Abstract
本发明公开了一种负载纳米银的医用敷料的制备方法,由以下重量份的组分制得:聚酯纤维15‑20份、壳聚糖30‑40份、柠檬皮果胶3‑10份、聚乙醇酸12‑20份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵10‑14份、果胶3‑10份、羧甲基纤维素钠5‑10份、海藻酸盐3‑12份、磷酸锆载银10‑20份、纳米银10‑20份、纳米氧化锌10‑20份、蜂蜜10‑20份、脱氢醋酸钠5‑8份、二硫代氨基甲酸钼3‑10份和水30‑40份。通过本发明的方法制备负载纳米银的医用敷料,刺激性小,无毒副作用,不易复发,具有良好的生物相容性和抗菌性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种负载纳米银的医用敷料的制备方法。
背景技术
创面愈合困难是整形外科中经常会遇到的问题。临床上对于小型创面处理方式主要通过活力碘消毒后,予以喷涂人表皮生长因子等药物,最后覆盖无菌纱布。对于大型创面则主要采用皮片、皮瓣移植手术治疗后,表面覆盖凡士林纱布,最后覆盖无菌纱布。以上处理方式虽已较为成熟,但仍然存在以下不足:(1)药物难以长期于伤口处保持有效浓度,无法稳定、持续发挥药物作用;(2)医用脱脂纱布的生物相容性稍差,无可降解性,需要以3天/次的频率更换。医用敷料,是包伤的用品,用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害的医用材料。随着对创面愈合过程的病理生理的深入研究,人们对创面愈合过程的理解也越来越深刻,从而导致了医用创面敷料的不断改进与发展。今天,新型的创面护理用敷料相对于早期而言,已经发生了革命性的变化,而且多种不同性能的医用敷料可供临床护理人员选用。在伤口形成的初期,伴有大量的伤口渗出液流出,市场已有敷料一般能满足低到中等渗出液的需求,但对于高渗出液的伤口或是创面,难以满足需求。已有的敷料延展性比较差,在臀部、关节等特殊部位,往往由于拉伸强度有限,不能具有很好的舒适性。而且伤口感染是影响伤口愈合的关键因素,也是导致患者伤口反复甚至死亡的重要原因。因此,作为好的医用敷料,还应具有较好的抗菌性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种负载纳米银的医用敷料的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种负载纳米银的医用敷料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:按重量份配比称取:聚酯纤维15-20份、壳聚糖 30-40 份、柠檬皮果胶3-10份、聚乙醇酸 12-20 份、二癸基二甲基氯化铵10-14份、果胶 3-10 份、羧甲基纤维素钠5-10份、海藻酸盐 3-12 份、磷酸锆载银10-20份、纳米银10-20份、纳米氧化锌10-20份、蜂蜜10-20份、脱氢醋酸钠5-8份、二硫代氨基甲酸钼3-10 份和水30-40份;将上述原料放置于高速搅拌机中,超声高速分散;然后将分散后的混合物倒入制膜模具上,刮平,干燥充分后,脱膜,制得贮药层;最后将制备得到的贮药层和基布通过粘结剂粘接复合,利用密集针刺微孔机将粘结复合材料打孔;将打孔后的密集复合材料切割成所需形状,密封灭菌即可。

所述粘结剂为压敏胶。
所述超声波频率为20-40KHz。
所述分散速度4000-5000r/min,分散时间为30-60min。
有益效果:通过本发明的方法制备负载纳米银的医用敷料,刺激性小,无毒副作用,不易复发,具有良好的生物相容性和抗菌性。
