本发明涉及农用机械润滑技术领域，特别涉及一种农用机械润滑油，润滑油由下述重量配比的各组分组成：基础油为80～100份，亚磷酸脂为5～9份，茶多酚为3～8份，松香树脂为2～3份，甲基丙烯酸酯为1～2份，滑石粉为4～7份，二烷基二硫代磷酸盐为0.2～0.8份，苯并三氮唑为0.8～3份。本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：本发明的原料易得，且价格便宜；本发明具有良好的冷却、润滑、防锈和抗氧化等效果，是一款能够适用于农用机械使用的润滑油。

本发明涉及农用机械润滑技术领域，特别涉及一种农用机械润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂，主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成，基础油是润滑油的主要成分，决定着润滑油的基本性质，添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足，赋予某些新的性能，是润滑油的重要组成部分。
现有农用机械采用的润滑油要么润滑性能差，要么就是价格贵，没有一款适合农用机械使用的润滑油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种农用机械润滑油。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
本发明所述的一种农用机械润滑油，所述润滑油由下述重量配比的各组分组成：基础油为80～100份，亚磷酸脂为5～9份，茶多酚为3～8份，松香树脂为2～3份，甲基丙烯酸酯为1～2份，滑石粉为4～7份，二烷基二硫代磷酸盐为0.2～0.8份，苯并三氮唑为0.8～3份。
进一步地，所述基础油粘度指数为70～80的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：本发明的原料易得，且价格便宜；本发明具有良好的冷却、润滑、防锈和抗氧化等效果，是一款能够适用于农用机械使用的润滑油。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述，下述实施例及说明仅用来解释本发明，但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1：
配备本发明农用机械润滑油，由下述重量配比的各组分组成；基础油为90份，亚磷酸脂为5份，茶多酚为3份，松香树脂为2份，甲基丙烯酸酯为1份，滑石粉为4份，二烷基二硫代磷酸盐为0.2份，苯并三氮唑为0.8份；每份为1Kg。所述基础油粘度指数为80的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
实施例2：
配备本发明农用机械润滑油，由下述重量配比的各组分组成；基础油为80份，亚磷酸脂为9份，茶多酚为8份，松香树脂为2份，甲基丙烯酸酯为2份，滑石粉为7份，二烷基二硫代磷酸盐为0.8份，苯并三氮唑为3份；每份为1Kg。所述基础油粘度指数为70的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
实施例3：
配备本发明农用机械润滑油，由下述重量配比的各组分组成；基础油为100份，亚磷酸脂为7份，茶多酚为5份，松香树脂为3份，甲基丙烯酸酯为1份，滑石粉为5份，二烷基二硫代磷酸盐为0.5份，苯并三氮唑为2份；每份为1Kg。所述基础油粘度指数为77的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
本发明的制备方法为：步骤1、将配方中的基础油、亚磷酸脂、茶多酚和松香树脂混合，加热至55度，搅拌25分钟，搅拌速度500转/分钟；步骤2、配方中的其它原料加入步骤1中的混合物中，搅拌10分钟，冷却至室温，过滤即得成品。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是：本发明的原料易得，且价格便宜，其制备过程简单，能够节省大量的制造成本，进而有效降低成品润滑油的价格；本发明具有良好的冷却、润滑、防锈和抗氧化等效果，是一款能够适用于农用机械使用的润滑油。

1.一种农用机械润滑油，其特征在于：所述润滑油由下述重量配比的各组分组成，
基础油80～100份，
亚磷酸脂5～9份，
茶多酚3～8份，
松香树脂2～3份，
甲基丙烯酸酯1～2份，
滑石粉4～7份，
二烷基二硫代磷酸盐0.2～0.8份，
苯并三氮唑0.8～3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械润滑油，其特征在于：所述基础油粘度指数为70～80的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
