract
本发明公开了一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料10‑20份、疏水壳聚糖5‑10份、纤维蛋白胶3‑7份、氧化纤维素1‑3份、丝素蛋白1‑3份,由脂肪族聚酯材料、疏水壳聚糖、纤维蛋白胶、氧化纤维素、丝素蛋白复合或抽丝纺织而成。本发明替代子宫垫的止血纱布除了可以快速止血外,还可以促进创面修复,具有消炎、镇痛的效果,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种止血材料,具体地说,涉及一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布。
背景技术
可吸收止血纱布,是一种用于体内止血用纱布。具有止血快速、吸收完全、效果可靠、使用方便的特点,现有技术中,速即纱止血纱布作为止血基质,凝结血块,加速止血过程。它的功效不依赖人体内正常的凝血机制。速即纱控制小血管出血十分有效,其内源性止血机制在2-8分钟内达到快速止血。速即纱可留置体内。通常在7-10天可完全吸收(比其它止血产品快),几乎无组织反应,未有发生毒性、过敏性和排斥反应的报道。经过30多年的外科应用经验和多次临床试验,在外科界赢得了广泛的信任。速即纱性质如织物,因此很容易附着在任何不规则出血组织表面,但不黏附于手套及器械。使用时可采取包、缝、敷、填等方法,被证实可广泛用于几乎所有的外科手术。在结扎或其他传统止血方法无法实施或不能奏效时,帮助控制毛细血管、静脉和小动脉的出血。速即纱止血纱布快速有效地控制宫颈表面出血,可以和不规则表面贴合。
如果使用临床常用的止血材料做替代子宫垫的止血纱布,由于用量很大,价格较高,给患者带来一定的经济负担。临床上普通的可吸收止血材料用的量都是小剂量,如果用来压迫止血的话,需要的剂量较大,长时间停留在体内会对患者身体带来一定的影响。现有技术中的止血纱布只有止血的作用,没有硝烟、镇痛的作用,作用比较单一,不适合推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布。该止血纱布成分对身体无刺激,可以长时间留在体内,除了可以快速止血外,还可以促进创面修复,具有消炎、镇痛的效果,适合推广应用。
其具体技术方案为:
一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料10-20份、疏水壳聚糖5-10份、纤维蛋白胶3-7份、氧化纤维素1-3份、丝素蛋白1-3份,由脂肪族聚酯材料、疏水壳聚糖、纤维蛋白胶、氧化纤维素、丝素蛋白复合或抽丝纺织而成。
进一步,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料15份、疏水壳聚糖8份、纤维蛋白胶5份、氧化纤维素2份、丝素蛋白2份,
进一步,所述丝素蛋白从天然蚕丝或茧壳中提取丝素蛋白分为以下步骤:脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶胶制备、得到丝素蛋白材料。
进一步,还包括钙、锌制剂。
再进一步,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为0.1-1份。
再进一步,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为0.5份。
有益效果:
本发明替代子宫垫的止血纱布,壳聚糖具有快速止血、组织相容性好和降解吸收快等优点。但是对于广泛出血的创面,壳聚糖的止血效果是有限的,用复合其他止血剂的方法来弥补壳聚糖止血的局限性。本发明的配方中加入钙、锌制剂。纤维蛋白胶是从人活哺乳动物血液中提取的一种生物止血黏合剂,具有良好的止血、组织相容性和黏合性能,可应用于术中止血和术后伤口的愈合。氧氧化纤维素是由棉纤维经处理后获得的一种局部止血材料,有着棉纱的外观和质地以及均匀的网孔;纤维素经氧化处理成为纤维素酸的薄沙状或面布状止血材料,外观似棉纱,质地柔软而菲薄,具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性和安全性等特点。本发明的止血纱布的成分对身体无刺激,可以长时间留在体内,除了可以快速止血外,还可以促进创面修复,具有消炎、镇痛的效果,适合推广应用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料10份、疏水壳聚糖5份、纤维蛋白胶3份、氧化纤维素1份、丝素蛋白1份,由脂肪族聚酯材料、疏水壳聚糖、纤维蛋白胶、氧化纤维素、丝素蛋白复合或抽丝纺织而成。
还包括钙、锌制剂,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为0.1份。
进一步,所述丝素蛋白从天然蚕丝或茧壳中提取丝素蛋白分为以下步骤:脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶胶制备、得到丝素蛋白材料。
实施例2
一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料15份、疏水壳聚糖8份、纤维蛋白胶5份、氧化纤维素2份、丝素蛋白2份,
还包括钙、锌制剂,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为0.5份。
所述丝素蛋白从天然蚕丝或茧壳中提取丝素蛋白分为以下步骤:脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶胶制备、得到丝素蛋白材料。
实施例3
一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料20份、疏水壳聚糖10份、纤维蛋白胶7份、氧化纤维素3份、丝素蛋白3份,由脂肪族聚酯材料、疏水壳聚糖、纤维蛋白胶、氧化纤维素、丝素蛋白复合或抽丝纺织而成。
还包括钙、锌制剂,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为1份。
所述丝素蛋白从天然蚕丝或茧壳中提取丝素蛋白分为以下步骤:脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶胶制备、得到丝素蛋白材料。
本发明的替代子宫垫的止血纱布在具体应用过程中,替代子宫垫的止血纱布,溶解较慢,通过引流管连着一根线,使用完毕后,可以通过引流管的线将没有被溶解的纱布部分扯出来。

1.一种替代子宫垫的止血纱布,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料10-20份、疏水壳聚糖5-10份、纤维蛋白胶3-7份、氧化纤维素1-3份、丝素蛋白1-3份,由脂肪族聚酯材料、疏水壳聚糖、纤维蛋白胶、氧化纤维素、丝素蛋白复合或抽丝纺织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的替代子宫垫的止血纱布,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:脂肪族聚酯材料15份、疏水壳聚糖8份、纤维蛋白胶5份、氧化纤维素2份、丝素蛋白2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的替代子宫垫的止血纱布,其特征在于,所述丝素蛋白从天然蚕丝或茧壳中提取丝素蛋白分为以下步骤:脱胶、水解、溶解、活性基化合物合成、分子修饰、分离、干燥、溶胶制备、得到丝素蛋白材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的替代子宫垫的止血纱布,其特征在于,还包括钙、锌制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的替代子宫垫的止血纱布,其特征在于,所述钙、锌制剂的重量份为0.1-1份。
