本发明公开了一种工程机械专用润滑油及其加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:(1)按照以下重量份的原料取料:基础油60‑70份,石墨粉15‑25份,三亚油酸甘油酯8‑16份,山梨醇单油6‑10份,防锈剂6‑10份,粘度调节剂2‑4份,抗氧防腐剂5‑10份,分散剂3‑5份;(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。本发明加工的工程机械专用润滑油,性能全面,能够在机械运行中产生较少的摩擦热量,提高机械使用的持久性,加入防锈剂防止机械生锈,加入粘度调节剂可改善润滑油的粘稠度,总体上可以有效提高机械设备的运作效率。

背景技术
为了保证机械正常运作生产,润滑油是机械运行和维护不可或缺的重要组成部分,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。随着机械设备工作参数的各种提高,现有的润滑油已经难以满足机械设备对抗磨性、耐腐蚀性、防锈性的要求了。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种工程机械专用润滑油及其加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份的原料取料:基础油60-70份,石墨粉15-25份,三亚油酸甘油酯8-16份,山梨醇单油6-10份,防锈剂6-10份,粘度调节剂2-4份,抗氧防腐剂5-10份,分散剂3-5份;
(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;
(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述基础油为机油。
进一步的,步骤(1)中,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯丁二酸脂。
进一步的,步骤(2)、(3)中,搅拌时,温度为35-45℃,搅拌时间为20-30min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明加工的工程机械专用润滑油,性能全面,能够在机械运行中产生较少的摩擦热量,提高机械使用的持久性,加入防锈剂防止机械生锈,加入粘度调节剂可改善润滑油的粘稠度,总体上可以有效提高机械设备的运作效率。

实施例1
一种工程机械专用润滑油及其加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份的原料取料:基础油60份,石墨粉15份,三亚油酸甘油酯8份,山梨醇单油6份,防锈剂6份,粘度调节剂2份,抗氧防腐剂5份,分散剂3份;
(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;
(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。
其中,步骤(1)中,所述基础油为机油。步骤(1)中,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯丁二酸脂。步骤(2)、(3)中,搅拌时,温度为35℃,搅拌时间为20min。

一种工程机械专用润滑油及其加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按照以下重量份的原料取料:基础油70份,石墨粉25份,三亚油酸甘油酯16份,山梨醇单油10份,防锈剂10份,粘度调节剂4份,抗氧防腐剂10份,分散剂5份;
(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;
(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。
其中,步骤(1)中,所述基础油为机油。步骤(1)中,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯丁二酸脂。步骤(2)、(3)中,搅拌时,温度为45℃,搅拌时间为30min。

(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;
(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。
其中,步骤(1)中,所述基础油为机油。步骤(1)中,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯丁二酸脂。步骤(2)、(3)中,搅拌时,温度为55℃,搅拌时间为25min。

(1)按照以下重量份的原料取料:基础油60-70份,石墨粉15-25份,三亚油酸甘油酯8-16份,山梨醇单油6-10份,防锈剂6-10份,粘度调节剂2-4份,抗氧防腐剂5-10份,分散剂3-5份;
(2)将原料基础油、石墨粉、三亚油酸甘油酯、山梨醇单油投入反应釜中,得到混合油a;
(3)向混合油a中加入防锈剂、粘度调节剂、抗氧防腐剂、分散剂继续搅拌,冷却到室温,过滤后得到成品。
