Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,该保鲜方法对铁皮石斛鲜条进行自来水洗涤、灭菌水洗涤及装袋,且在袋中充入臭氧,利用臭氧杀灭微生物及分解农残等有害物质的机理,对铁皮石斛进行保鲜;实现了铁皮石斛鲜条的长期保鲜,保留了最多营养物质,可与铁皮石斛同类深加工产品一样大量、长期保存,让喜欢食用新鲜铁皮石斛和对铁皮石斛深加工产品心存疑虑的消费者多一份放心,并解决了铁皮石斛鲜条因季节性而无法常年提供给消费者和商家最优质鲜条的供应断裂难题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保鲜方法,特别是涉及一种铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法。
背景技术
铁皮石斛(学名:Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo):茎直立,圆柱形,长9-35厘米,粗2-4毫米,不分枝,具多节;叶二列,纸质,长圆状披针形,边缘和中肋常带淡紫色。总状花序常从落了叶的老茎上部发出,具2-3朵花;花苞片干膜质,浅白色,卵形,长5-7毫米,萼片和花瓣黄绿色,近相似,长圆状披针形,唇瓣白色,基部具1个绿色或黄色的胼胝体,卵状披针形,比萼片稍短,中部反折。蕊柱黄绿色,长约3毫米,先端两侧各具1个紫点;药帽白色,长卵状三角形,长约2.3毫米,顶端近锐尖并且2裂。花期3-6月。其茎入药,属补益药中的补阴药:益胃生津,滋阴清热,故需对铁皮石斛进行保存,以食用和药用。
目前,市场上铁皮石斛鲜条的保存方法一般为冰箱低温储藏或室内常温干燥摆放。由于冰箱内空气中的水分难以把控,容易滋生病菌;常温干燥摆放更会让铁皮石斛鲜条迅速失去水分从而严重影响食用鲜条的口感;因此传统保存方法无法真正实现铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜目的。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明在此的目的在于提供一种能够长期保鲜,保留铁皮石斛最多营养物质的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法。
该保鲜方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取新鲜封顶铁皮石斛鲜条,用剪刀离基部2-3厘米处剪下;
步骤2:清洗,利用自来水对步骤1中所取的铁皮石斛鲜条进行流水清洗,去灰尘即可;
步骤3:利用灭菌水对经步骤2清洗后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行浸泡清洗处理;
步骤4:将经灭菌水处理后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋,并向袋内充入臭氧后封袋。
进一步的,所述步骤3中所述的灭菌水用自来水在121℃的高压灭菌锅中灭菌20分钟,冷却到室温后得到。
进一步的,所述步骤4中利用自封袋将铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋。
进一步的,所述自封袋的体积小于等于1立方米。
进一步的,所述步骤4中充入的臭氧为5克。
本发明的有益效果:本发明对铁皮石斛鲜条进行自来水洗涤、灭菌水洗涤及装袋,且在袋中充入臭氧,利用臭氧杀灭微生物及分解农残等有害物质的机理,对铁皮石斛进行保鲜;实现了铁皮石斛鲜条的长期保鲜,保留了最多营养物质,可与铁皮石斛同类深加工产品一样大量、长期保存,让喜欢食用新鲜铁皮石斛和对铁皮石斛深加工产品心存疑虑的消费者多一份放心,并解决了铁皮石斛鲜条因季节性而无法常年提供给消费者和商家最优质鲜条的供应断裂难题。
具体实施方式
在此结合具体实施方式对本申请所要求保护的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
本发明在此所要求保护的技术方案是一种铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,该保鲜方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取新鲜封顶铁皮石斛鲜条,用剪刀离基部2-3厘米处剪下;
步骤2:清洗,利用自来水对步骤1中所取的铁皮石斛鲜条进行流水清洗,去泥土和灰尘即可;
步骤3:利用灭菌水对经步骤2清洗后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行浸泡清洗处理,以便使铁皮石斛鲜条表皮细小杂质清洗干净;
步骤4:将经灭菌水处理后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋,并用30g/h臭氧发生器吹10分钟向袋内充入臭氧后封袋;充入的臭氧为5克。
在以上步骤3中的灭菌水可以采用现有的任何一种灭菌水,在此采用的是用自来水在121℃的高压灭菌锅中灭菌20分钟,冷却到室温后得到。
以上步骤4中用于盛装铁皮石斛的袋子可以采用任何一种盛装袋,本申请在此利用自封袋将铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋;尺寸根据需封装的铁皮石斛大小而定,在此采用自封袋的体积小于等于1立方米。
利用本发明所提供的保鲜方法保存的铁皮石斛鲜条在常温下已经保存6个月,还保持新鲜。采用现有的方法包装的铁皮石斛鲜条3天开始长霉变质。
铁皮石斛鲜条所用主料铁皮石斛滋阴清热,能有效改善人体身体机能,增强免疫力,产品有效成分含量高,能有效改善人体精神状态,缓解精神紧张与压力,使人体更易于进入睡眠状态,得到更好的睡眠质量,恢复身体状态。本发明所涉及的产品用途广泛,既可作为中间体用于铁皮石斛系列药品的开发,也可以直接作为保健品供人食用;利用本发明所提供的保鲜方法能够更长久的使铁皮石斛保持新鲜。

1.一种铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:该保鲜方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取新鲜封顶铁皮石斛鲜条,用剪刀离基部2-3厘米处剪下;
步骤2:清洗,利用自来水对步骤1中所取的铁皮石斛鲜条进行流水清洗,去灰尘即可;
步骤3:利用灭菌水对经步骤2清洗后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行浸泡清洗处理;
步骤4:将经灭菌水处理后的铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋,并向袋内充入臭氧后封袋。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3中所述的灭菌水用自来水在121℃的高压灭菌锅中灭菌20分钟,冷却到室温后得到。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中利用自封袋将铁皮石斛鲜条进行装袋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述自封袋的体积小于等于1立方米。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中充入的臭氧为5克。
6.根据权利要求3所述的铁皮石斛鲜条的保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4中充入的臭氧为5克。
